Correlation of Seven Biological Factors(Hsp90α,p53,MDM2,Bcl-2,Bax,Cytochrome C,and Cleaved caspase3)with Clinical Outcomes of ALK+ Anaplastic Large-cell Lymphoma

Objective To explore correlation of seven apoptosis-related proteins （Hsp9Oa, p53, MDM2, Bcl-2, Bax, Cytochrome C, and Cleaved caspase3） with clinical outcomes of ALK＋ anaplastic large-cell lymphoma （ALCL）. Methods Using immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence double staining methods, the expressions of these seven apoptosis-associated proteins were studied to clarify their relationship with clinical outcomes of 36 ALK＋ and 25 ALK- systemic ALCL patients enrolled between 1996 and 2006. The relationship of these apoptosis-regulating proteins with NPM-ALK status was also evaluated with the tyrosine inhibitor herbimycin A （HA） in vitro by immunocytochemistry, Western blotting and flow cytometric assays. Results The presence of Hsp90a-, MDM2-, Bax-, Cytochrome C, and Cleaved caspase3-positive tumor cells was found significantly different in ALK＋ and ALK- ALCLs , which was correlated with highly favorable clinical outcome. The Bcl-2- and p53-positive tumor cells were found in groups of patients with unfavorable prognosis. Inhibition of NPM-ALK by HA could reactivate the p53 protein and subsequent apoptosis-related proteins and therefore induced apoptosis in ALK＋ ALCL cells. Conclusion Our results suggest that these seven proteins might be involved in apoptosis regulation and associated with clinical outcome of ALK＋ systemic ALCLs. We also reveal a dynamic chain relation that NPM-ALK regulates p53 expression and subsequent apoptosis cascade in ALK＋ ALCLs.

The sluggish K^(+)kinetics and structural instability of the generally-used graphite and other carbon-based materials hinder the development of potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)for high-rate capability and long-term ***,inspired by the unique flake structure and chemical composition of cytomembrane and cytoderm,we design high-tortuosity holey graphene as a highly efficient anode for *** flake cytomembrane and cytoderm shrink into wrinkled morphology during drying and sintering and then convert into high-tortuosity graphene after oxidative exfoliating and thermal reducing ***-while,the proteins,sugars,and glycolipids embedded in cytomembrane and cytoderm can in-situ form nanoholes with highly abundant oxygenic groups and heteroatoms around,which can be easily removed and finally the high-tortuosity holey graphene is obtained after a thermal reducing *** stress distribution after K^(+)intercalation confirms the optimized release of strain caused by the volume change through the finite element *** from the unique nanoholes shortening the ion-diffusion length,the synergy of wrinkled and holey structure stabilizing volume fluctuation,and the enhanced electronic conductivity and specific surface area,the high-tortuosity holey graphene demonstrates high reversible capacities of 410 mAh g^(-1)at 25 mA g^(-1)after 150 cycles and retains 91.5%at 2 A g^(-1)after 2500 cycles.

Sex-specific effects of organophosphate ester exposure on child growth trajectories in the first two years

The connections between urinary organophosphate ester(OPE)metabolites and child growth have been identified in prior research,but there is currently a dearth of epidemiological evidence regarding the sex-specific impact of OPEs on child growth *** study enrolled 804 maternal-child pairs,and five OPE congeners were quantified in maternal serum during *** this study,the impact of prenatal OPE exposure on child growth trajectories was assessed using linear mixed-effect models and a group-based trajectory model(GBTM),with consideration given to sex-specific *** were frequently exposed to OPEs in utero,and tris(2-butoxyethel)phosphate(TBEP)exhibited the highest concentration levels in maternal *** male children,an increase of 2.72 ng/g lipid in TBEP concentration was associated with a 0.11-unit increase in head circumference-for-age z-score(HCAZ),and the effect was mainly concentrated at 1 and 2 months of *** female children,an increase of 2.72 ng/g lipid in tris(2-chloro-1-(chloromethyl)ethyl)phosphate(TDCPP)concentration was associated with a 0.15-unit increase in length-for-age z-score(LAZ)and a 0.14-unit increase in weight-for-age z-score(WAZ),and the effects were mainly concentrated at 9 months of *** HCAZ trajectories,higher prenatal TBEP exposure was associated with higher odds for the fast growth group in male *** the LAZ and WAZ trajectories,higher prenatal TDCPP exposure was associated with higher odds for the fast growth group in female *** trajectory analysis approach provided insight into the complex associations between OPE exposure and child growth.

The compact spectrometer for heavy ion experiment(CSHINE)is under construction for the study of isospin chronology via the Hanbury Brown–Twiss(HBT)particle correlation function and the nuclear equation of state of asymmetrical nuclear *** CSHINE consists of silicon strip detector(SSD)telescopes and large-area parallel-plate avalanche counters,which measure the light charged particles and fission fragments,*** phase I,two SSD telescopes were used to observe 30 MeV/u 40Ar?197Au *** results presented here demonstrate that hydrogen and helium were observed with high isotopic resolution,and the HBT correlation functions of light charged particles could be constructed from the obtained data.

