In this paper,the interrupted and ruptured creep tests were carried out in a novel second generation single crystal superalloy named DD11 at 1100℃/130 *** alloy exhibited typical creep curve including primary,steady,and tertiary three creep *** microstructural evolution at different stages of the creep were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that theγ′phases transform into rafted structure at the early stage of the steady creep and keep stable during the steady creep *** the creep goes on,the rafted structure further coarsens and the topological inversion *** addition,at the primary creep,the dislocations mainly move in theγmatrix and pile up in theγ/γ′interface since the matrix channels widen *** formation of the regular interfacial dislocation networks occurs at the early stage of the steady *** the low stress,the dominated deformation mechanism during steady creep stage is the climbing of the〈010〉type edge ***,the effect of the deformation mechanism on creep property was discussed in detail.

LZ91 Mg-li alloy plates with three types of initial texture were rolled by 70%reduction at both room temperature and 200℃to explore the rolling texture formation ofα-Mg *** results showed that the rolling texture is largely affected by the initial *** the samples exhibited two main texture components as RD-split double peaks texture and TD-split double peaks texture after large strain *** intensity of the two texture components was strongly influenced by the initial orientation and rolling *** twinning altered the large-split non-basal orientation to a near basal one at low rolling *** basal orientation induced by twinning is unstable,which finally transmitted to the RD-split *** strong TD-split texture formed due to slip-induced orientation transition from its initial *** competition between prismatic and basal slip determined the intensity and tilt angle of the TD-split *** increasing the rolling temperature,the TD-split texture component was enhanced in all three *** of extension twinning behavior and the promotion of prismatic slip at elevated temperature are the main reasons for the difference in hot and cold rolling texture.

Supramolecular systems feature dynamic,reversible and stimuli-responsive characteristics,which are not easily achieved by molecular *** last decade has witnessed tremendous advances in the investigations of supramolecular systems for various bioapplications,which include drug delivery,anticancer therapy,antibacterial therapy,photodynamic therapy,photothermal therapy,combination therapy,antidotes for residual drugs or toxins,and bioimaging and ***-guest chemistry has played a key role in the development of such bioactive supramolecular systems,and natural macrocycles(such as cyclodextrins),synthetic macrocycles(such as calixarenes,cucurbit[n]urils,and pillararenes),and porous framework polymers(such as supramolecular organic frameworks and flexible organic frameworks)have been most successfully used as hosts to build different kinds of host-guest systems for attaining designed *** self-assembly of rationally designed amphiphilic molecules,macromolecules and polymers represent another important approach for the construction of supramolecular architectures with advanced *** this review,we summarize the important contributions made by Chinese researchers in this field,with emphasis on those reported in the past five years.

Alcoholic liver injury (ALD) is a serious liver disease resulting from prolonged and excessive alcohol consumption， with significant morbidity and mortality and closely relate to iron accumulation and ferroptosis. Ferritinophagy is the process of autophagic degradation of ferritin and results in labile iron accumulation and ferroptosis. However， whether ferritinophagy involves in alcohol-induced liver injury and ferroptosis remains unexplored. Here， we demonstrated the involvement of ferroptosis in alcohol-induced liver injury by modulating nuclear receptor coactivator 4 (NCOA4)-mediated ferritinophagy. Utilizing both in vivo and in vitro models， we observed activation of autophagy and ferroptosis following alcohol administration. Intriguingly， we found that alcohol-induced ferroptosis is autophagy-dependent， because autophagy inhibitor 3-MA (30 mg/kg bw. in vivo， 1 mM in vitro， respectively) profoundly mitigated alcohol-induced ferroptosis. We further demonstrated that alcohol-induced ferritinophagy was derived by iron overload， by showing that iron chelator DFO (100 mg/kg bw. in vivo， 10 μM in vitro， respectively) can abolish alcohol-induced ferritinophagy and ferroptosis. Moreover， we observed an upregulation of NCOA4 expression， and knockdown of NCOA4 significantly reversed alcohol-induced disturbances in iron metabolism and subsequently blocking ferroptosis. Our findings suggest a connection between ferritinophagy and alcohol-induced ferroptosis in mouse liver and HepG2 cells， highlighting NCOA4-mediated ferritinophagy as a novel mechanism of alcohol-induced liver injury. This study enhances our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying alcohol-induced liver injury， and targeting ferritinophagy may provide new strategies for preventing or treating ALD.

The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as *** samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)*** this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-13tandem accelerator at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A 1μm thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy *** particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the ***,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of 1.125×10^(-10)was used to test the new AMS *** results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)*** sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×10^(-14)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×10^(-15)when the data were accumulated for 100 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated.

Dear Editor,G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs)play a vital role in regulating almost every aspect of human physiology,making up more than one-third of marketed drug targets(Santos et al.,2017).GPCRs orchestrate their signalling through interactions with three distinct downstream protein families:G proteins,G protein-coupled receptor kinases(GRKs),and arrestins(Santos et al.,2017).While G protein-mediated signalling is initiated upon GPCR stimulation,activated GPCRs return to their basal levels through a GRK-and arrestin-regulated desensitization process(Santos et al.,2017).In addition to modulating receptor desensitization,β-arrestin also regulates downstream events that are distinct from classical G protein signalling(Ahn et al.,2020).
