Background:Insomnia is a high-incidence complication in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Auricular therapy can effectively improve sleep with few adverse *** selection affects the impact of auricular ***,there is currently a lack of analysis on the standards of acupoint *** study used data mining technology to investigate the acupoint selection principles and characteristics of auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related ***:The objective of the study is to explore the standards of acupoint selection in auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia through data mining *** and Methods:We searched three English(PubMed,WOS,and Embase)and four Chinese(CNKI,VIP,Wangfang,and CBM)databases for studies on auricular therapy for MHD-related insomnia from self-establishment to November 14,***:Eighty-one publications were involved,which included 33 *** most common auricular points in patients with MHD-related insomnia were the Shenmen,heart,and kidney *** applications involved the visceral,nervous system,and specific *** effective clusters and two clusters were obtained through cluster analysis,including specific auricular points for insomnia,such as the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,deep sleep point,and anterior ear *** network analysis showed that the core auricular acupoint combinations for the intervention of MHD-related insomnia were Shenmen with kidney,Shenmen with heart,heart with kidney,heart with Shenmen,and heart and Shenmen with ***:The selection of auricular points for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia was guided by the heart theory of traditional Chinese *** treatment attaches importance to the use of the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,and other acupoints.

Pd^(0)-O v-Ce^(3+) Interfacial Sites with Charge Redistribution for Enhanced Hydrogenation of Methyl Oleate to Methyl Stearate

Improving the efficiency of metal/reducible metal oxide interfacial sites for hydrogenation reactions of unsaturated groups(e.g.,C=C and C=O)is a promising yet challenging *** our study,we developed a Pd/CeO_(2) catalyst by enhancing the oxygen vacancy(O V)concentration in CeO_(2) through high-temperature *** process led to the formation of an interface structure ideal for supporting the hydrogenation of methyl oleate to methyl *** cally,metal Pd^(0) atoms bonded to the O V in defective CeO_(2) formed Pd^(0)-O v-Ce^(3+)interfacial sites,enabling strong electron transfer from CeO_(2) to *** interfacial sites exhibit a synergistic adsorption eff ect on the reaction ***^(0) sites promote the adsorption and activation of C=C bonds,while O V preferably adsorbs C=O bonds,mitigating competition with C=C bonds for Pd^(0) adsorption *** synergy ensures rapid C=C bond activation and accelerates the attack of active H*species on the semi-hydrogenated *** a result,our Pd/CeO_(2)-500 catalyst,enriched with Pd^(0)-O v-Ce^(3+)interfacial sites,dem-onstrated excellent hydrogenation activity at just 30℃.The catalyst achieved a Cis-C18:1 conversion rate of 99.8% and a methyl stearate formation rate of 5.7 mol/(h·g metal).This work revealed the interfacial sites for enhanced hydrogenation reactions and provided ideas for designing highly active hydrogenation catalysts.

Purification performance on molten steel of novel Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic filter prepared from microporous powder and nano-Al_(2)O_(3) powder

Reticulated ceramic foam filters provide an effective way to purify molten steel by removing non-metallic *** proposed a novel strategy to improve the purification performance of Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic filters by using microporous corundum-spinel raw materials to replace dense raw *** kinds of Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic filters fabricated from dense α-Al_(2)O_(3) micro-powder or microporous corundum-spinel powder were selected to carry out the immersion tests with molten *** the one hand,the higher surface roughness of the filter skeleton prepared from microporous raw materials increased the adsorption capacity of skeleton surface on inclusions in molten *** the other hand,the higher apparent porosity and larger pore size of the filter skeleton were more beneficial to the penetration of molten steel in the micropores of *** reaction process at the solid-liquid interface also improved the wettability of the interface between skeleton and molten steel,resulting in a larger penetration depth and a better adsorption effect on the *** summary,the novel Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic filter prepared with microporous corundum-spinel powder and addition of 5 wt.% nano-Al_(2)O_(3) powder reduced the total oxygen content of the steel from 40.2×10^(-4) to 12.7×10^(-4) wt.% by 68.4% and the Al content from 0.46 to 0.18 wt.% by 60.9% after immersion test,presenting the most excellent purification performance on molten steel.

