Evaluation of second-order Zeeman frequency shift in NTSC-F2

Caesium atomic fountain clock is a primary frequency standard,which realizes the duration of *** performance is mostly dominated by the frequency accuracy,and the C-field induced second-order Zeeman frequency shift is the major effect,which limits the accuracy *** applying a high-precision current supply and high-performance magnetic shieldings,the C-field stability has been improved *** order to achieve a uniform C-field,this paper proposes a doubly wound C-field solenoid,which compensates the radial magnetic field along the atomic flight region generated by the lead-out single wire and improves the accuracy evaluation of second-order Zeeman frequency *** on the stable and uniform C-field,we launch the selected atoms to different heights and record the magnetically sensitive Ramsey transition|F=3,mF=-1→|F=4,mF=-1 central frequency,obtaining this frequency shift as 131.03×10^(-15)and constructing the C-field profile(σ=0.15 n T).Meanwhile,during normal operation,we lock NTSC-F2 to the central frequency of the magnetically sensitive Ramsey transition|F=3,mF=-1→|F=4,mF=-1 fringe for ten consecutive days and record this frequency fluctuation in time *** first evaluation of second-order Zeeman frequency shift uncertainty is 0.10×10^(-15).The total deviation of the frequency fluctuation on the clock transition induced by the C-field instability is less than 2.6×10^(-17).Compared with NTSC-F1,NTSC-F2,there appears a significant improvement.

Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of anthocyanin biosynthetic genes in Brassica juncea

Anthocyanins confer the wide range of colors for plants and also play beneficial health roles as potentially protective factors against heart disease and cancer. Brassica juncea is cultivated as an edible oil resource and vegetable crop worldwide, thus elucidating the anthocyanin biosynthetic pathway would be helpful to improve the nutritional quality of Brassica juncea through the breeding and cultivating of high anthocyanin content varieties. Herein, 129 genes in B. juncea were identified as orthologs of 41 anthocyanin biosynthetic genes(ABGs) in Arabidopsis thaliana by comparative genomic analyses. The B. juncea ABGs have expanded by whole genome triplication and subsequent allopolyploidizatoin, but lost mainly during the whole genome triplication between B. rapa/B. nigra and A. thaliana, rather than the allopolyploidization process between B. juncea and B. rapa/B. nigra, leading to different copy numbers retention of A. thaliana homologous genes. Although the overall expansion levels ABGs were similar to the whole genome, more negative regulatory genes were retained in the anthocyanin biosynthesis regulatory system. Transcriptional analysis of B. juncea with different anthocyanin accumulation showed that BjDFR, BjTT19, BjTT8 are significantly up-regulated in plants with purple leaves as compared with green leaves. The overexpression of BjTT8 and these target genes which were involved in late anthocyanin biosynthesis and transport might account for increasing levels of anthocyanin accumulation in purple leaves. Our results could promote the understanding of the genetic mechanism of anthocyanin biosynthesis in B. juncea.

Correlated firings among neurons have been extensively investigated;however,previous studies on retinal ganglion cell(RGC)population activities were mainly based on analyzing the correlated activities between the entire spike *** the present study,the correlation properties were explored based on burst-like activities and solitary spikes *** results indicate that:(1)burst-like activities were more correlated with other neurons’activities;(2)burst-like spikes correlated with their neighboring neurons represented a smaller receptive field than that of correlated solitary *** results suggest that correlated burst-like spikes should be more efficient in signal transmission,and could encode more detailed spatial information.

