In the intricate process of natural product biosynthesis, a metabolon can enhance metabolic flux by associating sequential enzymes. A fungal metabolon, comprising of flavin-dependent monooxygenase Spe F and P450 monooxygenase Spe G, is identified in the biosynthesis of spiro polycyclic alkaloids(+)-notoamide B and its diastereomer(+)-versicolamide B. Using notoamide E as a substance, Spe F/Spe G metabolon can control the stereoselectivity of its 2,3-epoxidation, followed by hydrogen atom ion at C-17 to generate reactive epoxide tau-m A with dienyl iminium unit. Subsequently,(+)-notoamide B and(+)-versicolamide B are produced via tandem nonenzymatic inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder reaction and semipinacol rearrangement. This provides the first example of metabolon in the biosynthesis of spiro-prenylated indole alkaloids.

Auroral Kilometric Radiation (AKR) is a common radio emission,which can contribute to the magnetosphere-ionosphereatmosphere co u *** emissions have been observed in all magnetic planet magnetospheres of the solar *** this study,using observations from the FAST satellite from 30 August 1996 to 9 September 2001,the distribution of AKR in altitude=500-4500 km and invariant latitude (|ILAT|)=60°-80°has been analyzed.63045 AKR samples have been identified with~48%(52%) samples on the dayside (nightside).Of considerable interest,there is a distinct MLT asymmetry with the high occurrence rate in MLT=05-08 and 18-22(02-05 and 12-17) in the northern (southern) *** distinct MLT asymmetry is associated with the direction of Bxof the interplaneta ry magnetic *** addition,the occurrence rate on the nightside clearly increases as the AE^(*) index *** study further enriches the information and understanding of AKR in the magnetosphere as well as other similar radio emissions.

Intelligent interaction technology based on advanced sensing units has become a research hotspot. In this paper, an intelligent interaction system (IIS) based on a multimodal conformal triboelectric nanogenerator patch (MCTP) is reported for sports monitoring and life promotion of the disabled. This IIS consists of a cloud-based smart sports recognition program and a smart life application. The porous micro-reinforced structure of polyurethane (PU) Sponge&Ecoflex, and the surface modification of PTFE by coating it with MXene endows the MCTP with excellent electrical properties. It shows good angle and force sensitivities of 1.1 V/°and 1.61 V/N, respectively, and has an ultra-fast response time of 15 ms, meeting the needs of human motion monitoring. The MCTP can also capture the mechanical energy, producing a maximum output power of 139μ*** with the commercial inertial measuring unit (IMU), the MCTP shows better consistency in human joint angle sensing. A precise analysis of wheelchair curling sports monitoring points is achieved by combining the MCTP and the human anatomy model. The cloud-based smart sports recognition program utilizes machine learning to achieve visual feedback on the three throwing technologies of draw, takeout and clearing. In addition, the developed smart life application uses a highsensitivity MCTP-sensor array design to achieve a variety of smart home interactions through simple finger touches. Overall,the IIS integrates the three major functions of smart sports sensing, energy capture, and smart home control, providing important application prospects in the fields of smart sports and human-computer interaction for the disabled.

Based on the isospin-dependent Boltzmann-Langevin model,the dynamical fluctuations in the fragmentation reaction of^(112)Sn+^(112)Sn are *** quadrupole moment and octupole moment with zero magnetic quantum number have large fluctuations in the early time of the *** dynamical fluctuations in momentum space show a strong dependence on the incident *** effects of using different fluctuations on the fragment cross sections are also studied in the fragmentation *** results by using Q_(20)+Q_(30)fluctuation have a better agreement with the experimental *** using Q_(20)+Q_(30)fluctuation produce more proton-rich and neutron-rich nuclei than those using Q_(20)fluctuation ***,the difference between the production cross sections of fragments calculated by using Q_(20)and Q_(20)+Q_(30)fluctuations is larger in the vicinity of the *** results present that the dynamical fluctuations may affect the whole dynamical process of fragmentation reactions including the production of fragments,due to the nonlinear nature of the Boltzmann-Langevin equation.

