Tailoring NH4+ storage by regulating oxygen defect in ammonium vanadate

Defect engineering is an effective strategy for modifying the energy storage materials to improve their electrochemical ***, the impact of oxygen defect and its content on the electrochemical performances in the burgeoning aqueous NH+4storage field remains explored. Therefore, for the first time in this work, an oxygen-defective ammonium vanadate [（NH4）2V10O25·8H2O, denoted as Od-NHVO] with a novel 3D porous flower-like architecture was achieved via the reduction of thiourea in a mild reaction condition, which is a facile method that can realize the intention to regulate the oxygen defect content, with the capability of mass-production. The as-prepared OdM-NHVO with moderate oxygen defect content can deliver a stable specific capacitance output(505 F g-1, 252 mAh g-1at 0.5 A g-1with ～80% capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles), which benefits from extra active sites, unimpeded NH+4-migration path and relatively high structure integrity. In contrast, low oxygen defect content will lead to the torpid electrochemical reaction kinetics while too high content of it will reduce the chargestorage capability and induce structural disintegration. The superior NH+4-storage behavior is achieved with the reversible intercalation/deintercalation process of NH+4accompanied by forming/breaking of hydrogen bond. As expected, the assembled flexible OdM-NHVO//PTCDI quasi-solid-state hybrid supercapacitor（FQSS HSC） also exhibits high areal capacitance, energy density and reliable flexibility. This work provides a new avenue for developing materials with oxygen-deficient structure for application in various aqueous non-metal cation storage systems.

Aqueous rechargeable batteries are the promising energy storge technology due to their safety,low cost,and environmental *** ion(NH_(4)^(+))is an ideal charge carrier for such batteries because of its small hydration radius and low molar *** this study,VO_(2)·xH_(2)O with rich oxygen defects(d-HVO)is designed and synthesized,and it exhibits unique nanoarray structure and good electrochemical performances for NH_(4)^(+)*** and calculation results indicate that oxygen defects in d-HVO can enhance the conductivity and diffusion rate of NH_(4)^(+),leading to improved electrochemical *** most significant improvement is observed in d-HVO with 2 mmol thiourea(d-HVO-2)(220 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 A·g^(-1)),which has a moderate defect content.A full cell is assembled using d-HVO-2 as the anode and polyaniline(PANI)as the cathode,which shows excellent cycling stability with a capacity retention rate of 80%after 1000 cycles and outstanding power density up to 4540 W·kg^(-1).Moreover,the flexible d-HVO-2||PANI battery,based on quasi-solid electrolyte,shows excellent flexibility under different bending *** study provides a new approach for designing and developing high-performance NH_(4)^(+)storage electrode materials.

Communication-efficient distributed estimation and computation using skew-normal distribution

In this paper, we introduce a communication-efficient distributed estimation method tailored for massive datasets exhibiting skewness. The data are stored across multiple machines. We construct a surrogate likelihood which only need to transfer subgradient from local machines to approximate higher-order derivatives of the global likelihood. An enhanced EM algorithm is developed for computations. The proposed method not only addresses the non-normality of data by utilizing first-order gradient information in each transmission, ensuring low communication overhead, but also ensures privacy protection. Simulation studies illustrate the superior performance of the proposed methods.

Numerical simulation of the influence factors of NO_(x) emission on a W-type radiant tube

The radiant tube burner was modeled and analyzed by the numerical simulation method to investigate the influence factors and rules of NO_(x) emissions in a W-type radiant *** factors,which include air preheating temperature,excess air coefficient,and fuel gas composition,were modified to study their effects on NO_(x) emissions under varying working *** results were compared with the theoretical calculation value based on chemical reaction equilibrium theory and the onsite experimental value to verify the simulation *** results show that NO_(x) emissions rise with increasing air preheating ***_(x) production increases to an extreme value and then decreases during the oxygen-poor to oxygen-enriched process with the rise of the excess air *** the proportion of coke oven gas in the fuel gas raises the combustion temperature as well as the NO_(x) *** the thermal efficiency and NO_(x) emissions should be ***,the recommended values based on the simulation results are as follows:the air preheating temperature should not exceed 400℃,the excess air coefficient should be between 1.1 and 1.2,and the volume fraction of the coke oven gas should not exceed 30%.

Noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium(NVM),the third most diagnosed cardiomyopathy,is characterized by prominent trabeculae and intratrabecular ***,the genetic etiology of 40%–60%of NVM cases remains ***,we identify two infants with NVM,in a nonconsanguineous family,with a typical clinical presentation of persistent bradycardia since the prenatal period.A homozygous missense variant(R223L)of RCAN family member 3(RCAN3)is detected in both infants using whole-exome *** the zebrafish model,marked cardiac dysfunction is detected in rcan3 deficiency(MO-rcan3^(ATG)-injected)and rcan^(−/−) *** dysplasia of both endocardial and myocardial layers is also detected in rcan3-deficient ***3 R223L variant mRNAs can not rescue heart defects caused by rcan3 knockdown or knockout;however,hRCAN3 mRNAs rescue these ***-seq experiments show that several genes involved in cardiomyopathies are significantly regulated through multiple signaling pathways in the rcan3-knockdown zebrafish *** human cardiomyocytes,RCAN3 deficiency results in reduced proliferation and increased apoptosis,together with an abnormal mitochondrial ***,we suggest that RCAN3 is a susceptibility gene for cardiomyopathies,especially NVM and that the R223L mutation is a potential loss-of-function variant.

