Evaluation of adhesion of PVD Ti and TiN films on steel A_3 was carried out with constant rate pulling test(CRPT)at 0.05 mm/min under simultaneous SEM observation. As a criterion,the critical elongations of the film/substrate system for the initial cracking and spelling of the film may be applied to evaluate the plasticity and adhesion of the film to *** conventional scratch test was also made for evaluation of the adhesion for the same *** methods give the coordinate assessment for all the systems. In addition,the influence of the films on the ultimate yield strength of the substrate was discussed and another criterion of conherent work was proposed for the evaluation.

The panicle architecture and grain size of rice affect not only grain yield but also grain quality,especially grain *** erect-panicle(EP)trait controlled by the qpe9-1/dep1 allele has been widely used in high-yielding japonica rice breeding,but usually accompanied with moderate appearance of milled *** null gs9 allele shows a good potential for improving grain shape and ***,GS9 and qPE9-1/DEP1 loci are tightly linked,and their interaction is unclear,which obviously restricts their utilization in modern rice *** the present study,comparative analyses of protein and mRNA levels revealed that GS9 and qPE9-1 function *** nearisogenic lines(NILs)carrying various allelic combinations of these two loci,NIL(gs9/qpe9-1),NIL(GS9/qPE9-1)and NIL(gs9/qPE9-1),in the EP japonica cultivar 2661(GS9/qpe9-1)background were developed for genetic interaction ***9 and qPE9-1 had additive effects on determining grain size,and the null gs9 allele could decrease grain chalkiness and improve grain appearance without affecting plant and panicle architecture in EP japonica ***,introgression lines(ILs)developed in another released EP japonica cultivar Wuyujing 27(WYJ27)background showed the same additive effect and the feasibility of utilizing the gs9 allele to improve grain appearance quality in high-yielding EP *** study provides an effective strategy for rice breeders to improve rice grain appearance in EP japonica and related cultivars.

Objective To explore the protective effect of NANOG against hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2)-induced cell damage in the human hair follicle mesenchymal stem cells(hHF-MSCs). Methods NANOG was expressed from a lentiviral vector, pLVX-IRES-ZsGreen. NANOG hHF-MSCs and vector hHF-MSCs were treated with 400 μmol/L hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2) for 2 h, the cell survival rate, cell morphology, ROS production, apoptosis and expression of AKT, ERK, and p21 were determined and compared. Results Our results showed that NANOG could activate AKT and upregulate the expression of p-AKT, but not p-ERK. When treated with 400 μmol/L H_2O_2, NANOG hHF-MSCs showed higher cell survival rate, lower ROS production and apoptosis, higher expression of p-AKT, higher ratio of p-AKT/AKT. Conclusion Our results suggest that NANOG could protect hHF-MSCs against cell damage caused by H_2O_2 through activating AKT signaling pathway.

Broadband and perfect terahertz absorber based on multilayer metamaterial using cross-ring patterned structures is proposed and investigated. The structure of the absorber is double absorption layers consisting of a chromium cross ring and eight isosceles right triangles. The unique structure of the double absorbing layers excites the electric dipole multimode resonance, giving rise to high absorption performance. Meanwhile, the influence of construal parameters on absorber behavior is also discussed. The numerical results show that the absorption achieves over 90% ranging from 2.45 THz to 6.25 THz and 99% absorption in the range of 3.7—5.3 THz. The realization of broadband and perfect absorber is described using the impedance matching principle. It is obviously found that the absorber is insensitive to the high angle of incidence for both transverse electric(TE) and transverse magnetic(TM) polarizations. Compared with the former reports, this absorber has remarkable improved absorption efficiency and smaller period. The terahertz absorber may be found applications in the fields of energy capture and thermal detection.

女性主义翻译理论作为翻译理论的文化流派,通过语言的性别角色研究与转换,将翻译研究置于后现代主义的研究范畴中。女性主义翻译研究者提倡把女性主义观念移植入译本,解构男性菲勒斯文化,强调翻译的政治性,让语言替女性说话以突出女性主体身份和女性意识。同时,女性主义译论也受到多方的质疑。从翻译思想研究的认识论、对策论和方法论角度出发,可以看到该译论存有诸多方面的局限性:翻译哲学思想基础比较薄弱;一些翻译主张有偏颇、极端之嫌;"话语霸权"势头的出现;在实验性作品的翻译实践中方法单一等。

逆时偏移(RTM)是复杂介质条件下地震成像的重要手段.因受观测系统限制、上覆地层影响以及波场带宽有限等因素的影响,现行的常规RTM所采用的互相关成像条件通常对地下构造进行模糊成像.最小二乘逆时偏移(LSRTM)通过最小化线性Born近似正演数据和采集数据之间的波形差异,采用梯度类反演算法优化反射系数模型,获得的成像结果具有更高的分辨率和更可靠的振幅保真度.然而,基于波形拟合的LSRTM对背景速度模型的依赖性很强.误差太大的速度模型容易产生周波跳跃现象,导致LSRTM难以获得全局最优解.为了克服这一问题,本文基于扩展模型的思想,在线性Born近似下,推导得到RTM扩展成像条件.并基于最小二乘反演理论,提出扩展成像条件下的LSRTM方法.理论模型试算表明,本文方法不仅可以提供分辨率更高、振幅属性更为可靠的成像结果,而且能够在一定程度上消除速度误差对反演成像的影响.

Analysis on the Moist Potential Vorticity and Conditional Symmetric Instability of a Rainstorm

[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the moist potential vorticity (MPV) and conditional symmetric instability (CSI) of a rainstorm in Guangxi in the prior flood season. [Method] Based on the conventional observation data, precipitation data from the automatic station and 1°×1° six-hourly reanalyzed data from NCEP, MPV and CSI in a rainstorm process which occurred in the prior flood season in Guangxi were analyzed. The characteristics of MPV component and role of CSI before and after the rainstorm occurrence were discussed. [Result] The dense belt of isoline in the southeast of MPV1 positive-value area (MPV2 negative-value area) at 925 hPa, the underneath of sloping MPV1 positive-value column (MPV2 negative-value column) on the profile map and the underneath of dense belt of θe isoline had the good corresponding relationships with the falling zone of strong precipitation. After the system developed strongly, the enhancements of gradient and intensity of MPV1 and MPV2 predicted the rainstorm increase. In the beginning period of strong precipitation occurrence, the convective instability at 850-650 hPa co-existed with CSI. The convective instability and vertical movement played the main role. In the middle and latter periods of strong precipitation, the high-altitude weak cold air further invaded southward. It triggered the release of unstable energy, and compelled that the original sloping θe dense belt became steep. It was favorable for the development of sloping vorticity, and the atmosphere gradually turned into the neutral state of convection. CSI and ramp motion played the major role. Then, the rainstorm continued. [Conclusion] The research provided the theory basis for the application of MPV and CSI into the local routine business.
