Recent advances in organic electronics of novel materials and optoelectronic devices spark great interest in the design and synthesis of high-performance polymer semiconductors. During the last decade, isoindigo(ⅡD) and its derivatives have sprung up as common electron-deficient building blocks and obtained extensive applications in organic field-effect transistors(OFETs).In this review, we first present the current status, basic principles, and general material design strategies for OFETs. Then,multiple ⅡD-type acceptors, mature synthetic routes to monomers, and typical ⅡDs-based conjugated polymers are *** also introduce side-chain engineering and cutting-edge applications, like stretchable transistors, sensing, active-matrix driving, etc., of the classic copolymer poly(isoindigo-co-bithiophene). Green polymerization approaches towards conjugated polymers incorporating ⅡDs are subsequently discussed for efficient polymerization. Finally, we conclude this review and propose in-depth prospects with respect to material synthesis and device applications. Undoubtedly, ⅡDs-based conjugated polymers would occupy a significant position in the future of organic electronics, due to diverse building blocks, mature synthetic pathways, tunable side chains, and unique optoelectronic properties.

目的:通过网络药理学预测搜风化痰方治疗心房颤动的作用靶点及信号通路,进一步探讨其治疗心房颤动的潜在作用机制。方法:用中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)筛选搜风化痰中药复方的活性成分并预测其作用靶点,构建活性成分-预测靶点网络。通过OMIM、TTD、Gene Cards检索心房颤动的潜在靶点,采用STRING 11.0获取心房颤动靶点蛋白质相互作用,通过Cyto Scape 3.9.1软件对搜集到的数据进行可视化分析,进而构建心房颤动靶点的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用网络。通过Venny将搜风化痰中药复方预测靶点与心房颤动靶点进行合并,得到搜风化痰中药复方治疗心房颤动的潜在靶点,运用DAVID数据库对搜风化痰方治疗心房颤动的潜在靶点进行生物功能及信号通路富集分析。通过微生信平台进行数据可视化分析,Cyto Scape3.9.1软件构建搜风化痰方治疗心房颤动的活性成分-潜在靶点-信号通路网络。结果:预测出搜风化痰中药复方治疗心房颤动的潜在靶点25个,中药复方可通过糖尿病并发症中的晚期糖基化终末产物-晚期糖基化终末产物受体信号通路、松弛素信号通路、白细胞介素-17信号通路等发挥治疗心房颤动的作用。结论:搜风化痰中药复方基于多成分、多靶点、多通路治疗心房颤动。

Stretchable organic field-effect transistors (STOFETs) employing organic semiconductors as active layers are highly attractive ongoing from health monitoring to biological research owing to some favorable advantages over their inorganic counterpart, including light weight, low cost, solution processing, high flexibility and simple adjustment of functionalities through molecular design. Although the development of STOFETs with original electrical performances under large mechanical deformation remain rudimentary, major efforts have recently been devoted to the investigation on STOFETs, and remarkable advances in stretchable components and novel fabrication methods have been achieved. A detailed overview of the advantages, challenges and current achievements in STOFETs was given including stretchable electrodes, semiconductors, dielectrics and substrates. Furthermore, conclusions and prospects for the future development of STOFETs with both high stretchability and superb electrical performances fabricated using intrinsically stretchable components are proposed.

随着光通信网络的发展，高性能宽带模式转换器成为了迫切需求。提出并实验制备了强调制相移少模光纤螺旋长周期光栅，其可以实现全光纤宽带轨道角动量模式转换器的功能。通过增大二氧化碳激光的辐射功率在较短的少模光纤中制备强调制光栅可以显著增大光栅带宽，当在强调制光栅引入相移时，光栅的模式转换带宽会进一步增大。高阶模式转换的10-dB带宽均大于200 nm，且光栅在宽带波长范围内能够直接激发2阶与3阶轨道角动量模式。通过对光栅施加扭转与应力，能够实现宽带波长调谐。该少模光纤螺旋长周期光栅模式转换器可以实现大范围高转换效率的高阶轨道角动量模式激发。

