Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

以具有不同扰动功能的黄色羽摇蚊幼虫(Chironomus flaviplumus)､苏氏尾鳃蚓(Branchiura sowerbyi)和椭圆萝卜螺(Radix swinhoei)为对象,通过微宇宙实验探究不同底栖动物扰动效应下的沉积物界面理化因子演变特性以及对温室气体CO_(2)和CH_(4)释放的影响规律.结果表明,不同扰动类型的底栖动物对沉积物-水界面的溶氧(DO)特征带来差异化改变,并影响了有机质的好氧/厌氧分解和碳素转化,进而改变了CO_(2)和CH_(4)的产生及释放量:1)3种底栖动物对CO_(2)和CH_(4)释放的影响存在差异:苏氏尾鳃蚓对两种温室气体的释放呈现最强的促进作用(为对照组的1.59和1.64倍),椭圆萝卜螺对两种温室气体释放的影响不显著,而摇蚊幼虫一定程度上抑制了CH_(4)释放.2)尾鳃蚓扰动下更多的碳素被消耗(表层沉积物和上覆水的TC含量减少)并生成CO_(2)和CH_(4)从系统逸出,其最低的DO渗透深度也为有机物厌氧分解产生CH_(4)创造了更有利的条件;萝卜螺仅在沉积物表面活动,对DO渗透深度以及系统TC和TOC改变较小,进而对温室气体释放的影响也最弱;摇蚊幼虫对CH_(4)释放的抑制作用可能是由于其扰动增大了DO渗透深度,抑制了有机物厌氧分解.

Objective Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)is advantageous for evaluating microcirculation,and has been applied to assess arthritis in previous ***,CEUS examinations have not been studied for hemophilia *** arthritis is different from other arthritis,because it is induced by spontaneous joint ***,CEUS may have special value in evaluating hemophilia *** present study assessed the value of CEUS in evaluating synovial hypertrophy and predicting recurrent joint bleeding in severe hemophilia A *** From August 2016 to January 2017,81 severe hemophilia A patients,who were referred to our hospital for ultrasound joint assessment with conventional ultrasound,were *** these 81 patients,46 patients consented for CEUS examinations on the same *** Compared to color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI),four more joints presented with a blood flow signal under CEUS *** addition,the synovial hypertrophy measured by CEUS was thicker than that measured by conventional *** ultrasound scores(including the total grey-scale ultrasound score,joint effusion/hemarthrosis,synovial hypertrophy,CDFI semi-quantitative score,and CEUS semi-quantitative score)were significantly higher in the joint bleeding group than in the no joint bleeding group(Phermore,these ultrasound scores were positively correlated with the joint bleeding frequency,and had the highest correlation with the CEUS score(r=0.620,Phe degree of synovial hypertrophy and vascularization,and diagnose synovitis,when compared to conventional *** addition,CEUS appears to be essential for evaluating the possibility of recurrent joint bleeding,and providing more reliable evidence for individualized treatment.

Objective:To investigate the effects of adjuvant danhong injection therapy on nerve injury and platelet activation markers in patients with acute cerebral ***: A total of 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital between January 2016 and September 2017 were reviewed and divided into the routine group (n=54) who received conventional therapy and the danhong injection group who received adjuvant danhong injection therapy. The differences in the contents of nerve injury indexes in serum and platelet activation markers in peripheral blood were compared between the two groups before treatment, after 3 d of treatment and after 7 d of ***: There was no statistically significant difference in the contents of nerve injury indexes in serum and platelet activation markers in peripheral blood between the two groups before treatment. After 3 d of treatment and after 7 d of treatment, copeptin, H-FABP and NSE contents in serum of danhong injection group were lower than those of routine group whereas BDNF and bFGF contents were higher than those of routine group;CD62p, CD42b, PAC-1 and PMA contents in peripheral blood were lower than those of routine ***: Conventional therapy combined with adjuvant danhong injection therapy can effectively reduce the degree of nerve injury and inhibit the platelet activation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.

本文以漳河京广铁路桥以下河段为例,采用一维与二维水沙运动数学模型,对同时具有冲刷基点及丁坝群的河段的水沙运动特性进行了数值模拟。在数学模型中,采用宽顶堰公式模拟基点对水流运动的作用,在数值计算中,采用曲线网格处理丁坝群附近的复杂边界条件,用有限体积法将直角坐标系上的控制方程直接在曲线网格上进行离散求解。利用实测资料进行了验证计算,计算所得的水位、河床冲淤变形与实测成果吻合较好。

Summary:In late December 2019,COVID-19 was firstly recognized in Wuhan,China and spread rapidly to all of the provinces of *** West Campus of Wuhan Union Hospital,the designated hospital to admit and treat the severe and critically ill COVID-19 cases,has treated a large number of such patients with great success and obtained lots of valuable experiences based on the Chinese guideline(V7.0).To standardize and share the treatment procedures of severe and critically ill cases,Wuhan Union Hospital has established a working group and formulated an operational recommendation,including the monitoring,early warning indicators,and several treatment principles for severe and critically ill *** treatment experiences may provide some constructive suggestions for treating the severe and critically ill COVID-19 cases all over the world.

Background： With the progress ofperinatal medicine and neonatal technology, more and more extremely low birth weight （ELBW） survived all over the world. This study was designed to investigate the short-term ontcomes of ELBW infants during their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit （NICU） stay in the mainland of China. Methods： All infants admitted to 26 NICUs with a birth weight （BW）〈1000 g were included between January 1,2011 and December 31,2011. All the data were collected retrospectively from clinical records by a prospectively designed questionnaire. The data collected from each NICU transmitted to the main institution where the results were aggregated and analyzed. Categorical variables were performed with Pearson Chi-square test. Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to detect risk factors. Results： A total of 258 ELBW infants were admitted to 26 NICUs, of whom the mean gestational age （GA） was 28.1 ± 2.2 weeks, and the mean BW was 868 ± 97 g. The overall survival rate at discharge was 50.0%. Despite aggressive treatment 60 infants （23.3%） died and another 69 infants （26.7%） died after medical care withdrawal. Furthermore, the survival rate was significantly higher in coastal areas than inland areas （53.6% vs. 35.3%, P = 0.019）. BW 〈750 g and GA 〈28 weeks were the largest risk factors, and being small for gestational age was a protective factor related to mortality. Respiratory distress syndrome was the most common complication. The incidence of patent ductus arteriosus, intraventricular hemorrhage, periventricular leukomalacia, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, retinopathy of prematurity was 26.2%, 33.7%, 6.7%, 48.1%, and 41.4%, respectively. Ventilator associated pneumonia was the most common hospital acquired infection during hospitalization. Conclusions： Our study was the first survey that revealed the present status of ELBW infants in the mainland of China. The mortality and morbidity of ELBW infants remained high as compared to other developed countries.
