试验旨在探究饲粮中添加不同比例的蘘荷黄酮对雏鸡生长性能、免疫功能、血浆生化指标及抗氧化功能的影响。选取90只体况相近的7日龄雏鸡,随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复3只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组分别在基础饲粮中添加100、200 mg/kg蘘荷黄酮。试验期35 d。结果显示,试验第1~14 d,Ⅰ组雏鸡平均日增重极显著高于对照组与Ⅱ组(P<0.01),料重比极显著低于对照组与Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。试验第35 d,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组雏鸡血浆谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血液H9亚型禽流感病毒、新城疫病毒(HDV)抗体效价均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血浆过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组雏鸡血浆总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于对照组及Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。试验第35 d,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组胸腺指数、法式囊指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加适量蘘荷黄酮可以改善雏鸡生长性能、免疫功能、部分血浆生化指标及抗氧化功能,蘘荷黄酮推荐添加量为100 mg/kg。

综合采用分子动力学模拟、水煮法实验、表面自由能实验和拉拔实验等宏微观方法,研究发泡水对沥青粘聚和粘附性的影响机制。结果表明,分子尺度上水分子排斥沥青分子,从而削弱沥青间界面能量;宏观尺度发现泡沫沥青与集料的抗水煮剥落性有所降低,发泡水对沥青的粘聚及粘附性不利,且发泡水越多对沥青的粘聚和粘附性损害越明显。泡沫沥青界面能与其粘聚和粘附性能具有高度相关性,可从宏观尺度和微观分子尺度解释发泡水对泡沫沥青粘聚/粘附性的多尺度影响。

目的研究多环芳烃内暴露与血脂之间的关系以及氧化应激途径在其中的中介作用。方法于2021年11月至2023年6月，在天津市西青医院和杨柳青社区医院招募缺血性脑卒中病人和对照人群，171名病例与342名对照人群作为研究对象。测定尿中多环芳烃代谢物、氧化应激指标8-羟基-2'-脱氧鸟苷（8-OHdG）和3-硝基酪氨酸（3-NT）。采用多元线性回归分析多环芳烃内暴露与血脂以及氧化应激指标的关联，采用中介效应分析氧化应激途径在多环芳烃内暴露对血脂改变的中介作用。结果研究总人群总多环芳烃羟基代谢物（ΣOH-PAHs）为187.02μg/g Cr。与对照组相比，缺血性脑卒中组的ΣOH-PAHs水平更高（P<0.05）。ΣOH-Flu和ΣOH-PAHs与低密度脂蛋白与高密度脂蛋白的比值（LDL/HDL）呈正向关联（P<0.05）。ΣOH-Flu与8-OHdG呈正向关联（P<0.05），ΣOH-Nap、ΣOH-Flu、ΣOH-Phe和ΣOHPAHs与3-NT呈正向关联（P<0.05）。8-OHdG在ΣOH-Flu和ΣOH-PAHs与LDL/HDL的关联之间存在中介作用，中介比例为12.00%和8.20%(P<0.05)。3-NT在ΣOH-Flu和ΣOH-PAHs与LDL/HDL的关联之间存在中介作用，中介比例为26.74%和25.76%(P<0.05)。结论多环芳烃内暴露与血脂之间呈显著相关性，氧化应激途径在多环芳烃内暴露与血脂关联中存在中介作用。

The stability of slope rock masses is influenced by freeze-thaw cycles in cold region,and the mechanism of stability deterioration is not *** order to understand the damage and progressive failure characteristics of rock masses under the action of freezing and thawing,a model test was conducted on slope with steep joint in this *** temperature,frost heaving pressure and deformation of slope rock mass were monitored in real-time during the test and the progressive failure mode was *** experimental results show that the temperature variations of cracking and the rock mass of a slope are *** are obvious latent heat stages in the temperature-change plot in the crack,but not in the slope rock *** frost heaving effect in the fracture is closely related to the constraint conditions,which change with the deformation of the *** frost heaving pressure fluctuates periodically during freezing and continues to decrease during *** surface deformation of the rock mass increases during freezing,and the deformation is restored when it ***-thaw cycling results in residual deformation of the rock mass which cannot be fully *** shows that the rock mass at the free side of the steep-dip joint rotates slightly under the frost heaving effect,causing fracture *** fracture propagation pattern is a circular arc at the beginning,then extends to the possible sliding direction of the rock *** heaving force and fracture water pressure are the key factors for the failure of the slope,which can cause the crack to penetrate the rock mass,and a landslide ensues when the overall anti-sliding resistance of the rock mass is overcome.

The limited infiltration and persistence of chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cells is primarily responsible for their treatment deficits in solid tumors. Here, we present a three-dimensional scaffold, inspired by the physiological process of T-cell proliferation in lymph nodes. This scaffold gathers the function of loading,delivery, activation and expansion for CAR-T cells to enhance their therapeutic effects on solid tumors. This porous device is made from poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) by a microfluidic technique with the modification of T-cell stimulatory signals, including anti-CD3, anti-CD28 antibodies, as well as cytokines. This scaffold fosters a 50-fold CAR-T cell expansion in vitro and a 15-fold cell expansion in vivo. Particularly, it maintains long-lasting expansion of CAR-T cells for up to 30 days in a cervical tumor model and significantly inhibits the tumor growth. This biomimetic delivery strategy provides a versatile platform of cell delivery and activation for CAR-T cells in treating solid tumors.

The deuterodifluoromethyl group CF_(2)D combines the structural features of CF_(3) and CD_(3) groups,finding wide applications in diverse pharmaceutical *** this work,the electrochemical monodeuterodefluorination of Ar-CF_(3) to Ar-CF_(2)D is achieved with an unreported deuterium atom transfer-coupled electron transfer pathway using D_(2)O as the only D source for the first time.A series of Ar-CF_(3) substances,including commercial pharmaceuticals,were converted to corresponding CF_(2)D products in up to 91% yield and 97% D-incorporation.A variety of functional groups,including pyridine,pyrrole,furan,thiophene,borate,thio ether,amine,amide,sulfonamide,and halide,are well tolerated in this protocol.t-BuOLi was an essential reagent to achieve chemoselective mono-defluorination.
