Influence of thermal exposure on microstructure and stress rupture properties of a new Re-containing single crystal Ni-based superalloy

In this study, the long-term thermal microstructural stability and related stress rupture lives of a new Re-containing Ni-based single-crystal superalloy, DD11, were investigated after high-temperature exposure for different lengths of time. The results show that the γ' precipitates retained a cuboidal morphology and the γ' size increased after short thermal exposure for 50 h at 1,070℃. As the thermal exposure time was prolonged to 500 h, the cuboidal γ' gradually changed into irregular raft-like morphology due to particles coalescence, and the morphology of the microstructure was almost unchanged after further thermal exposure up to 3,000 h. The stress rupture experiments at 1,070℃ and a tensile stress of 140 MPa showed that the rupture lives increased significantly after thermal exposure for 50 h and dropped dramatically with increasing exposure time up to 500 h but decreased slowly after exposure for more than 500 h. These results imply that stress rupture properties did not decrease when the γ' remained cuboidal but degraded to different extents during the γ' coarsening process. The coarsening of the γ' precipitates and change in morphology were regarded as the main factors leading to the degradation of the stress rupture lives. This study provides fundamental information on the high-temperature longterm microstructural stability and mechanical performance, which will be of great help for DD11 alloy optimization and engineering aeroengine applications.

血管瘤及脉管畸形是头颈部常见的良性脉管源性疾病,随着对非手术治疗方案的深入研究与广泛应用,大量患者在微创或无创情况下得以改善或治愈疾病,但在特定情况下,手术依然是血管瘤及脉管畸形综合序列治疗中不可替代的治疗手段。然而,针对头颈部血管瘤及脉管畸形,如何选择和应用手术诊疗技术,学术界尚未形成规范和共识。为进一步提高国内同行对头颈部血管瘤及脉管畸形的治疗水平,规范和统一手术治疗策略,本文汇集全国多所医学院校及附属医院相关专家的讨论意见,借鉴和参考国内外相关最新成果与诊治经验,从头颈部血管瘤及脉管畸形的临床诊断及术前准备、手术适应证及策略、术后护理及观察、术后常见并发症及处理、随访及社会心理支持等方面,制定此专家共识,以帮助和指导相关专业的医师开展规范化手术治疗。

Background Because no data regarding the comparison of crush stenting with paclitaxel （PES） or sirolimus eluting stents （SES） for coronary bifurcate lesions have been reported, we compared the clinical outcomes of these two types of stents. Methods Two hundred and thirty patients with 242 bifurcate lesions were enrolled in a prospective, nonrandomized trial Primary endpoints included myocardial infarction, cardiac death and target vessel revascularization at 8 months. Results All patients were followed up clinically and 82% angiographically at 8 months. Final kissing balloon inflation was performed in 72% in the PES and 75% in the SES groups （P〉0.05）. Compared to the SES group, PES group had a higher late loss and incidence of restenosis （P=0.04） in the prebifurcation vessel segment. The postbifurcation vessel segment in the PES group had a greater late loss （（0.7±0.6） mm vs （0.3±0.4） mm, P〈0.001） and higher restenosis in the side branch （25.5% vs 15.6%, P=0.04） when compared to the SES group. There was significant difference of insegment restenosis in the entire main vessel between PES and SES groups （P=0.004）. Target lesion revascularization was more frequently seen in the PES group as compared to the SES group （P=0.01）. There was significant difference in the accumulative MACE between these two groups （P=-0.01）. The survival rate free from target lesion revascularization was significantly higher in the SES group when compared to the PES group （P〈0.001）. Conclusion SES is superior to PES in reducing restenosis and target lesion revascularization by 8-month follow-up after crush stenting for bifurcate lesions.

Quantum information processing based on magnetic ions has potential for applications as the ions can be modified in their electronic properties and assembled by a variety of chemical methods. For these systems to achieve individual spin addressability and high energy efficiency, we exploited the electric field as a tool to manipulate the quantum behaviours of the rare-earth ion which has strong spin-orbit coupling. A Ce:YAG single crystal was employed with considerations to the dynamics and the symmetry requirements. The Stark effect of the Ce;ion was observed and measured. When demonstrated as a quantum phase gate, the electric field manipulation exhibited high efficiency which allowed up to 57 π/2 operations before decoherence with optimized field direction. It was also utilized to carry out quantum bang-bang control, as a method of dynamic decoupling, and the refined Deutsch-Jozsa algorithm. Our experiments highlighted rare-earth ions as potentially applicable qubits because they offer enhanced spin-electric coupling which enables high-efficiency quantum manipulation.

该文对半夏曲传统制作工艺的沿革进行了探讨。宋代半夏曲的制作方法包括半夏姜汁制饼与制饼后发酵两种,以半夏姜汁制饼为主流。金元时沿袭宋代工艺,半夏曲的应用具有一定的局限性。明代医家对半夏曲的炮制机理进行了阐发,认为“片则刀峻,曲则力柔。”明代李时珍对半夏饼与半夏曲的混淆问题进行了澄清,韩懋的《韩氏医通》收载了5首半夏曲方,对半夏曲配方的扩充具有划时代的意义。清代医家在继承《韩氏医通》半夏曲方的基础上,总结为韩飞霞制曲十法;当时的半夏曲与神曲的制作工艺相互影响。建国后,半夏曲的地方炮制经验深受清代影响,地方炮制规范逐渐趋同。该文同时对半夏曲炮制工艺中的“半夏”与“曲”孰重孰轻、半夏的前期处理、半夏饼与半夏曲的概念区分、面粉用量与添加时机、神曲粉的加入、白矾在半夏曲中的作用等问题进行了思考。

Activity maintenance of the excised branches and a case study of NO_2 exchange between the atmosphere and *** branches

The efficient maintenance of the activity of excised branches is the powerful guarantee to accurately determine gas exchange flux between the detached branches of tall trees and the atmosphere. In this study, the net photosynthetic rate(NPR) of the excised branches and branches in situ were measured simultaneously by using two photosynthetic instruments to characterize the activity of the excised branches of Phyllostachys nigra. The ratio of normalized NPR of excised branches to NPR in situ was used to assess the photosynthetic activity of detached branches. Based on photosynthetic activity, an optimal hydroponics protocol for maintaining activity of excised P. nigra branches was presented:1/8 times the concentration of Gamborg B5 vitamin mixture with p H = 6. Under the best cultivation protocol, photosynthetic activity of excised P. nigra branches could be maintained more than 90% within 6 hr in the light intensity range of 200–2000 μmol/(m2·sec) and temperature range of 13.4–28.7°C. The nitrogen dioxide(NO2) flux differences between in situ and in vitro branches and the atmosphere were compared using double dynamic *** on the maintenance method of excised branches, the NO2 exchange flux between the excised P. nigra branches and the atmosphere(from-1.01 to-2.72 nmol/(m2·sec) was basically consistent with between the branches in situ and the atmosphere(from-1.12 to-3.16 nmol/(m2 sec)) within 6 hr. Therefore, this study provided a feasible protocol for in vitro measurement of gas exchange between tall trees and the atmosphere for a period of time.
