超声波检测法辨别焊缝中微细裂纹

超声波检测法在检测海洋工程钢结构焊缝时发现一种难于辨别的缺陷反射波,难点在于此反射波的波型特征像横向裂纹,但波幅很低,横向扫查有反射波,纵向扫查反射波时有时无,且横向扫查波幅高于纵向扫查,在骑缝扫查移动探头过程中,超声波显示屏中出现此起彼伏的波形,按照经验判断,此反射波应是缺陷,且应是横向裂纹,但气刨和打磨到指定位置,未见缺陷。为解决这一难题,超声波检测法主要利用GE USM35超声波探伤仪和45°、60°、70°探头对此批焊缝进行换角度多方向扫查,经过1∶1作图,精确定位缺陷反射波水平位置和垂直深度,而后气刨到距指定深度一定距离处,再逐步进行打磨加磁粉检测,最终发现和验证了横向微细裂纹和微小气孔,总结了区分两种缺陷的方法,形成了超声波检测法辨别焊缝中微细裂纹的方法。

Background Oncolytic herpes simplex virus (HSV) vectors can be used for cancer therapy as direct cytotoxic agents, inducers of anti-tumor immune responses, and as expressers of anti-cancer genes. In this study, the efficacy of HSV vectors, G47Delta and NV1023 were examined for the treatment of the human breast cancer. Methods Human breast cancer MDA-MB-435 cells were cultured or implanted subcutaneously in BALB/c nude mice. The cells or tumors were inoculated with G47Delta or NV1023, and cell killing or inhibition of tumor growth determined. Both viruses contained the LacZ gene and expression in infected cells was detected with X-gal histochemistry. Results G47Delta and NV1023 were highly cytotoxic to MDA-MB-435 cells in vitro at very low multiplicities of infection. X-gal staining of infected tumor cells in vitro and in vivo illustrated the replication and spread of both viruses. G47Delta and NV1023 inoculation inhibited tumor growth and prolonged mouse survival. Both vectors behaved similarly. Conclusions Oncolytic HSV vectors, G47Delta and NV1023, were extremely effective at killing human breast cancer cells in vitro and in tumor xenografts in vivo. This novel form of cancer therapy warrants further investigation and consideration of clinical application.

When a colloidal suspension is exposed to a strong rotating electric field, an aggregation of the suspended particles is induced to appear. In such clusters, the separation between the suspended particles is so close that one could not neglect the multiple image effect on the electrorotation (ER) spectrum. Since so far the exact multiple image method exists in two dimensions only, rather than in three dimensions, we investigate the ER spectrum of the clustered colloidal particles in two dimensions, in which many cylindrical particles are randomly distributed in a sheet cluster. We report the dependence of the ER spectrum on the materialparameters. It is shown that the multiple image method predicts two characteristic frequencies, at which the rotation speed reaches maximum. To this end, the multiple image method is numerically demonstrated to be in good agreement with the known Maxwell-Garnett approximation.

The control strategy for asynchronized turbogenerators (ASTGs) was studied by using two-axis equations. Simulation of the process of an asynchronized turbogenerator with faults of d or q axis or d and q axes in the excitation system was carried out with the simulating models including the model of the reverse thyristors in the excitation system established by Saber software. The simulation results show that at the loss of excitation at both windings or one winding of the rotor, the ASTGs can be automatically driven into an asynchronous or single axis excitation operation mode without a power unit tripping, and the characteristics for ASTGs with faults in the excitation system appear in good order.

为提高一分类异常检测方法的泛化性,提出了多尺度特征融合的知识蒸馏异常检测方法.在训练阶段,使用训练好的教师网络教授学生网络学习正常样本特征信息;在测试阶段,由于教师网络强大的泛化能力,对未见过的异常样本也有较好的表示能力,而学生网络未见过异常样本,因此,两者对异常样本的表征会产生较大差异,从而实现异常检测.为了进一步提高检测精度,采用中层特征金字塔实现多尺度特征融合,以增强对不同大小异常点的检测能力;同时,为了增大学生和教师网络对异常样本的表征差异,设计了特征重构模块对中层特征进行重构.在公开数据集MVTecAD上的实验结果表明,文中方法分别达到较高的97.8%AUC像素级得分、97.7%AUC图像级得分.

针对目前多孔介质微观孔隙结构表征参数与宏观参数相关性低、数据分散的问题,分析了压汞法存在的不足,结合毛管束模型理论,提出了一种用多孔介质的宏观参数渗透率和孔隙度计算表征多孔介质微观孔隙结构复杂程度的新方法。该参数综合表征了多孔介质微观孔隙结构的孔喉大小、变径、变形、迂曲度、交叉和配位数等复杂程度,同时还能很好地表征多孔介质储存能力和渗流能力。该参数具有很强的工程意义和理论意义,它决定了水驱油见水的快慢,可以作为储层评价分类参数,且易得和使用方便。

One hundred and fifty one isolates of Trichoderma were collected mainly from more than 40 soil samples and other materials in Guangdong Province (including Chigang, Zhanjiang, Wuchuan, Panyu, Zhaoqing, Dongguan, Humen, Qingyuan, Guanzhou) and the soil samples were also from different plant rhizosphere (including rice, different fruits and different vegetables). It was shown that 39 isolates of Trichoderma grew faster than other isolates using growth velocity experiments. The 39 isolates could effectively inhibit Fusarium oxysporum ***. cubense (***) Sny.&Hans. by dual cultural experiments. The inhibited activity included the antifungal activities of its metabolite, mycoparasitic activities and the lytic enzymes by dual culture, electronic microcopy and enzyme assay. At present, studies on the taxonomy of the 151 isolates of Trichoderma are carried out in our experiments, some Trichoderma species aggregates will be identified according to the taxonomy system revised by Rifai and Bissett.

A trusty and intuitionistic method for screening chitinase produced by Trichoderma spp. was developed. 38 isolates of Trichoderma spp. were cultured in liquid medium with chitin or colloidal chitin as the sole carbon source for 4 days. The supernatant of the fermented broth was mixed with colloidal chitin and heated in water-bath at 37℃ for 30 min, then 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid reagent (DNS) was added to the mixture, and let them react for 10 min in water-bath. According to the different colour of the mixture, the isolates of Trichoderma spp. which can produce chitinase could be screened.
