The LE is the low energy telescope that is carried on *** uses swept charge devices(SCDs)to detect soft X-ray ***’s time response is caused by the structure of the *** theoretical analysis and Monte Carlo simulations we discuss the influence of LE time response(LTR)on the timing analysis from three aspects:the power spectral density,the pulse profile and the time *** the LTR,the value of power spectral density monotonously decreases with the increasing *** power spectral density of a sinusoidal signal reduces by a half at frequency 536 *** corresponding frequency for quasi-periodic oscillation(QPO)signals is 458 *** root mean square(RMS)of QPOs holds a similar *** the LTR,the centroid frequency and full width at half maxima(FWHM)of QPOs signals do not *** LTR reduces the RMS of pulse profiles and shifts the pulse *** the time domain,the LTR only reduces the peak value of the cross-correlation function while it does not change the peak position;thus it will not affect the result of the time *** considering the time lag obtained from two instruments and one among them is LE,a 1.18 ms lag is expected caused by the *** time lag calculated in the frequency domain is the same as that in the time domain.

目的：观察电针“四神聪”“风池”对血管性痴呆（VD）大鼠海马组织中乳酸（Lac）、脯氨酸羟化酶2(PHD2)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)/核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)/NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NLRP3)信号通路和炎性因子的影响，探讨电针治疗VD的可能作用机制。方法：SD大鼠随机分为空白组12只、假手术组12只、手术组40只。采用4血管阻断法复制VD大鼠模型，造模成功的24只大鼠随机分为模型组、电针组各12只。电针组电针“四神聪”“风池”，每次30 min，每日1次，连续治疗21 d。采用Morris水迷宫实验检测造模前后及干预后大鼠的学习记忆能力；HE染色法观察海马组织病理变化；比色法检测海马组织Lac含量；EliSA法检测海马组织及血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素（IL）-1β、IL-18含量；免疫组织化学法检测海马组织中PHD2、HIF-1α和磷酸化（p）-NF-κB p65阳性表达；Western blot法检测海马组织中PHD2、HIF-1α、NF-κB p65、p-NF-κB p65和NLRP3蛋白表达。结果：与空白组、假手术组比较，模型组大鼠逃避潜伏期延长及穿越原平台次数减少（P<0.01），海马神经元排列紊乱，细胞结构不同程度受损，海马组织Lac含量及海马和血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-18含量升高（P<0.01）；海马组织PHD2阳性表达和蛋白表达降低（P<0.05,P<0.01）,HIF-1α、p-NF-κB p65阳性表达和蛋白表达升高（P<0.01）,NF-κB p65、NLRP3蛋白表达升高（P<0.01）。与模型组相比，电针组大鼠以上指标均逆转（P<0.01,P<0.05）。结论：电针“四神聪”“风池”可改善VD大鼠认知功能障碍，其作用机制可能与调控大鼠海马组织中乳酸含量，介导HIF-1α信号通路相关蛋白表达，进而抑制炎性反应有关。

油炸花生仁品质特性分析

为筛选适合油炸加工的花生品种,以3个高油酸品种花育9111、花育917、花育910和两个普通油酸品种花育33号、花育50号为供试品种,以传统出口型大花生品种花育22号为对照,研究6个品种在油炸加工后,其感官品质、理化特性、风味物质、氧化稳... 详细信息

为筛选适合油炸加工的花生品种,以3个高油酸品种花育9111、花育917、花育910和两个普通油酸品种花育33号、花育50号为供试品种,以传统出口型大花生品种花育22号为对照,研究6个品种在油炸加工后,其感官品质、理化特性、风味物质、氧化稳定性等方面的差异。结果表明,高油酸花生油炸花生仁的总体喜欢度略好于花育22号。3个高油酸花生品种的油炸仁的棕榈酸、亚油酸、花生酸及山嵛酸含量均极显著低于普通油酸花生,油酸与花生烯酸含量均极显著高于普通油酸花生。TPA分析表明,花育910的酥脆性较好。预测的花育9111、花育917、花育910、花育33号、花育50号油炸花生仁货架期分别是花育22号的3.09、2.36、1.87、1.02、1.06倍。TOPSIS综合分析表明,花育9111>花育910>花育917>花育33号>花育50号>花育22号,3个高油酸花生油炸仁加工品质优于普通油酸花生。本研究表明高油酸花生可替代传统大花生用于油炸花生生产,这将为口感好、营养高、耐贮藏的花生品种的培育提供理论依据。

