In this paper, we discuss the problem of solving a class of nonhomogeneous semilinear elliptic system with critical Sobolev exponent changing into one of critical points of some given functional. Using Nehari technique, the given functional attain its minimum by adding suitable constraints, and the minimal point becomes a critical point of the original functional after eliminating the added constraints, thus the solution of the nonhomogeneous elliptic system is obtained.

Some properties of convex cones are obtained and are used to derive several equivalent conditions as well as another important property for nearly cone-subconvexlike set-valued functions. Under the assumption of nearly cone-subconvexlikeness,a Lagrangian multiplier theorem on Benson proper efficiency is presented. Related results are generalized.

This paper develops a new algorithm based on the Projected Gradient Algorithm (PGA) for the design of FIR digital filters with "sum of power of two" coefficients. It is shown that the integer programming involved in the FIR filter design can be solved by this algorithm. It is compared with the reported method for a SemiDefinite Programming (SDP) relaxation- based design. The simulations demonstrate that the new algorithm often yields the similar error performances of the FIR filter design, but the average CPU time of this approach is significantly reduced.
