We investigate the elementary wave interactions for the simplified combustion model in magnetogasdynamics. Under the modified entropy conditions, we construct the unique solution and observe some interesting phenomena;such as, the combustion wave may be extinguished by the contact discontinuity or the shock wave. Especially, the transition between the detonation wave and the deflagration wave is also captured.

A physical model for acoustic resonance in the annular cavity structure is developed to represent the typical characteristic when acoustic resonance ***,the measurement of sound pressure in the casing and rotor blades vibration is operated in a multistage high pressure *** sharp peak frequency and discrete multi-tone occur in the frequency spectrum of sound pressure in the compressor,and the vibration of the first stage of rotor blades synchronously presents the high *** frequencies associated with rotor blades vibration can be calculated with rotating sound source *** is also confirmed that acoustic resonance occurs in the multistage *** acoustic similarity principle,an annular cavity model is established to simulate the typical characteristics of acoustic resonance in the compressor based on Large Eddy Simulation(LES)and Lighthill acoustic *** coupling relationship between cavity acoustic mode and disc vibration mode shape is expounded when acoustic resonance occurs in the *** acoustic resonance will be locked in the certain flow rate *** these characteristics match well with those occur in the multistage high pressure compressor.

To develop high-performance photodetectors(PDs) as near-infrared(NIR) imaging sensors, researchers have either proposed new photoelectric materials, introduced complicated interface-processing steps, or created complex optical structures. In this study, we introduce a solution-processed organic material, PEDOT:PSS(PEDOT corresponds to a polymer of 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene(EDOT), and PSS corresponds to a polystyrene sulfonate), to germanium(Ge) wafers using a convenient spincoating method to improve the photoresponse performance of Ge-based PDs. The Ge wafers and PEDOT:PSS form a heterojunction that reduces the dark current when compared with the Ge Schottky PD(Au/Ge/Ag PD). The experimental results show that the Au/PEDOT:PSS/Ge/Ag heterojunction PD with a bias voltage of 0 V at 1550 nm exhibits a responsivity(R) of 0.26 A/W,a detectivity(D*) of 6.5×1011 Jones, a linear dynamic range(LDR) of 124 d B, and a bandwidth(-3 dB) of 10 k Hz. This implies that the performance of the PD is comparable to that of previously reported Ge-based PDs. Subsequently, a biomedical imaging application of the PD is successfully demonstrated through foreign-body detection. Therefore, it is expected that the selfpowered Au/PEDOT:PSS/Ge/Ag PD will be highly suitable for NIR imaging.

Accurate short-termphotovoltaic(PV)power prediction helps to improve the economic efficiency of power stations and is of great significance to the arrangement of grid scheduling *** order to improve the accuracy of PV power prediction further,this paper proposes a data cleaning method combining density clustering and support vector *** constructs a short-termPVpower predictionmodel based on particle swarmoptimization(PSO)optimized Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)***,the input features are determined using Pearson’s correlation *** feature information is clustered using density-based spatial clustering of applications withnoise(DBSCAN),and then,the data in each cluster is cleanedusing support vectormachines(SVM).Secondly,the PSO is used to optimize the hyperparameters of the LSTM network to obtain the optimal network ***,different power prediction models are established,and the PV power generation prediction results are *** results show that the data methods used are effective and that the PSO-LSTM power prediction model based on DBSCAN-SVM data cleaning outperforms existing typical methods,especially under non-sunny days,and that the model effectively improves the accuracy of short-term PV power prediction.

In this paper, we investigate the elementary wave interactions of the Aw-Rascle model for the generalized Chaplygin gas. We construct the unique solution by the characteristic analysis method and obtain the stability of the corresponding Riemann solutions under such small perturbations on the initial values. We find that the elementary wave interactions have a much more simple structure for Temple class than general systems of conservation laws. It is important to study the elementary waves interactions of the traffic flow system for the generalized Chaplygin gas not only because of their significance in practical applications in the traffic flow system, but also because of their basic role for the general mathematical theory.
