Members of the caveolin family played important roles during fundamental cellular processes,such as regulation of cell morphology,migration,and gene expression in muscle *** this study,caveolin-1.(Cav-1.,one of the caveolins,was identified from longissimus dorsi muscle of Large Yorkshire pig and Chinese indigenous Lantang pig based on the results of mRNA differential display *** deduced amino acids sequence of the porcine Cav-1.contained a caveolin domain,and was very conservative among different *** Cav-1.mRNA was widely expressed in the eight tissues in this study,including heart,liver,kidney,encephalon,spleen,lung,longissimus dorsi muscle,and back fat, and the highest expression quantity was found in back fat of the two pig *** expression quantity of porcine Cav-1.in back fat and longissimus dorsi muscle of Lantang pig was significantly higher than that of Large Yorkshire(P1.and P1.might be a candidate gene for carcass traits,and might provide valuable information for understanding the mechanism of caveolae signaling in fat deposition by using the animal model of pig.

Cenxi Permian basalts are the late Palaeozoic island-arc type basalts first found in south {1.. REE and trace element characteristics and distribution patterns show that this volcanic formation, which has been isotopically dated at 2.1 MaB.P. by the 39Ar/ 40Ar method, is of an active continental marginal island arc type, and that the tectonic environment at that time was an island-arc marginal sea or minor ocean basin related with the paleo-Tethyan tectonic belt in western Guangdong-eastern Guangxi.

Hydrocarbon generating and expulsion simulation experiments are carried out using samples artifically matched between the acid-dissolved residue of relatively low-maturity limestone and the original sample. This work makes up for the insufficiency of source rock samples with high abundance of organic matters and low maturity in china. The organic carbon content of the 1. prepared samples varies between 0.1.% and 0.74%. Pyrolysis data and simulation experiment results of hydrocarbon generating and expulsion, which were obtained by a high-temperature and high-pressure open system, indicate that the lower limit of organic carbon content for marine carbonate rock to generate and expel hydrocarbons is 0.23%—0.31.. In combination with the numerical analysis of organic carbon in marine carbonate rocks from Tarim Basin, Sichuan Basin, Ordos Basin and North china, as well as the contribution of these gas source rocks to the discovered gas pools, we think that the organic carbon criterion for carbonate gas source rocks should be 0.3%.

Optimizing electronic structure of Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x) MXene through Nb doping for enhanced electrochemical performance

MXene is a promising electrode material for both high volumetric capacitance and high-rate performance in ***,the current study has mainly focused on the monometallic element Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene until now,while the bimetallic and multimetallic MXene have received comparatively less *** this work,we demonstrate that the electronic structure of the Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x) MXene could be regulated by fine-tuning the content of doped Nb *** enhanced electron cloud density of surface–O termination and the electron spin of the Mo atoms in the Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x) MXene,leads to the boost of electric double-layer capacitor(EDLC)and improvement of *** a consequence,the electrochemical performance of Nb-doped Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x) MXene(Nb-0.3-MXene)demonstrates a capacitance of 398 F·cm^(−3),roughly doubling that of the pristine Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x) MXene electrode at 1.7 F·cm^(−3) in the 3 M H_(2)SO_(4) *** the same time,the Nb-0.3-MXene could even maintain a capacitance of 82.75% at 200 mV·s−1.with high cyclic stability for 1.,000 cycles at 1. A·g−***,Nb-0.3-MXene-based hybrid supercapacitors deliver a remarkable volumetric energy density of 48.1.W·h·L^(−1.at 230.7 W·L^(−1.,and 34.4 W·h·L^(−1.at a high power density of 82.6 kW·L^(−1..There exists a balance between the volumetric capacitance and rate performance with different ratios of Nb atoms in the Nb-doped MXene due to the strong interaction between the Nb-doped MXene and the intercalated ***,optimizing the electronic structure of MXene through heteroatom doping is of great potential for enhanced supercapacitor performance.

A novel scheme to compress optical pulses is proposed and demonstrated numerically, which is based on a nonlinear optical loop mirror constructed from dispersion decreasing fiber (DDF). We show that, in contrast to the conventional soliton-effect pulse compression in which compressed pulses are always accompanied by pedestals and frequency chirps owning to nonlinear effects, the proposed scheme can completely suppress pulse pedestals and frequency chirps. Unlike the adiabatic compression technique in which DDF length must increase exponentially with input pulsewidth, the proposed scheme does not require adiabatic condition and therefore can be used to compress long pulses by using reasonable fiber lengths. For input pulses with peak powers higher than a threshold value, the compressed pulses can propagate like fundamental solitons. Furthermore, the scheme is fairly insensitive to small variations in the loop length and is more robust to higher-order nonlinear effects and initial frequency chirps than the adiabatic compression technique.

Gaohu is one of the main bowed stringed instruments used in Guangdong music and Chinese native Orchestra. However its sound intensity has never been carefully measured. In this paper the sound power measurements of Gaohu were performed in a reverberation chamber according to the Chinese national standard. Two qualified musicians performed on their own instruments. The mean sound power levels and the dynamic ranges of Gaohu were investigated by four channel acoustic measuring equipments when single notes, music scale and melodies were performed under pp, mp, f and ff dynamics. Great differences were found when Gaohu performed single notes, while the sound power levels were quite close when music scale were performed under f dynamic to those when melodies were performed under normal dynamic mark, the sound power levels of Gaohu when music scale was performed under f dynamics were suggested as the typical and representative value of the sound intensities of Gaohu instrument.

A novel key pre-distribution scheme for sensor networks is proposed, which enables sensor nodes to communicate securely with each other using cryptographic techniques. The approach uses the rational normal curves in the projective space with the dimension n over the finite field F q . Both secure connectivity and resilience of the resulting sensor networks are analyzed. By choosing the parameters q and n properly, this key pre-distribution scheme has some advantages over the previous known schemes. In addition, if the number of the rational normal curves in the scheme becomes too large for an application, the size may be reduced by choosing a part of the curves randomly. This reduction has, shown by our experiments, only minimal impact on secure connectivity and resilience of the resulting sensor network.
