Polaron interfacial entropy as a route to high thermoelectric performance in DAE-doped PEDOT:PSS films

Enhancing the thermoelectric transport properties of conductive polymer materials has been a long-term challenge, in spite of the success seen with molecular doping strategies. However, the strong coupling between the thermopower and the electrical conductivity limits thermoelectric performance. Here, we use polaron interfacial occupied entropy engineering to break through this intercoupling for a PEDOT:PSS(poly（3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene）-poly（4-styrenesulfonate）) thin film by using photochromic diarylethene（DAE） dopants coupled with UV-light modulation. With a 10-fold enhancement of the thermopower from 13.5 μV K-1to 135.4 μV K-1and almost unchanged electrical conductivity, the DAE-doped PEDOT:PSS thin film achieved an extremely high power factor of 52..2. μW m-1K-2.rom an original value of 6.78 μW m-1K-2. The thermopower was positively correlated with the UV-light intensity but decreased with increasing temperature, indicating resonant coupling between the planar closed DAE molecule and PEDOT. Both the experiments and theoretical calculations consistently confirmed the formation of an interface state due to this resonant coupling. Interfacial entropy engineering of polarons could play a critical role in enhancing the thermoelectric performance of the organic film.

小热激蛋白(sHSPs)是植物体中普遍存在的由核基因编码的一类蛋白,具有保守的ACD结构域,能够在高温、干旱以及老化等胁迫刺激中发挥重要作用。本研究利用生物信息学方法在燕麦基因组中鉴定得到2.个HSP2.(AsHSP2..1~AsHSP2..2.)基因,并对AsHSP2.家族成员的理化性质、蛋白结构、亚细胞定位、系统进化、保守基序和保守结构域、基因染色体位置以及响应高温及老化基因的表达等进行系统分析。研究发现AsHSP2.基因分布在17条染色体上。编码氨基酸数目136~52. aa,分子量大小14.9~58.1 kDa,理论等电点5.30~8.79。HSP2.成员多定位在核、胞质和叶绿体上,部分定位在质膜、线粒体、过氧化物酶体以及胞外。蛋白质二级结构和三级结构分析表明AsHSP2.成员确定有β-折叠结构。根据保守基序组成与系统发育关系分析,AsHSP2.基因家族被分为11个亚组,同一亚组成员之间具有相似或相同的保守基序,表明这些蛋白之间具有功能的相似性。进一步分析自然老化和人工老化处理下AsHSP2.基因的表达情况,结果表明AsHSP2..2.、AsHSP2..2.基因在自然老化处理与人工老化处理下共同下调表达,推测AsHSP2..2.和AsHSP2..2.在两种老化方法下共同参与调控燕麦种子活力降低的过程,可作为燕麦种子寿命及抗老化种质育种研究的候选基因。研究为AsHSP2.基因家族在燕麦种质老化过程中的调控机制提供了有价值的信息,也为进一步探究燕麦HSP2.基因的功能及种子抗衰老分子机制提供了理论支撑。

γ-ray radiation-induced grafting strategy was first employed to immobilize 4-aminobenzo-15-crown-5 onto a covalent organic framework(COF).This endeavor culminated in the successful synthesis of a class of two-dimensional crown ether-modified COFs(named[15C5]n%-(TzDa-G-x%)),marking the maiden utilization of COFs in the realm of^(6)Li/^(7)Li isotope *** COFs exhibited swifter adsorption kinetics than alternative *** them,[15C5]_(57%)-(TzDa-G-50%)with its excellent crystallinity,porosity,and stability exhibited the best performance in Li+adsorption and^(6)Li/^(7)Li isotope *** Li+adsorption in acetonitrile achieved a capacity of 3.6 mg·g^(−1)within 30 min and a saturation capacity of 7.3 mg·g^(−1).The single-stage separation factor of^(6)Li/^(7)Li isotopes was 1.014±*** results of dynamic adsorption column experiments showed that the packed column made of[15C5]_(57%)-(TzDa-G-50%)maintained stable performance during four cycles of Li+adsorptionelution,with over 99%Li+removal rate in *** crown ether-modified COF has potential application in^(6)Li/^(7)Li isotope separation,and this radiation-assisted synthesis strategy is expected to become universal in the modification of COFs for diverse applications.

Highly π-extended copolymer as additive-free hole- transport material for perovskite solar cells

Organolead halide perovskite solar ceils have achieved a certified power- conversion efficiency （PCE） of 2..1% and are thus among the most promising candidates for next-generation photovoltaic devices. To date, most high-efficiency perovskite solar cells have employed arylamine-based hole-transport materials （HTMs）, which are expensive and have a low mobility. The complicated doping procedures and the potentially stability-adverse dopants used in these HTMs are among the major bottlenecks for the commercialization of perovskite solar cells （PSCs）. Herein, we present a polythiophene-based copolymer （PDVT-10） with a hole mobility up to 8.2.cm2.V-l.s-1 and a highest occupied molecular orbital level of -5.2. eV as a hole-transport layer （HTL） for a PSC. A device based on this new HTM exhibited a high PCE of 13.4% under 100 mW-cm-2.illumination, which is one of the highest PCEs reported for the dopant-free polymer-based HTLs. Moreover, PDVT-10 exhibited good solution processability, decent air stability, and thermal stability, making it a promising candidate as an HTM for PSCs.

