The automatic cutting of intersecting pipes is a challenging task in *** improved automation and accuracy,this paper proposes a model-driven path planning approach for the robotic plasma cutting of a branch pipe with a single ***,it summarizes the intersection forms and introduces a dual-pipe intersection *** on this model,the moving three-plane structure(a description unit of the geometric characteristics of the intersecting curve)is constructed,and a geometric model of the branch pipe with a single Y-groove is ***,a novel mathematical model for plasma radius and taper compensation is ***,the compensation model and groove model are integrated by establishing movable ***,to prevent collisions between the plasma torch and workpiece,the torch height is planned and a branch pipe-rotating scheme is *** the established models and moving frames,the planned path description of cutting robot is provided in this novel *** accuracy of the proposed method is verified by simulations and robotic cutting experiments.

The solidification methods of electromagnetic stirring(EMS)and non-electromagnetic stirring were employed to prepare Mg–6Gd–3Y–xZn–0.6Zr(x=1,1.5,2,3)*** evolution of alloy microstructures and the changes in properties were analyzed for different Zn *** has been observed that in alloys without electromagnetic stirring,as the Zn content increases,the alloy structure gradually *** primary second phase transitions from Mg5RE phase to long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)phase,resulting in improved hardness and *** alloys subjected to electromagnetic stirring,there is a relatively higher content of the second phase,primarily consisting of LPSO *** applying electromagnetic stirring,the quantity and the type of LPSO phase in the alloy *** alloy structure becomes more uniform with electromagnetic stirring,resulting in increased hardness and reduced hardness gradients within the *** mechanical properties of alloys with electromagnetic stirring are superior to those without electromagnetic stirring.

Triosephosphate isomerase(TPI)is an enzyme that functions in plant energy production,accumulation,and *** understand its function in maize,we characterized a maize TPI mutant,*** comparison to the wild type,zmtpi4 mutants showed altered ear development,reduced kernel weight and starch content,modified starch granule morphology,and altered amylose and amylopectin ***,ATP,and pyruvate contents were reduced,indicating ZmTPI4 was involved in *** subcellular localization confirmed ZmTPI4 as a cytosolic rather than a plastid isoform of TPI,the zmtpi4 mutant showed reduced leaf size and chlorophyll *** of ZmTPI4 in Arabidopsis led to enlarged leaves and increased seed weight,suggesting a positive regulatory role of ZmTPI4 in kernel weight and starch *** conclude that ZmTPI4 functions in maize kernel development,starch synthesis,glycolysis,and photosynthesis.

CO_(2)emission inventory provides fundamental data for climate research and emission ***,most global CO_(2)emission inventories were developed with energy statistics from International Energy Agency(IEA)and were available at country level with limited source ***,as the first step toward a high-resolution and dynamic updated global CO_(2)emission database,we developed a data-driven approach to construct seamless and highly-resolved energy consumption data cubes for 208 countries/territories,797 sub-country administrative divisions in 29 countries,42 fuel types,and 52 sectors,with the fusion of activity data from 24 international statistics and 65 regional/local *** CO_(2)emissions from fossil fuel combustion and cement production in 1970–2021 were then estimated with highly-resolved source category(1,484 of total)and sub-country information(797 of total).Specifically,73%of global CO_(2)emissions in 2021 were estimated with sub-country information,providing considerably improved spatial resolution for global CO_(2)emission *** the support of detailed information,the dynamics of global CO_(2)emissions across sectors and fuel types were presented,representing the evolution of global economy and progress of climate *** differences of sectoral contribution were found across sub-country administrative divisions within a given country,revealing the uneven distribution of energy and economic structure among different *** estimates were generally consistent with existing databases at aggregated level for global total or large emitters,while large discrepancies were observed for middle and small *** database,named the Multiresolution Emission Inventory model for Climate and air pollution research(MEIC)is publicly available through http://*** with highly-resolved information and timely update,which provides an independent carbon emission accounting data source for climate rese

The forward design of trajectory planning strategies requires preset trajectory optimization functions,resulting in poor adaptability of the strategy and an inability to accurately generate obstacle avoidance trajectories that conform to real driver behavior *** addition,owing to the strong time-varying dynamic characteristics of obstacle avoidance scenarios,it is necessary to design numerous trajectory optimization functions and adjust the corresponding ***,an anthropomorphic obstacle-avoidance trajectory planning strategy for adaptive driving scenarios is ***,numerous expert-demonstrated trajectories are extracted from the HighD natural driving ***,a trajectory expectation feature-matching algorithm is proposed that uses maximum entropy inverse reinforcement learning theory to learn the extracted expert-demonstrated trajectories and achieve automatic acquisition of the optimization function of the expert-demonstrated ***,a mapping model is constructed by combining the key driving scenario information that affects vehicle obstacle avoidance with the weight of the optimization function,and an anthropomorphic obstacle avoidance trajectory planning strategy for adaptive driving scenarios is ***,the proposed strategy is verified based on real driving *** results show that the strategy can adjust the weight distribution of the trajectory optimization function in real time according to the“emergency degree”of obstacle avoidance and the state of the ***,this strategy can generate anthropomorphic trajectories that are similar to expert-demonstrated trajectories,effectively improving the adaptability and acceptability of trajectories in driving scenarios.

Primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) is a rare autosomal recessive inherited disease characterized by dysfunction of the motile cilia. DNAH5, the most frequently mutated gene in PCD, encodes a heavy chain of the ciliary outer dynein arms (ODAs). Herein, we report two patients with Kartagener syndrome (sinusitis, bronchiectasis, and situs inversus) in two consanguineous families carrying two novel homozygous DNAH5 variants [Supplementary Figures 1A and 1B, http://***/CM9/B598].

The electrochemical nitrate reduction reaction(NO_(3)RR)to ammonia under ambient conditions is a promising approach for addressing elevated nitrate levels in water bodies,but the progress of this reaction is impeded by the complex series of chemical reactions involving electron and proton transfer and competing hydrogen evolution ***,it becomes imperative to develop an electro-catalyst that exhibits exceptional efficiency and remarkable selectivity for ammonia synthesis while maintaining long-term *** the magnetic biochar(Fe-C)has been synthesized by a two-step mechanochemical route after a pyrolysis treatment(450,700,and 1000℃),which not only significantly decreases the particle size,but also exposes more oxygen-rich functional groups on the surface,promoting the adsorption of nitrate and water and accelerating electron transfer to convert it into *** showed that the catalyst(Fe-C-700)has an impressive NH_(3)production rate of 3.5 mol·h^(−1)·gcat^(−1),high Faradaic efficiency of 88%,and current density of 0.37 A·cm^(−2)at 0.8 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE).In-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)is used to investigate the reaction intermediate and to monitor the *** oxygen functionalities on the catalyst surface activate nitrate ions to form various intermediates(NO_(2),NO,NH_(2)OH,and NH_(2))and reduce the rate determining step energy barrier(*NO_(3)→*NO_(2)).This study presents a novel approach for the use of magnetic biochar as an electro-catalyst in NO_(3)RR and opens the road for solving environmental and energy challenges.

Cognitive dysfunction is a core symptom common in psychiatric disorders including depression that is primarily managed by antidepressants lacking efficacy in improving *** this study,we report a novel dual serotonin transporter and voltage-gated potassium Kv7/KCNQ/M-channel inhibitor D01(a 2-methyl-3-aryloxy-3-heteroarylpropylamines derivative)that exhibits both anti-depression effects and improvements in cognition.D01 inhibits serotonin transporters(K_(i)=30.1±6.9 nmol/L)and M channels(IC_(50)=10.1±2.4μmol/L).D01 also reduces the immobility duration in the mouse FST and TST assays in a dose-dependent manner without a stimulatory effect on *** administrations of D01(20 and 40 mg/kg)can significantly shorten the immobility time in a mouse model of chronic restraint stress(CRS)-induced depression-like ***,D01 dose-dependently improves the cognitive deficit induced by CRS in Morris water maze test and increases the exploration time with novel objects in normal or scopolamine-induced cognitive deficits in mice,but not ***,D01 reverses the long-term potentiation(LTP)inhibition induced by *** together,our findings demonstrate that D01,a dual-target serotonin reuptake and M channel inhibitor,is highly effective in the treatment-resistant depression and cognitive deficits,thus holding potential for development as therapy of depression with cognitive deficits.

A composite material comprising a carbon layer and spherical carbon/carbon cloth(C-SC/CC)was fabricated using a hydrothermal-pyrolysis method,employing carbon cloth as the substrate and glucose as the carbon *** C-SC/CC electrode was evaluated as an electrocatalytic electrode for hydrogen production by electrolysis of Bunsen reaction *** electrode prepared with 4 g of glucose and annealed at 800°C showed excellent electrocatalytic *** requires only a potential of 185 mV(***)to achieve a current density of 10 mA/***,the electrode demonstrated good stability with a 6%loss in current density after 1000 cycles of scanning from 0.2 V to 1.2 *** results indicate the potential of the SC/CC electrode as an efficient and durable electrocatalyst for the electrolysis of H2SO4 and HI.

In the past 5 years,there has been significant research interest in the intrinsic magnetic topological insulator family compounds MnBi2+2nTe4+3n（where n=0,1,2…）.In particular,exfoliated thin films of MnBi2Te4have led to numerous experimental breakthroughs,such as the quantum anomalous Hall effect,axion insulator phase and high-Chern number quantum Hall effect without Landau ***,despite extensive efforts,the energy gap of the topological surface states due to exchange magnetic coupling,which is a key feature of the characteristic band structure of the system,remains experimentally *** electronic structure measured by using angle-resolved photoemission （ARPES） shows significant deviation from ab initio prediction and scanning tunneling spectroscopy measurements,making it challenging to understand the transport results based on the electronic *** paper reviews the measurements of the band structure of MnBi2+2nTe4+3nmagnetic topological insulators using ARPES,focusing on the evolution of their electronic structures with temperature,surface and bulk doping and film *** aim of the review is to construct a unified picture of the electronic structure of MnBi2+2nTe4+3ncompounds and explore possible control of their topological properties.