The available capacity of distribution networks represents the maximum load capacity that can be accommodated under the existing conditions of the distribution network. It is an essential indicator for evaluating distribution networks' planning and operational effectiveness. This paper proposes a grid transformation method for distribution networks considering electric vehicle charging modes to address the significant decrease in available capacity caused by the large-scale disorderly charging of electric vehicles. By optimizing the grid topology and the optimal number, location, and type of line expansion and energy storage investment within the limited investment., the optimal enhancement of available capacity is achieved. Firstly, the Monte Carlo method is employed to generate scenarios of disorderly charging of electric vehicles, and an orderly electric vehicle charging model based on optimizing charging schedules is constructed. Secondly, a transformation model for enhancing the available capacity of distribution networks is developed based on the coordination of network reconfiguration, line expansion, and energy storage investment. Then, the complexity of the model is reduced using the Benders decomposition algorithm, and a commercial solver is employed for the solution. Finally, a case study based on a city's actual distribution network grid is conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategies for enhancing the available capacity. © 2025 Power System Technology Press. The unavoidable dendrite growth and shuttle effect have long been stranglehold challenges limiting the safety and practicality of lithium-sulfur ***,we propose a dual-action strategy to address the lithium dendrite issue in stages by constructing a multifunctional surface-negatively-charged nanodiamond layer with high ductility and robust puncture resistance on polypropylene （PP） *** uniformly loaded compact negative layer can not only significantly enhance electron transmission efficiency and promote uniform lithium deposition,but also reduce the formation of dendrite during early deposition *** importantly,under the strong puncture stress encountered during the deterioration of lithium dendrite growth under limiting current,the high ductility and robust puncture resistance（145.88 MPa） of as-obtained nanodiamond layer can effectively prevent short circuits caused by unavoidable lithium *** Li||Li symmetrical cells assembled with nanodiamond layer modified PP demonstrated a stable cycle of over 1000 h at 2 mA cm-2with a polarization voltage of only 29.3 ***,the negative charged layer serves as a physical barrier blocking lithium polysulfide ions,effectively mitigating capacity *** improved cells achieved a capacity decay of only 0.042%per cycle after 700 cycles at 3 C,demonstrating effective suppression of dendrite growth and capacity attenuation,showing promising prospect.

Within the framework of isospin-dependent Boltzmann-Langevin model,the production cross sections of proton-rich nuclei with Z=20-25 are *** to the reaction results for different isospin of projectiles^(48)Ni,^(49)Ni,and^(50)Ni,proton-rich fragments tend to be more easily produced in reactions with the protonrich projectile^(48)*** production cross sections of the unknown nuclei in the vicinity of the projectile are sensitive to incident *** is observed that incident energy of 345 MeV/u is appropriate for producing proton-rich nuclei with Z=*** projectile fragmentation reactions based on the radioactive ion beam of48Ni at 345MeV/u,several unknown proton-rich nuclei near the proton drip line are generated in the *** these new nuclei are near-projectile elements near Z=*** production cross sections of the new nuclei^(34)Ca,37,38Sc,^(38)Ti,^(40,41,42)V,^(40,41)Cr,and^(42,43,44,45)Mn are in the range of ***,projectile fragmentation of radioactive ion beams of Ni is a potential method for generating new proton-rich nuclei with Z=20-25.

The Xing'an-Mongolian orogenic belt is an important Ag-Pb-Zn metallogenic province in China. The study on the genesis of the newly discovered Cuiluan hydrothermal vein-type Ag-Pb-Zn deposit located in the Lesser Xing'an Range， within the eastern of Xing'an-Mongolian orogenic belt， is pivotal in understanding the metallogenic mechanism and regularity of Ag-Pb-Zn deposits in this region. This study utilizes pyrite trace elements and sulfur isotopic geochemistry， and mercury isotope of rocks and ores to constrain the genesis of the Cuiluan deposit. Pyrite geochemical data show that Ag exists in the form of galena inclusions (Ag++(Bi3+， Sb3+) ? Pb2+) in the polymetallic sulfide stage， and independent Ag-bearing minerals （matildite and gustavite） precipitate during the main mineralization stage. The small varied δ34S values （3.24‰ - 4.94‰） of pyrites from four hydrothermal stages are within the range of magmatic S isotopes， indicating that the ore-forming fluid of the Cuiluan deposit mainly originated from the magma. The Δ199Hg values of the ores are close to 0‰， which are consistent with the Δ199Hg values of mantle， further indicating that the ore-forming materials came from the lithospheric mantle. Combined with the regional tectonic evolution， we conclude that the plate subduction of Paleo-oceans in NE China triggered the partial melting of metasomatized mantle. The mantle-derived magma rose along the deep fractures and evolved ore-forming fluids， and finally caused the formation of Cuiluan quartz vein-type Ag-Pb-Zn deposit in the shallow crust. Accompany with previous documents， we infer that the fractures in the large-scale “Granite Sea” in the Lesser Xing'an Range may have significant potential for vein-type Ag-Pb-Zn exploration.