A Newton-type Method for l-Regularized Accelerated Failure Time Model under the Case-Cohort Design

The case-cohort design has been widely used to reduce the cost of covariate measurements in large cohort *** this paper,we study the high-dimensional accelerated failure time (AFT)model under the case-cohort *** on l0-regularization and a newly defined weight function,we propose a weighted least square procedure for variable selection and parameter ***,we develop a support detection and root finding (SDAR) algorithm,where the support is first determined based on the primal and dual information,then the estimator is obtained by solving the weighted least squares problem restricted to the estimated *** show the proposed algorithm is essentially one Newton-type algorithm,thus it is more efficient and stable compared with other regularized ***,we establish a sharp error bound for the solution sequences generated from the proposed ***,we propose an adaptive version of the proposed SDAR algorithm,which determines the support size of the estimated coefficient in a data-driven *** simulation studies demonstrate the superior performance of the proposed procedures,especially for the computational *** an illustration,we apply the proposed method to a malignant breast tumor gene expression data.

Rational design of highly active catalysts for breaking hydrogen-oxygen bonds is of great significance in energy chemical reactions involving ***,an efficient strategy for the artificial atom(RuPd)established by d-orbital coupling and adjusted by oxygen vacancy(V_(O))is verified for water *** an experimental verification,the turnover frequency of RuPd-TiO_(2)-VO(RuPdTVO)catalyst in ammonia borane hydrolysis reaches up to 2750 min^(−1)(26,190 min−1 based on metal dispersion)in the absence of alkali,exceeding the highest active catalysts(Rh-based catalysts).The d-orbital coupling effect between Ru and Pd simulates the outer electronic structure of *** transfer from V_(O) to(RuPd)constructs an electron-rich state of active sites that further enhances the ability of the artificial atom to dissociate *** work provides an effective electronic regulation strategy from V_(O) and artificial atom constructed by d-orbital coupling effect for efficient water dissociation.

连续管拖动压裂作为页岩油藏压裂增产的主体工艺之一,为了解决长水平段水平井压裂改造过程中面临的连续管下入自锁、压裂封隔器坐封困难、喷射阶段封隔器频繁解封等难点。文章通过对连续管拖动压裂作业中摩擦系数实验测试、软件模拟工具受力分析和射孔过程套管回压精确计算等方法,针对连续管下入自锁问题提出了利用金属降阻剂和环空泵送压裂工具延长连续管下深的方法,针对压裂封隔器坐封困难问题采用环空泵送辅助封隔器坐封,通过精确计算射孔阶段需要控制的套管回压,有针对性地预防封隔器频繁解封的问题。现场实践表明,上述措施能有效解决水平段2 000 m以内的底封拖动压裂过程连续管技术难题,为后续鄂尔多斯页岩油规模化开发提供技术支撑。

由于原子间存在共价键、金属键与离子键的混合键合状态,MAX相陶瓷兼具金属和陶瓷材料的性能特点,并且常与金属之间表现出良好的润湿性,有助于形成强界面结合,独特的层状原子结构使MAX相陶瓷表现出良好的断裂韧性、阻尼与自润滑性能。因此,作为金属基复合材料的增强相,MAX相陶瓷具有显著优势,本文着重介绍相关研究进展。目前,MAX相陶瓷增强金属基复合材料主要通过搅拌铸造、粉末冶金和熔体浸渗等途径制备,得到的复合材料表现出优于金属基体的强度、硬度与模量,同时还具备良好的耐磨、导电、抗电弧侵蚀等性能。此外,借助真空抽滤、冰模板等工艺可实现超细片状MAX相陶瓷粉体的择优定向排列,然后利用金属熔体浸渗多孔陶瓷骨架,可获得具有类贝壳结构的MAX相陶瓷增强金属基仿生复合材料,进一步提升材料的强韧性能。MAX相陶瓷增强金属基复合材料在承载、电接触等应用领域具有显著优势和广阔前景。

This registration study assessed clinical outcomes of TQ-B3525,the dual phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)α/δinhibitor,in relapsed and/or refractory follicular lymphoma(R/R FL).This phase II study(*** *** March 27,2020)comprised run-in stage and stage 2.R/R FL patients after≥2 lines therapies received oral 20 mg TQ-B3525 once daily in a 28-day cycle until intolerable toxicity or disease *** endpoint was independent review committee(IRC)-assessed objective response rate(ORR).Based on results(ORR,88.0%;duration of response[DOR],11.8 months;progression-free survival[PFS],12.0 months)in 25 patients at run-in stage,second stage study was initiated and included 82 patients for efficacy/safety *** received prior-line(median,3)therapies,with 56.1%refractory to previous last therapies;73.2%experienced POD24 at *** stage 2,ORR was 86.6%(71/82;95%CI,77.3-93.1%),with 28(34.2%)complete *** control rate was 95.1%due to 7(8.5%)stable *** time to response was 1.8 *** 71 responders,median DOR was not reached;18-month DOR rate was 51.6%.with median follow-up of 13.3 months,median PFS was 18.5(95%CI,10.2-not estimable)*** overall survival(OS)was not reached by cutoff date;24-month OS rate was estimated as 86.1%.Response rates and survival data were consistent across all *** 3 or higher treatment-related adverse events were observed in 63(76.8%)cases,with neutropenia(22.0%),hyperglycemia(19.5%),and diarrhea(13.4%)being ***-B3525 showed favorable efficacy and safety for R/R FL patients after≥2 lines prior therapies.
