Objective:Chronic levodopa(L-dopa)treatment in Parkinson’s disease(PD)is often associated with the development of motor complications,but the corresponding epidemiological data is rare in Chinese PD *** present survey was to investigate the prevalence rate of wearing-off(WO)and dyskinesia among the patients with PD in ***:From May 2012 to October 2012,a 3-step registry survey for wearing off(WO)and dyskinesia patients with PD receiving levodopa therapy was performed simultaneously at 28 movement disorders clinics in ***:There were 1,558 PD patients fulfilling the inclusion *** them,1,051 had at least one positive response of 9-item wearing off questionnaire(WOQ-9),724 and 160 patients were finally diagnosed with WO and dyskinesia by movement disorders specialists,*** overall prevalence rates of WO and dyskinesia were 46.5%(95%CI 44.0%-48.9%)and 10.3%(95%CI 8.8%-11.8%),*** mean score of WOQ-9 for those with WO was 3.8(SD=1.8),with movement slowness being the most common motor symptoms and pain/aching being the most common non-motor *** improvement of motor symptoms(n=354,87.8%)and long-term disease control and drug selection(n=288,71.5%)were the two most frequently considered factors when movement disorders specialists adjusted therapeutic strategies for patients with ***:This survey provided the first multi-center epidemiological data of motor complications among PD patients on L-dopa therapy from China's *** prevalence rate among Chinese PD patients was in line with,while dyskinesia prevalence rate was lower than previous reports from other Countries.

A composite material comprising a carbon layer and spherical carbon/carbon cloth(C-SC/CC)was fabricated using a hydrothermal-pyrolysis method,employing carbon cloth as the substrate and glucose as the carbon *** C-SC/CC electrode was evaluated as an electrocatalytic electrode for hydrogen production by electrolysis of Bunsen reaction *** electrode prepared with 4 g of glucose and annealed at 800°C showed excellent electrocatalytic *** requires only a potential of 185 mV(***)to achieve a current density of 10 mA/***,the electrode demonstrated good stability with a 6%loss in current density after 1000 cycles of scanning from 0.2 V to 1.2 *** results indicate the potential of the SC/CC electrode as an efficient and durable electrocatalyst for the electrolysis of H2SO4 and HI.

As the fundamental energy storage components in electronic systems,dielectric capacitors with high power densities were *** this work,the anti-ferroelectric Pb_(0.89)La_(0.06)Sr_(0.05)(Zr_(0.95)Ti_(0.05))O_(3)(PLSZT)ceramics and thin film capacitor were successfully fabricated by a solid-state reaction route and pulsed laser deposition method,*** ferroelectric,dielectric,energy-storage properties,and temperature stability of anti-ferroelectric PLSZT capacitor were investigated in *** compared with the PLSZT ceramic(energy storage density is 1.29 J/cm^(3) with an efficiency of 78.7%under 75 kV/cm),the anti-ferroelectric PLSZT thin film capacitors exhibited the enhanced energy storage density of 52.6 J/cm^(3) with efficiency of 67.7%under an electric field as high as 2068.9 kV/cm,and the enhanced energy-storage temperature stabilities from room temperature(RT)to more than 200℃ were demonstrated,and the oxygen defects mechanism and size effect were ***,the fast charging(~0.05 μs)and discharging(~0.15 μs)time were certified for the anti-ferroelectric PLSZT film *** findings broaden the horizon for PLSZT anti-ferroelectrics in high energy storage properties and show promising for manufacturing pulse power capacitor.

Background Obstructive sleep apnea （OSA） has been recognized as an independent risk factor for systemic hypertension. The study investigated the functional consequences of chronic intermittent hypoxia （CIH） on aortic constriction induced by angiotensin II （Ang II） and the possible signaling involving ERK1/2 and contractile proteins such as myosin light chain kinase （MLCK）, myosin phosphatase targeting subunit （MYPT1） and myosin light chain （MLC）. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into CIH group and normoxia group and exposed to either CIH procedure or air-air cycles. Phosphorylation of ERK1/2, MYPT1 and MLC was assessed by Western blotting following constrictor studies in the presence or absence of PD98059 （10 μmol/L）. Results CIH-exposure resulted in more body weight gain and elevated blood pressure, which could be attenuated by pretreatment with PD98059. Endothelium-removed aortic rings from CIH rats exhibited higher constrictor sensitivity to Ang II （Emax：（138.56±5.78）% versus （98.45±5.31）% of KCI; pD2：7.98±0.14 versus 8.14±0.05, respectively）. CIH procedure exerted complex effects on ERK expressions （total ERK1/2 decreased whereas the ratio of phosphorylated to total ERK1/2 increased）. CIH aortas had higher MLCK mRNA and basal phosphorylation of MYPT1 and MLC. In parallel to greater increases in phosphorylation of ERK1/2, MYPT1 and MLC, Ang II-induced aortic constriction was significantly enhanced in CIH rats, which was largely reversed by PD98059. However vascular constriction of normoxia rats remained unchanged despite similar but smaller changing tendency of proteins phosphorylation. Conclusion These data suggest that CIH exposure results in aortic hyperresponsiveness to Ang II, presumably owing to more activated ERK1/2 signaling pathway.

Orbital angular momentum(OAM)is a phenomenon of vortex phase distribution in free space,which has attracted enormous attention in theoretical research and practical application of wireless communication systems due to its characteristic of infinitely orthogonal ***,traditional methods generating OAM beams are bound to complex structure,large device,multiple layers,complex feed networks,and limited beams in microwave ***,a digital coding transmissive metasurface(DCTMS)with a single layer substrate and the bi-symmetrical arrow is proposed and designed to generate multi-OAM-beam based on Pancharatnam–Berry(PB)phase *** 3-bit phase response can be realized by encoding the geometric phase into rotation angle of unit cell for ***,the phase compensation of the metasurface is introduced to achieve the beam focusing and the conversion from spherical wave to plane *** to the digital convolution theorem,the far-field patterns and near-field distributions of multi-OAM-beam with l=–2 modes are adequately demonstrated by DCTMS *** OAM efficiency and the purity are calculated to demonstrate the excellent *** simulated and experimental results illustrate their performance of OAM *** designed DCTMS has profound application in multi-platform wireless communication systems and the multi-channel imaging systems.

Termodynamic data on methane hydrate formation in the presence of ammonia are very important for upgrading of ammonia synthesis vent gas using hydrate formation. This paper is focused on the formation conditions of methane hydrate in the presence of ammonia and the effects of gas-liquid ratio and temperature on the separation of vent gas by hydrate formation. Equilibrium data for methane hydrate within an ammonia mole concentration range from 1% to 5 % were obtained. The experimental results indicated that ammonia has an inhibitive effect on hydrate formation. The higher the ammonia concentration, the higher is the pressure reguired for methane hydrate formation would be. The primary experimental results showed that when volume ratio of gas to liquid was 80：1 and temperature was 283.15 K, total mole fraction of （H2＋N2） in gas phase could reach 96.9 %.