ObjectiveTo explore the regulatory effect of Pien Tze Huang (PZH) on targeting partner of NOB1 (PNO1) and it’s down-stream mediators in colorectal cancer (CRC) *** polymerase chain reaction was performed to determine mRNA levels of PNO1, TP53, and CDKN1A. Western blotting was performed to determine protein levels of PNO1, p53, and p21. HCT-8 cells were transduced with a lentivirus over-expressing PNO1. Colony formation assay was used to detect cell survival in PNO1 overexpression of HCT-8 cells after PZH treatment. Cell-cycle distribution, cell viability and cell apoptosis were performed to identify the effect of PNO1 overexpression on cell proliferation and apoptosis of HCT-8 cells after PZH treatment. Xenograft BALB/c nude mice bearing HCT116 cells transduced with sh-PNO1 or sh-Ctrl lentivirus were evaluated. Western blot assay was performed to detect PNO1, p53, p21 and PCNA expression in tumor sections. Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labling (TUNEL) assay was used to determine the apoptotic cells in *** treatment decreased cell viability, down-regulated PNO1 expression, and up-regulated p53 and p21 expressions in HCT-8 cells (Plity, cell cycle arrest and cell apoptosis in vitro (Pliminated the effects of PZH treatment on tumor growth, inhibiting cell proliferation inhibition and apoptosis induction in vivo (Pliferative effect is at least in part by regulating the expression of PNO1 and its downstream targets p53 and p21.

The effect of bladder function on the efficacy of transurethral prostatectomy in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia:a retrospective,single-center study

We investigated the impact and predictive value of bladder function in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)on the efficacy of transurethral ***,imaging,and urodynamic data of patients who underwent transurethral prostatectomy at West China Hospital of Sichuan University(chengdu,China)from July 2019 to december 2021 were ***-up data included the quality of life(QoL),International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),and IPSS storage and voiding(IPSS-s and IPSS-v).Moreover,urinary creatinine(Cr),nerve growth factor(NGF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),and prostaglandin estradiol(PGE2)were measured in 30 patients with BPH and 30 healthy *** indicators were determined by subgroup analyses and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve *** the 313 patients with BPH included,patients with severe micturition problems had more improvements but higher micturition grades postoperatively than those with moderate ***,good bladder sensation,compliance,and detrusor contractility(Dc)were predictors of low postoperative IPSS and *** urinary concentrations of BDNF/Cr,NGF/Cr,and PGE2/Cr in patients were significantly higher than those in healthy participants(all Pder function had poor *** combined levels of urinary BDNF/Cr,NGF/Cr,and PGE2/Cr in patients with BPH may be valid predictors of preoperative bladderfunction and postoperative recovery.

Regulating metal-acid double site balance on mesoporous SiO2-Al2O3 composite oxide for supercritical n-decane cracking

The balance between metal and acid sites directly affects the preparation of high-performance cracking catalysts with high heat sink and low ***,how to control acid-metal sites balance and its relationship with cracking performance are reported *** this work,a series of Pt/Al2O3-SiO2dual sites catalysts with different metal to acid active sites ratio(CM/CSA) were constructed by ethanolassisted impregnation method and the impact on n-decane cracking under supercritical conditions was systematically and deeply *** results showed that the conversion and carbon deposition increased gradually with varied CM/CSAand reached the balance at CM/CSAof *** proper ratio CM/CSA（0.13） can balance the deep dehydrogenation coking over metal active sites and high heat sink of cracking over acid active sites,the chemical heat sink reaches amazing 1.75 MJ/kg and carbon deposition is only22.03 mg/cm2at 750℃.Meanwhile,the few metal sites at low CM/CSAand the few strong acid sites at high CM/CSAare the main factors limiting the cracking *** CM/CSAlimit the activation of C-H bond and deep dehydrogenation of coking precursor,resulting in relative low cracking activity and carbon deposition,while high CM/CSAlimit the activation of C-C bond and increase the deep *** this contribution,design and construction of metal-acid dual sites can not only provide the technical solution for the preparation of high heat sink and low coking cracking catalyst,but also deepen the understanding of the cracking path of hydrocarbon fuel.

Impact of Mo/Ni alloying on microstructural modulation and low-temperature toughness of high-strength low-alloy steel

The high-strength low-alloy steel plates with varying Ni/Mo contents were manufactured using the thermos-mechanical control *** investigation was conducted to explore the effect of Ni/Mo microalloying on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the *** results revealed that the increase in Ni content from 1 to 2 wt.%reduced the transition temperature of ferrite and the growth range of ferritic grain was narrowed,which promoted grain *** optimized combination of grain size,high-angle grain boundaries(HAGBs),and martensite-austenite(M-A)islands parameter contributed to the excellent impact toughness of S1 steel at-100℃(impact absorbed energy of 218.2 J at-100℃).As the Mo increases from 0 to 2 wt.%,the matrix structure changes from multiphase structure to granular bainite,which increases the average effective grain size to~4.62 pm and reduces HAGBs proportion to~36.22%.With these changes,the low-temperature impact toughness of S3 steel is *** addition,based on the analysis of the characteristics of crack propagation path,it was found that M-A islands with low content(~2.21%)and small size(~1.76 pm)significantly retarded crack propagation,and the fracture model of M-A islands with different morphologies was further ***,correlation between behaviour of delamination and toughness was further analysed by observing delamination size and impact energy parameters.
