CCD and WFI are payloads in the visible light and near infrared bands on CBERS satellites and they have not been applied widely, especially WFI. This article mainly probes into the potential of these two sensors’ application in the vegetation monitoring and analyses the influences of radiometric calibration, atmosphere conditions and sun-observing geometry, etc. on NDVI obtained from these two sensors respectively. In addition it analyses the effect of the spectral response difference of red and near infrared spectral bands in CCD and WFI sensors on NDVI. Results indicate that radiometric calibration is the most important factor on NDVI, which cannot be applied to vegetation monitoring without radiometric calibration. Results also demonstrate that near surface NDVI is different greatly from that of TOA which change with atmosphere conditions. The study shows that NDVI is also affected by the non-lambertian character of surface and the change of the atmospheric path with the observing geometry. And NDVI of WFI is higher than that of CCD. They are very different because of their spectral difference, but they have a good linear relevant relationship.

Leaf shape is a key trait for plant architecture relating to photosynthesis and transpiration in plants(Lawson et al.,2020).Erect leaves with proper leaf length and width,particularly the upper three leaves in cereal crops,could significantly improve light absorption efficiency in canopy and ultimately increase crop yield(Jiao et al.,2.10).Rice leaves initiate at the peripheral zone of shoot apical meristem,then develop along the proximal-distal,adaxial-abaxial,and mediallateral axes to form a flat symmetric architecture(Du et al.,2.18).

At the physiological level,the interplay between auxin and ethylene has long been recognized as crucial for the regulation of organ abscission in ***,the underlying molecular mechanisms remain ***,we identified transcription factors involved in indoleacetic acid(IAA)and ethylene(ET)signaling that directly regulate the expression of INFLORESCENCE DEFICIENT IN ABSCISSION(IDA)and its receptor HAESA(HAE),which are key components initiating ***,litchi IDAlike 1(LcIDL1)interacts with the receptor HAESA-like2(LcHSL2).Through in vitro and in vivo experiments,we determined that the auxin response factor LcARF5 directly binds and activates both LcIDL1 and ***,we found that the ETHYLENE INSENSITIVE 3-like transcription factor LcEIL3 directly binds and activates *** expression of IDA and HSL2 homologs was enhanced in Lc ARF5and Lc EIL3 transgenic Arabidopsis plants,but reduced in ein3 eil1 ***,the expressions of LcIDL1 and LcHSL2 were significantly decreased in Lc ARF5-and LcEIL3-silenced fruitlet abscission zones(FAZ),which correlated with a lower rate of fruitlet *** of auxin led to an increase in 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid(the precursor of ethylene)levels in the litchi FAZ,followed by abscission *** this process,LcRF5 and LcEIL3 were induced in the ***,our findings suggest that the molecular interactions between litchi AUXIN RESPONSE FACTOR 5(LcARF5)-LcIDL1/LcHSL2 and LcEIL3–LcIDL1 signaling modules play a role in regulating fruitlet abscission in litchi and provide a long-sought mechanistic explanation for how the interplay between auxin and ethylene is translated into the molecular events that initiate abscission.

Seeded region growing （SRG） is becoming a popular method because of its ability to involve high-level knowledge of anatomical structures in seed selection *** medical images are mostly fuzzy,defining the homogeneity criterion depending on the image properties is a challenging *** developed a novel 3D hierarchical SRG algorithm which learns its homogeneity criterion *** our approach,several seed points are selected *** the CT images are divided into sub-blocks with a defined size and the homogeneity criterion is estimated automatically through investigation of the statistical characteristics in the local regions of the seed *** order to utilize the texture of the liver image and reduce computation cost,the hierarchical sub-blocks merging techniques are used during the region growing *** results show the proposed method can efficiently segment the live region and vessels from serial abdominal CT images with little user interaction.

Grain drying is a heat and mass transferring process in a multivariate-coupling, nonlinear, long-delay and unsteady state. A precise and practical control system is necessary for achieving the drying goals. Model predictive control system has been developed to an influential method on both theory and application as an optimized control strategy based on model prediction since the late 1970s. It’s especially effective in control multivariate, strong time variation and nonlinear system. Mathematics predictive model , data sampling and transferring mechanism , and progressive optimization strategy were developed to construct a kind of model predictive controller for paddy dryer. Grain deep-bed drying process analytical theory was applied to the moisture content distribution model to predict the future moisture content result according to history information and expected output. The dynamic real-time sampling of moisture contents and data stack saving routine were designed to transfer parameters to processing unit. Feedback compensation was adopted to modify the offset of measured and predicted outputs. It’s optimized in quadratic performance index function after comparing with the set value. Then the control value of next n sampling periods was obtained. And when the measured output values were returned to predictive model, the loops that were "prediction, optimization, execution, output, prediction", acted persistently. As a result, the controller could always supply current optimization control value no matter how much the control members and disturbance changed. The test results show that the control system can work accurately in dynamic temperature variation between –35°C and +40°C and moisture content variation between 8%wb and 35%wb. The ununiformity of output moisture content was less than 1%;the rice cracking increase was less than 3% and the offset of output to expected moisture content is less than ±0.5%wb. So this controller is reliable, stable and accurate

Dear Editor,This letter proposes a fuzzy indirect iterative learning(FIIL)active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)scheme to address the impact of uncertain factors of plant-protection unmanned ground vehicle(UGV),in which ADRC is a data-driven model-free control algorithm that only relies on the input and output data of the *** on the established nonlinear time-varying dynamic model including dynamic load(medicine box),the FIIL technology is adopted to turn the bandwidth and control channel gain online,in which the fuzzy logic system is used to update the gain parameters of iterative learning in real *** and experiment show the FIIL-ADRC scheme has better control performance.