Corona virus disease 2.19(COVID-19)has exerted a profound adverse impact on human *** have demonstrated that aerosol transmission is one of the major transmission routes of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.SARS-CoV-2..Pathogenic microorganisms such as SARS-CoV-2.can survive in the air and cause widespread infection among *** monitoring of pathogenic microorganism transmission in the atmosphere and accurate epidemic prediction are the frontier guarantee for preventing large-scale epidemic *** of pathogenic microorganisms in the air,especially in densely populated areas,may raise the possibility to detect viruses before people are widely infected and contain the epidemic at an earlier *** multi-scale coupled accurate epidemic prediction system can provide support for governments to analyze the epidemic situation,allocate health resources,and formulate epidemic response *** review first elaborates on the effects of the atmospheric environment on pathogenic microorganism transmission,which lays a theoretical foundation for the monitoring and prediction of epidemic ***,the monitoring technique development and the necessity of monitoring pathogenic microorganisms in the atmosphere are summarized and ***,this review introduces the major epidemic prediction methods and highlights the significance to realize a multi-scale coupled epidemic prediction system by strengthening the multidisciplinary cooperation of epidemiology,atmospheric sciences,environmental sciences,sociology,demography,*** summarizing the achievements and challenges in monitoring and prediction of pathogenic microorganism transmission in the atmosphere,this review proposes suggestions for epidemic response,namely,the establishment of an integrated monitoring and prediction platform for pathogenic microorganism transmission in the atmosphere.

Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptor Gene Family of the Pea Aphid,Acyrthosiphon pisum

The nicotinic acetylcholine receptors （nAchRs） are cholinergic receptors that form ligand-gated ion channels by ifve subunits in insect and vertebrate nervous systems. The insect nAChR is the molecular target of a class of insecticides, neonicotinoids. Here, we identiifed and cloned 11 candidate nAChR subunit genes in Acyrthosiphon pisum using genome-based bioinformatics combined modern molecular techniques. Most A. pisum nAChRs including α1, α2. α3, α4, α6, α8, and β1 show highly sequence identities with the counterparts of other insects examined. Expression proifles analysis showed that all subunit genes were expressed in adult head. At least two subunits have alternative splicing that obviously increase A. pisum nicotinic receptor diversity. This study will be invaluable for exploring the molecular mechanisms of neonicotinoid-like insecticides in sucking pests, and for ultimately establishing the screening platform of novel insecticides.

Structure-Activity Correlations of Calcined Mg-Al Hydrocalcites for Aliphatic Polycarbonate Synthesis via Transesterification Process

Mg-A1 mixed oxides with different Mg/A1 molar ratio were prepared by thermal decomposition of hydrotalcite- like precursors at 500 ℃ for 5.0 h and used as catalysts for the transesterification of diphenyl carbonate with 1,4-butanediol to synthesize high-molecular-weight poly（butylene carbonate）（PBC）. The structure-activity correlations of these catalysts in this transesterification process were discussed by means of various characterization techniques. It was found that the chain growth for the formation of PBC can only be obtained through connecting -OH and -OC（C）OC6H5 end-group upon removing the generated phenol, and the sample with Mg/A1 molar ratio of 4.0 exhibited the best catalytic performance, giving PBC with Mw of 1.64 × 105 g/mol at 2.0℃ for 3.0 h. This excellent activity depended mainly on the specific surface area and basicity rather than pore structure or crystallite size of MgO.

目的分析晚期弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）的临床特点和相关预后因素。方法收集2.06年1月至2.12.12.中国医学科学院肿瘤医院收治的370例初治晚期DLBCL患者的相关临床资料，分析其人口学特点、分期、病理学特点、治疗和预后等特征。结果370例DLBCL患者的中位年龄为55岁，男女比例为1.3∶1。在接受治疗的361例患者中，单纯化疗2.0例，化疗联合放疗65例，化疗联合自体造血干细胞移植（AHSCT）治疗16例。中位随访89个月，全组患者的5年生存率为42.9%。单纯化疗组、化疗联合放疗组和化疗联合AHSCT组患者的5年生存率分别为36.8%、58.5%和87.5%，化疗联合放疗组与化疗组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＝0.001）；化疗联合AHSCT组与化疗联合放疗组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＝0.040）。单因素分析结果显示，患者年龄、美国东部肿瘤协作组活动状态评分（ECOG PS）、Ann Arbor分期、有无B症状、有无大肿块、有无结外受侵、Ki－67指数、血清乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）水平、血清β2.微球蛋白（β2.MG）水平、国际预后指数（IPI）评分、治疗方式以及是否使用利妥昔单抗与晚期DLBCL患者的预后有关（均P〈0.05）。多因素分析结果显示，年龄〉60岁、ECOG PS评分≥1分、Ann Arbor分期为Ⅳ期、伴有B症状、伴有大肿块、Ki－67指数〉90%、CD5阳性、血清LDH水平升高、血清β2.MG升高以及一线治疗未使用利妥昔单抗为影响晚期DLBCL患者预后的危险因素（均P〈0.05）。结论晚期DLBCL采用化疗联合利妥昔单抗治疗可提高疗效，改善预后。年龄、分期、B症状、大肿块、ECOG PS评分、Ki－67指数、CD5表达、LDH水平、β2.MG水平及使用利妥昔单抗治疗为晚期DLBCL预后的影响因素。