Residual stress in the cylindrical drawing cup of SUS304 stainless steel evaluated by split-ring test

The residual stresses in the wall of a SUS304 stainless steel cylindrical drawing cup were evaluated by split-ring tests, and the influences of stamping die parame- ters on the residual stress were investigated. A new theoretical model of a split-ring test was developed to evaluate the resid- ual stress in a ring, which was verified to be reasonable and reliable by numerical simulations with ABAQUS code and by nanoindentation tests. Seven groups of split-ring tests were completed, and the residual stresses were calculated according to the theoretical model. The split-ring test results showed that the circumferential residual stress in the wall of the SUS304 stainless steel cylindrical drawing cup was very large and did not change with the different die comer radius. The circumferential residual stress first increased with the increase of drawing punch-die clearance, then was almost unchanged when the clearance increased greater than blank thickness 1 mm. Thus, a smaller clearance was suggested to be chosen to reduce the residual stress in the wall of the SUS304 stainless steel drawing cup.

Hybrid deep neural network based prediction method for unsteady flows with moving boundary

Any motion, forced or free, of boundary affects the flow field around this boundary. A new kind of reduced order model (ROM) based on hybrid deep neural network is proposed to model flow field evolution process of unsteady flow around moving boundary. This hybrid deep neural network can map the relationship between the flow field at the next time step and the flow field and boundary positions at the previous time steps. Based on the learned information, the hybrid deep neural network can quickly and accurately predict the flow field. Unsteady flows around forced oscillation cylinder with various amplitudes, frequencies, and Reynolds numbers are simulated to establish the training and testing datasets. The prediction results of the hybrid deep neural network and the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation results are consistent with high accuracy. The forces on the moving boundary can be integrated through the predicted flow field data. Good performance makes this new ROM method can be used in many fluid dynamics research fields, which needs fast and accurate simulation.

Numerical simulation of powder transport behavior in laser cladding with coaxial powder feeding

Laser cladding with coaxial powder feeding is one of the new ponent to improve performance of its surface. In the process, processes applied to produce well bonding coating on the com- the clad material is transported by the carrying gas through the coaxial nozzle, generating gas-powder flow. The powder feeding process in the coaxial laser cladding has important influence on the clad qualities. A 3D numerical model was developed to study the powder stream structure of a coaxial feeding nozzle. The predicted powder stream structure was well agreed with the experimental one. The validated model was used to explore the collision behavior of particles in the coaxial nozzle, as well as powder concentration distribution. It was found that the par- ticle diameter and restitution coefficient greatly affect the velocity vector at outlet of nozzle due to the collisions, as well as the powder stream convergence characteristics below the nozzle. The results indicated a practical approach to optimize the powder stream for the coaxial laser cladding.

Production of Embryogenic Callus and Plant Regeneration from Elite Guizhou Waxy Maize Inbred Lines

Immature embryos from three elite Guizhou waxy maize inbred lines （W21019, B7, and QCL5036） were evaluated for their ability of forming callus and regeneration into plants. Immature embryos harvested at different physiological stages were used as explants to initiate callus on N6 basal medium with 0-3.5 mg L-1 of 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid （2,4-D）. The concentration of 2,4-D, physiological age of immature embryos and genotype had a significant effect （P0.05） on the percentage of embryogenic callus formed. The optimum 2,4-D concentration for the initiation of embryogenic callus was varied among the waxy maize genotypes from 2.0 mg L-1 （B7 and QCL5036） to 3.0 mg L-1 （W21019）. The shoots were generated from embryogenic callus which were transferred into the regeneration medium supplemented with 0-2.5 mg L-1 of 6-benzylaminopurine （6-BA）. 6-BA in the medium significantly promoted the regeneration of embryogenic callus. Embryogenic size was also an important factor that affected regeneration capacity. 0.6-0.7 cm was proved to be the best size for regeneration from embryogenic callus and the mean number of shoots per primary callus in all genotypes achieved the highest number. The ability of the plant regeneration was also affected by genotype. W21019 had the highest number of shoots formed per primary embryogenic callus. With the optimum condition, the highest mean number of shoots per primary callus was up to 12.13, 5.73, and 3.33 in line W21019, B7, and QCL5036, respectively. The successful regeneration of the two inbred lines provides a basis for development of genetic transformation to improve priority traits such as enhanced insects and drought tolerance.

Puerarin ameliorates allodynia and hyperalgesia in rats with peripheral nerve injury
