Background and Aims:Approximately 10%of patients with acute decompensated(AD)cirrhosis develop acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)within 28 *** cases have high mortality and are difficult to ***,we aimed to establish and validate an algorithm to identify these patients on ***:Hospitalized patients with AD who developed ACLF within 28 days were considered *** dysfunction was defined accord-ing to the chronic liver failure-sequential organ failure as-sessment(CLIF-SOFA)criteria,and proven bacterial infec-tion was taken to indicate immune system dysfunction.A retrospective multicenter cohort and prospective one were used to derive and to validate the potential algorithm,re-spectively.A miss rate of<5%was acceptable for the calcu-lating algorithm to rule out ***:In the deri-vation cohort(n=673),46 patients developed ACLF within 28 *** total bilirubin,creatinine,international normalized ratio,and present proven bacterial infection at admission were associated with the development of *** patients with≥2 organ dysfunctions had a higher risk for pre-ACLF patients[odds ratio=16.58195%confidence interval:(4.271-64.363),p<0.001].In the derivation co-hort,67.5%of patients(454/673)had≤1 organ dysfunction and two patients(0.4%)were pre-ACLF,with a miss rate of 4.3%(missed/total,2/46).In the validation cohort,65.9%of patients(914/1388)had≤1 organ dysfunction,and four(0.3%)of them were pre-ACLF,with a miss rate of 3.4%(missed/total,4/117).Conclusions:AD patients with≤1 organ dysfunction had a significantly lower risk of developing ACLF within 28 days of admission and could be safely ruled out with a pre-ACLF miss rate of<5%.

China is rich in shale oil resource, which referring to the petroleum accumulation occurred in pure shale （including mudstone and shale） reservoir, namely shale oil. It is expected to become an important alternative energy in the future （Zou et al., 2003）. However, the shale oil production is far from the standard of economic efficiency. So there is a need to carry out effective fracturing treatment in order to increase yield. The mechanical behavior of rocks have an important influence on the fracturing treatment of reservoir, such as crack initiation and propagation during fracturing treatment. Therefore, evaluating the mechanical behavior of shale is an important work.

Dear Editor, Hepatitis C virus （HCV） infection, which causes hepatitis C and can chronically lead to serious and life-threatening dis- eases including liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma （Lauer and Walker, 2001）, is a rising global health problem. More than 170 million people are infected by HCV worldwide and 3-4 million people are infected each year. No effective vaccines are available to prevent HCV infection. Moreover, HCV is a fast mutating RNA virus with seven distinct genotypes and many subtypes within each genotype. The high degree of genetic diversity can lead to further viral resistance to the current therapies within individual patients （Li et al., 2012）. Hence, there remains a strong desire in the medical community to explore new therapeutic opportunities.

Nanometer-scale pores exist in the shale, causing that shale has complex reservoir spaces, which results in a poor connectivity among various pores. In addition, because of the complex mineralogical compositions, there is a variety of fluid occurrence state in the pores of the shale, causing that it is difficult to do experimental research for shale.

立足于高技术产业团体标准扩散全过程,考虑标准扩散的三个阶段即初期、中期和后期,围绕团体标准制定者与标准使用者间的竞合关系,基于经济学和生物种群理论,构建模型并分析了团体标准制定者在各个时期的最佳策略及其实现条件。研究表明:在团体标准扩散初期,标准制定者往往通过提高标准开放度吸引标准使用者;在团体标准扩散中期,标准制定者需针对标准开放度,对标准产品替代品和互补品市场进行综合考虑;在团体标准扩散后期,标准制定者需根据与标准使用者的竞争力对比情况,做出有关决策。此外,从政府政策角度,针对高技术产业团体标准扩散的国际化需求以及扩散阶段可能出现的垄断等不公平竞争情况,分别从标准开放与国际化、反垄断法规、创新激励政策和监管政策四个维度提出了政府对策建议。

Head cabbage(Brassica oleracea ***)is a cruciferous leafy vegetable consumed commonly in *** has been suggested that diets rich in cabbages play an important role in disease *** phytochemicals as well as antioxidant activity of four typical varieties of head cabbages in China were systematically *** acid was the most abundant phenolic acid in all samples followed by iso-ferulic *** phenolic acids in red head cabbage were significantly higher than in other head *** 5-CH3-H4 folate contents in all samples were much higher than *** head cabbage contained the highest amount of folic acids while red head cabbage had the *** was the only anthocyanidins found in red head cabbage with the content of 44.52 mg 100 g^(−1)fresh weight(fw).Total isothiocyanates in flat head cabbage was significantly higher than other head *** head cabbage had the significant the highest level of total phenolics and flavonoids with the values of 153.94 mg gallic acid equivalents·100 g^(−1)and 51.32 mg rutin equivalents·100 g^(−1),respectively,while flat head cabbage had the lowest *** head cabbage exhibited the highest antioxidant activity as measured by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH)and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)diammonium salt(ABTS)radical scavenging and ferric ion reducing antioxidant power(FRAP)assays with the values of 69.82,87.23%and 0.53,*** study suggests that different varieties of head cabbages have different nutritional advantages,and provides useful information to recommend the right head cabbages for consumers.
