Buxue Yimu Pill(BYP) is a classic gynecological medicine in china, which is composed of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels, Leonurus japonicus Houtt, Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge, Colla corii asini and Citrus reticulata Blanco. It has been widely used in clinical therapy with the function of enriching Blood, nourishing Qi, and removing blood stasis. The current study was designed to determine the bioactive molecules and therapeutic mechanism of BYP against hemorrhagic anemia. herein, GC-MS and UPLC/Q-TOF-MS/MS were employed to identify the chemical compounds from BYP. The genecards database(https://***/) was used to obtain the potential target proteins related to hemorrhagic anemia. Autodock/Vina was adopted to evaluate the binding ability of protein receptors and chemical ligands. Gene ontology and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were conducted using the Cluster Profiler. As a result, a total of 62.candidate molecules were identified and 152.targets related to hemorrhagic anemia were obtained. Furthermore, 34 active molecules and 140 targets were obtained through the virtual screening experiment. The data of molecular-target(M-T), target-pathway(T-P), and molecular-target-pathway(M-T-P) network suggested that 32.active molecules enhanced hematopoiesis and activated the immune system by regulating 57 important targets. Pharmacological experiments showed that BYP significantly increased the counts of RBC, HGB, and HCT, and significantly down-regulated the expression of EPO, IL-6, CSF3,NOS2. VEGFA, PDGFRB, and TGFB1. The results also showed that leonurine, leonuriside B, leosibiricin, ononin, rutin, astragaloside I, riligustilide and levistolide A, were the active molecules closely related to enriching Blood. In conclusion, based on molecular docking, network pharmacology and validation experiment results, the enriching blood effect of BYP on hemorrhagic anemia may be associated with hematopoiesis, anti-inflammation, and immunity enhancement.

Over the past 2.to 3 decades,Chinese forests are estimated to act as a large carbon sink,yet the magnitude and spatial patterns of this sink differ considerably among *** 3 microwave(L-and X-band vegetation optical depth[VOD])and 3 optical(normalized difference vegetation index,leaf area index,and tree cover)remote-sensing vegetation products,this study compared the estimated live woody aboveground biomass carbon(AGC)dynamics over china between 2.13 and *** results showed that tree cover has the highest spatial consistency with 3 published AGC maps(mean correlation value R=0.84),followed by L-VOD(R=0.83),which outperform the other *** AGC estimation model was proposed to combine all indices to estimate the annual AGC dynamics in china during 2.13 to *** performance of the AGC estimation model was good(root mean square error=0.05 Pg C and R^(2.=0.90 with a mean relative uncertainty of 9.8% at pixel scale[0.2.°]).Results of the AGC estimation model showed that carbon uptake by the forests in china was about+0.17 Pg C year^(-1) from 2.13 to *** the regional level,provinces in southwest china including Guizhou(+2..35 Tg C year^(-1)),Sichuan(+14.49 Tg C year^(-1)),and Hunan(+11.42.Tg C year^(-1))provinces had the highest carbon sink rates during 2.13 to *** of the carbon-sink regions have been afforested recently,implying that afforestation and ecological engineering projects have been effective means for carbon sequestration in these regions.

在自然资源统一调查监测评价的背景下,研究制定一套自然资源综合利用效益评价模型,对于监测各地自然资源利用效益状况、诊断自然资源利用问题、提出高效利用对策等具有重要意义。基于可持续发展理论,构建自然资源综合利用效益评价指标体系,并以2.18年全国分省的自然资源综合利用效益进行实证,结果发现:(1)全国自然资源利用经济效益呈现东南地区向中部、东北部、西北部递减的趋势;(2.不同区域自然资源利用效益的限制因素不同;(3)评价结果总体上符合各省市的实际情况,指标体系可以结合评价尺度和区域进一步完善。研究成果可以丰富自然资源利用效益的理论体系以及评价的技术手段,并为提高自然资源利用效益、实现资源的可持续利用服务。

两种分子量分级下DOM的组分特征及其生物毒性

分别采用超滤离心管和超滤杯两种方式制备不同分子量的溶解性有机物(DOM),探究不同的分子量分级方式对获得的DOM组成成分特征及其生物毒性效应的影响,同时判明各组分联合作用方式.DOM分别来源于城市污水厂出水(EfOM)及商品天然腐植酸(SWR-NOM).结果表明,两种分级方式获得的不同分子量DOM含有相同的荧光峰,腐殖酸类物质是EfOM与SWR-NOM含有的主要荧光类有机质(FDOM),占FDOM的56%~91%.同种DOM不同分子量组分中FDOM组成相对含量一致.采用超滤离心管分级得到的DOM在不同分子量区间内SUVA2.4和E2.E3的差异较大,而采用超滤杯分级时差异变化较小.对于发光细菌急性毒性,在同一分子量区间内,采用超滤杯分级获得的DOM组分检测到的发光细菌毒性值大于采用超滤离心管分级检测到的结果,但采用超滤杯分级时1kDa组分的急性毒性效应值低于检测限.利用浓度加和模型(CA)对DOM中各组分的联合作用方式进行判断,发现DOM混合物的联合毒性符合CA模型,预测联合毒性效应占检测到的实际水样毒性的67%~104%.

孢粉是重建古植被、古气候的重要基础数据。孢粉数据库对研究样点至区域和全球尺度上的古环境演变规律、古气候变化特征反演和古生物地球化学循环模拟等具有重要意义。该文收集整理了中国1960–2.2.年间发表和部分未发表的现代花粉数据记录,包括样品编号、采样位置、采样地经纬度和海拔高度、样品类型、数据来源、数据类型、周边植被信息、参考文献、花粉类群及其含量等信息;并对数据进行筛选和标准化等处理,由此整合为中国现代花粉数据集。该数据集由4 497个现代花粉采样点的数据信息组成,包括660个来自中国第四纪孢粉数据库数据,1 763个前期整理发表的数据和2.074个近期收集的数据,涵盖772.花粉类群。样品类型以土壤表层样品(3 332.)为主,苔藓样品以及湖泊、海洋表层样品等为辅,广泛分布于全国不同地理区域和植被类型中,其中以温带荒漠区域(2..91%)和亚热带常绿阔叶林区域(2..02.)最丰富,其次为温带草原区域(16.14%)和青藏高原高寒植被区域(15.83%)。数据按照来源可分为原始数据(58%)和数值化数据(42.);按照数据类型可分为原始统计粒数的样点(59%)和以花粉百分比表达的样点(41%)。半个多世纪以来,科研人员开展了大量的表层现代花粉取样和研究。本数据集虽然仅获取部分记录,但样点覆盖了我国绝大多数地区,可有效地用于古植被与古气候重建的现代孢粉与现代植被校验,并将为中国孢粉数据库的建立与更深入的孢粉研究提供数据支撑。