Objective To observe the dynamic impacts of shock waves on the severity of lung injury in rats with different injury *** Simulate open-field shock waves;detect the biomechanical effects of explosion sources at distances of 40,44,and 48 cm from rats;and examine the changes in the gross anatomy of the lungs,lung wet/dry weight ratio,hemoglobin concentration,blood gas analysis,and *** Biomechanical parameters such as the overpressure peak and impulse were gradually attenuated with an increase in the injury *** lung tissue hemorrhage,edema,oxygenation index,and pathology changed more significantly for the 40 cm group than for the 44 and 48 cm *** overpressure peak and impulse were significantly higher for the 40 cm group than for the 44 and 48 cm groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The animal mortality was significantly higher for the 40 cm group than for the other two groups(41.2%vs.17.8%and 10.0%,P<0.05).The healing time of injured lung tissues for the 40 cm group was longer than those for the 44 and 48 cm *** The effects of simulated open-field shock waves on the severity of lung injuries in rats were correlated with the injury distances,the peak overpressure,and the overpressure impulse.

冬播甘蓝型油菜生育期进程及生理生化特性

[目的]解决强冬性冬油菜/春油菜间杂交种生产花期不遇问题,为我国强冬性冬油菜和春油菜间杂种优势的利用提供依据。[方法]以强冬性甘蓝型冬油菜(NTS211、NTS304)和春油菜(C05、C19)为试验材料,10/11(月/日,下同)秋播甘蓝型强冬性冬油菜和春油菜;12/10、12/30、1/19、2/8、2/28冬播强冬性冬油菜和春油菜,记录生育期、出苗率和结实性能,并分析各生育期叶片生理生化特性。[结果]10/11秋播甘蓝型油菜越冬前出苗,强冬性冬油菜可以安全越冬,春性油菜越冬率为0;甘蓝型油菜在12/10后播种种子在越冬期不萌发,翌年早春3/21-4/6温度回暖后,种子陆续出苗,出苗率21.0%~72.3%。冬播冬油菜花期在6/21-7/5到7/3-7/20;冬播(12/10-翌年2/8)春油菜的花期在5/10-5/12到5/25-5/30;秋播冬油菜花期在5/5-5/6到5/30;秋播冬油菜和冬播(12/10-翌年2/8)春油菜花期相遇,1/19冬播春油菜和秋播冬油菜花期叠合时间最长(18 d)。随着冬播时间推迟,冬播冬油菜花期进程延迟,生育期延长,冬播春油菜花期进程提早,生育期缩短;冬播冬油菜的结实性能呈下降趋势,冬播春油菜的千粒重呈上升趋势;冬播冬油菜和春油菜在苗期赤霉素含量呈上升趋势,在蕾薹期呈下降趋势,花期和角层期呈先上升后下降趋势;冬播冬油菜苗期的生长素含量显著高于春油菜;蕾薹期的过氧化物酶活性显著高于其余各生育期;冬油菜和春油菜的丙二醛含量在苗期最低,可溶性蛋白含量在花期最高。[结论]强冬性冬油菜秋播及春油菜冬播调解花期相遇可行,1/19冬播春油菜和秋播冬油菜花期叠合时间最长(18 d),冬播通过影响甘蓝型油菜叶片的抗氧化酶、丙二醛、渗透调节物质与内源激素,最终影响生长发育和结实性能。

Genomic structural variations affected widely gene function and morphological traits in *** inversions(INVs),as an important form of structural variation,can be large and extend to megabases in length[1],and form the genetic basis of local adaptation and ecotypic differentiation in sunflowers[2],Boechera stricta[3],monkeyflowers[4],mimetic butterflies[5]and ruffs[6],sex determination in nine-spined stickleback[7]and cancer and neurodevelopmental disease in human[8].At present,structural variants,and in particular,INVs,remain largely uncharacterized in plants despite their importance for local adaptation in a variety of species[1],with only a few studies exploring INVs polymorphisms at the population ***,it remains unclear whether adaptive INVs can directly shape the genetic basis for diverse phenotypes in plants,especially in domesticated crops.

The plague of the late Ming Dynasty(15511644 C.E.)was long lasting,affected a wide range of the population,and had serious *** purpose of this study is to review the medical system in place at the time and the measures instituted to prevent and control the plague during the late Ming *** on the history of the Ming Dynasty(13681644 C.E.),local chronicles,and related research literature were consulted and analyzed in terms of duration,geographical area,and other dimensions of the *** of the abnormal climate,wide range of natural disasters,and the impact of war,the epidemic spread over a wide area during the late Ming *** government’s epidemic prevention measures were affected by war and other factors,resulting in poor control of the ***,in terms of the medical system in place during the Ming Dynasty,some of the thinking and methods of prevention and control of the plague were historical and *** outstanding physicians such as wu Youke(15821652 C.E.)appeared during this *** theory of plague prevention and control had a profound influence on the formation and development of pestilence deterrence in later *** the late Ming Dynasty,rich experiences and measures of prevention and control were accumulated in the struggle against the *** methods and experiences also have a significant,positive guiding influence on the prevention and control of plague in the present day.