Effect of silicon precursor on silicon incorporation in SAPO-11 and their catalytic performance for hydroisomerization of n-octane on Pt-based catalysts

SAPO-11 molecular sieves were synthesized using silica sol, hydrophilic fumed silica, and tetraethyl orthosilicate（TEOS） as silicon precursors. Their physicochemical properties were characterized using XRD,SEM, nitrogen adsorption-desorption, Py-IR, NH;-TPD, EDS, and;Al,;P,;Si MAS NMR techniques. The catalytic performance was assessed in the hydroisomerization of n-octane. The results showed that the silicon precursors influenced the physicochemical properties and catalytic performance of SAPO-11. SAPO-11 synthesized using hydrophilic fumed silica as silicon precursor showed higher silicon distribution and had more medium acid sites. SAPO-11 synthesized using TEOS as silicon precursor had more silicon content, but more silicon islands formed in its framework. The depolymerization of silicon precursors might affect the silicon content and distribution in SAPO-11. In the hydroisomerization of n-octane, the catalytic activity strongly depended on the number of medium acid sites instead of the number of total acid ***-11 synthesized using hydrophilic fumed silica as silicon precursor exhibited higher catalytic activity than the other samples because it has more medium acid sites.

Continuous progress in flexible electronics is bringing more convenience and comfort to human lives. In this field, interconnection and novel display applications are acknowledged as important future ***, it is a huge scientific and technical challenge to develop intrinsically flexible displays due to the limited size and shape of the display panel. To address this conundrum, it is crucial to develop intrinsically flexible electrode materials, semiconductor materials and dielectric materials, as well as the relevant flexible transistor drivers and display panels. In this review, we focus on the recent progress in this field from seven aspects: background and concept, intrinsically flexible electrode materials, intrinsically flexible organic semiconductors and dielectric materials for organic thin film transistors(OTFTs), intrinsically flexible organic emissive semiconductors for electroluminescent devices, and OTFT-driven electroluminescent devices for intrinsically flexible displays. Finally, some suggestions and prospects for the future development of intrinsically flexible displays are proposed.

Ultra-deep desulfurization by reactive adsorption desulfurization on copper-based catalysts

In this paper,a novel copper-based catalyst for FCC gasoline improving the ability of removal the sulfur and avoiding the loss of the octane number from olefin saturation by reactive adsorption desulfurization(RADS) was *** series of Cu/Zn O-Al_2 O_3 catalysts were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),N_2 adsorption analysis and temperature-programmed reduction(TPR) studies,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The experiment results showed that the catalysts had an optimum desulfurization ability with copper loading 6 wt%,which the sulfur contents of product decreased less than 10 μg/g and olefin contents decreased from 16.19% to 14.14% for the long period *** appropriate Cu loading content could lead to the high active and low apparent activation energy(E_a).Therefore,the Cu-based catalyst may become a novel catalyst for second-generation for reactive adsorption desulfurization,which achieves the high desulfurization active and low olefins saturation to satisfy the upgrading the product.

Diabetes is one of the most disturbing chronic diseases in the world. The improvement of treatment efficiency brought by self-monitoring of blood glucose can relieve symptoms and reduce complications,which is considered as the gold standard of diabetes diagnosis and nursing. Compared to the traditional finger pricking measurement with painful and discontinuous processes, continuous blood glucose monitoring(CGM) presents superior advantages in wearable and continuous assessment of blood glucose levels. However, widely used implantable CGM systems at present require implantation operation and are highly invasive, so it is hard to be accepted by users. Except for the blood, available fluids in humans,such as interstitial fluid(ISF), sweat, tears and saliva, also contain glucose associated with blood sugar and can be extracted more easily. Therefore, these more accessible fluids are expected to realize minimized traumatic blood glucose monitoring. This review introduces the latest development of wearable minimally-/non-invasive CGM device, focusing on the types of blood substitute biological fluid and suitable monitoring approaches. We also analysis the merits and drawbacks of each method, and discuss the properties such as sensitivity, stability and convenience of each meter. Beyond highlighting recent key work in this field, we discuss the future development trend of wearable minimally-/non-invasive glucose meters.