lithium-sulfur batteries are severely restricted by low electronic conductivity of sulfur and li_(2)S,shuttle effect,and slow conversion reaction of lithium polysulfides(liPSs).Herein,we report a facile and highyield strategy for synthesizing dual-core single-atom catalyst(ZnCoN_(4)O_(2)/CN)with atomically dispersed nitrogen/oxygen-coordinated Zn-Co sites on carbon *** on density functional theory(DFT)calculations and liPSs conversion catalytic ability,ZnCoN_(4)O_(2)/CN provides dual-atom sites of Zn and Co,which could facilitate li^(+)transport and li_(2)S diffusion,and catalyze liPSs conversion more effectively than homonuclear bimetallic single-atom catalysts or their simple mixture and previously reported singleatom ***-S cell with ZnCoN_(4)O_(2)/CN modified separator showed excellent rate performance(789.4 mA h g^(-1)at 5 C)and stable long cycle performance(0.05%capacity decay rate at 6C with 1000cycles,outperforming currently reported single atomic catalysts for liPSs *** work highlights the important role of metal active centers and provides a strategy for producing multifunctional dual-core single atom catalysts for high-performance li-S cells.

Background:Shenyankangfu Tablet(SYKFT)is a Chinese patent medicine that has been used widely to decrease proteinuria and the progression of chronic kidney ***:This trial compared the efficacy and safety of SYKFT,for the control of proteinuria in primary glomerulonephritis patients,against the standard drug,losartan ***,setting,participants and intervention:This was a multicenter,double-blind,randomized,controlled clinical *** glomerulonephritis patients,aged 18-70 years,with blood pressure≤140/90 mmHg,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)>45 mL/min per 1.73 ㎡,and 24-hour proteinuria level of 0.5-3.0 g,were recruited in 41 hospitals across 19 provinces in China and were randomly divided into five groups:SYKFT,losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 mg,SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 *** outcome measu res:The primary outcome was change in the 24-hour proteinuria level,after 48 weeks of ***:A total of 735 participants were *** percent decline of urine protein quantification in the SYKFT group after 48 weeks was 8.78%±2.56%(P=0.006)more than that in the losartan 50 mg group,which was 0.51%±2.54%(P=1.000)less than that in the losartan 100 mg *** with the losartan potassium 50 mg group,the SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg group had a 13.39%±2.49%(Prum creatinine and serum albumin from the baseline did not change statistically *** average change in TCM syndrome score between the patients who took SYKFT(-3.00[-6.00,-2.00])and who did not take SYKFT(-2.00[-5.00,0])was statistically significant(P=0.003).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in any ***:SYKFT decreased the proteinur

[Co(en)_3]_2(Zr_2F_(12))(ZrF_6H_2O)·H_2O的合成、结构及表面光电压性质

采用常温晶化法合成了1个新的金属配合物与氟化锆的复合物[Co(en)3]2(Zr2F12)(ZrF6H2O).H2O(1),并对其单晶结构进行了解析.该化合物属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,a=3.06110(17)nm,b=0.877680(5)nm,c=1.50811(9)nm,β=118.897(4)°,V=3.547(4)nm3,Z=8.该化合物由双核氟化锆阴离子簇[Zr2F12]4-和单核氟化锆阴离子簇[ZrF6H2O]2-与钴胺配合物阳离子[Co(en)3]3+及水分子组成,氟化锆与钴胺配合物之间存在大量的氢键.该化合物的表面光电压谱在339 nm处出现了光电信号.这种特殊的光电现象有可能归因于该化合物的钴胺配合物阳离子与氟化锆阴离子簇之间存在的协同作用.

BACKGROUND Whether regional lymphadenectomy(RL)should be routinely performed in patients with T1b gallbladder cancer(GBC)remains a subject of *** To investigate whether RL can improve the prognosis of patients with T1b *** We studied a multicenter cohort of patients with T1b GBC who underwent surgery between 2008 and 2016 at 24 hospitals in 13 provinces in *** logrank test and Cox proportional hazards model were used to compare the overall survival(OS)of patients who underwent cholecystectomy(Ch)+RL and those who underwent Ch *** investigate whether combined hepatectomy(Hep)improved OS in T1b patients,we studied patients who underwent Ch+RL to compare the OS of patients who underwent combined Hep and patients who did *** Of the 121 patients(aged 61.9±10.1 years),77(63.6%)underwent Ch+RL,and 44(36.4%)underwent Ch ***(9.1%)patients in the Ch+RL group had lymph node *** 5-year OS rate was significantly higher in the Ch+RL group than in the Ch group(76.3%vs 56.8%,P=0.036).Multivariate analysis showed that Ch+RL was significantly associated with improved OS(hazard ratio:0.51;95%confidence interval:0.26-0.99).Among the 77 patients who underwent Ch+RL,no survival improvement was found in patients who underwent combined Hep(5-year OS rate:79.5%for combined Hep and 76.1%for no Hep;P=0.50).CONCLUSION T1b GBC patients who underwent Ch+RL had a better prognosis than those who underwent ***+Ch showed no improvement in prognosis in T1b GBC *** recommended by both the National Comprehensive Cancer Network and Chinese Medical Association guidelines,RL was only performed in 63.6%of T1b GBC *** Ch+RL should be advised in T1b GBC.
