High dietary methionine induces secondary bile acids dysmetabolism and promotes the development of colorectal cancer in mice

Methionine， an essential amino acid， is abundant in animal protein. High dietary methionine intake is associated with the promotion of colorectal cancer (CRC); however， the mechanisms remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate the underlying mechanisms of high dietary methionine promoting CRC and evaluate the effect of high dietary methionine on healthy intestine. Our results demonstrated that high dietary methionine intake exhibited a higher incidence and invasion of tumors in AOM/DSS-induced mice. Meanwhile， the gut microbiota were disturbed， consequently fostering the metabolism of secondary bile acids. The contents of lithocholic acid (LCA) and deoxycholic acid (DCA) significantly increased (P < 0.01)， which further activated the bile acid membrane receptors TGR5， and then the activated TGR5 promoted tumor proliferation through STAT3 and YAP pathways. Pseudo-germ-free mice validate the role of gut microbiota and secondary bile acids in promoting CRC by high dietary methionine. Notably， similar disturbances in gut microbiota and bile acid metabolism were observed in the intestine of healthy mice with high dietary methionine intake. In conclusion， dysregulation of bile acid metabolism and activation of the corresponding receptor TGR5 were mechanisms promoting CRC associated with high dietary methionine intake.

本研究采用我国A股非金融类上市公司数据,检验签字会计师个人经验和公司债务成本之间的关系。结果发现,二者之间呈显著负向关系。这表明,债权人在对债务进行定价时,会考虑签字会计师的个人经验并对经验丰富的签字会计师所审计公司予以优惠。机制检验表明,签字会计师经验的积累有助于提高企业会计信息质量,进而有助于降低债务成本。进一步研究表明,签字会计师个人经验对债务成本的抑制作用主要来自行业经验,且这一作用仅存在于信息不对称程度较高、经营复杂性高的企业中。本研究从债权人角度提供了签字会计师个人经验经济后果的经验证据,并拓展了审计师个人经验与债务融资之间关系的研究。

Introduction:In order to enhance the effectiveness of resource allocation,regions must tailor their responses to their specific epidemiological and economic ***:Utilizing Spectrum software,we projected the cost-effectiveness of 10 chosen HIV interventions in six cities in eastern China from 2019 to *** assessed three scenarios—Base,Achievable,and Idealized—for each *** analysis included the projected number of HIV infections and deaths averted,as well as the incremental costeffectiveness ratios for each intervention in the six ***:In Shijiazhuang,Wuxi,Yantai,and Zhenjiang,cities with initially low antiretroviral therapy(ART)coverage,ART showed significant effectiveness,especially for ***,in Foshan and Ningbo,where ART coverage was notably high,oral pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP)for men who have sex with men(MSM)proved effective in the Idealized *** outreach,ART for males,and ART for females demonstrated cost-effectiveness across all six cities in both Achievable and Idealized scenarios at the predefined thresholds for each ***:Maintaining an appropriate coverage rate for outreach to MSM can lead to *** cities with low ART coverage,scaling up ART remains a crucial *** regions with high ART coverage,consideration may be given to the utilization of oral PrEP for MSM individuals,requiring budget allocation.

目的总结子宫恶性混合生殖细胞肿瘤患者保留生育功能治疗的经验。方法报道1例子宫恶性混合生殖细胞肿瘤患者的保留生育功能治疗,并分析其临床特点,同时进行相关文献回顾。结果该患者化疗结束后卵巢功能逐渐恢复,月经周期恢复正常。术后5年随访至今无肿瘤复发征象。结论子宫恶性混合生殖细胞肿瘤临床罕见,其治疗目前尚无定论,保留生育功能治疗需综合评估并密切随访。

川滇主要断裂带应力应变积累速率的三维有限元模拟:初步结果

川滇地区构造活动强烈,活动断裂众多,强震活动频繁.了解主要活动断裂的应力应变积累速率对于评估该区的长期地震危险性具有重要参考作用.本文新建立川滇地区及其主要活动断裂的三维黏弹性有限元模型,其中考虑了该区的岩石圈结构分层以及介质在水平和深度方向的不均匀性;采用1996—2018年的平均GPS水平速度场约束模型的侧边界,同时考虑川滇地块深部介质的拖曳力过程,模拟计算了构造加载作用下模型的动力学响应——区域变形特征和断裂的应力积累速率.模拟的位移场能很好拟合GPS观测的速度场,模拟的水平主应力方向在川滇块体和华南块体西缘与地震震源主应力方向相符,反映所建模型与模拟结果有较好的可信度.尝试将模拟的应力积累速率与基于GPS/GNSS观测的应变速率相结合,计算能反映区域地壳应变积累程度的弹性应变能密度分布;讨论了主要断裂带的背景应力、弹性应变能密度和库仑应力积累速率与M≥6.0地震发生的关系.结果显示除了模型边界附近的应力奇异地带外,川滇其余地区1996年以来M≥6.0地震大多数发生在模拟应力积累速率高或次高的断裂带(段),以及弹性应变能密度积累速率中偏高的断裂带(段).在模拟的背景应力速率高而且库仑应力增长快的龙门山断裂带南段和鲜水河断裂带最南段,分别在本文写作和定稿阶段发生2022年6月1日四川芦山M6.1地震和2022年9月5日四川泸定M6.8地震.认为研究区具有类似高或者次高的模拟应力和弹性应变能密度积累速率、但至今无强震发生和记录的断裂带(段),潜在的地震危险性需要关注.

以初始产权性质为民营的上市公司为对象,采用固定效应模型,考察了反向混改对企业避税行为的影响。结果发现,反向混改程度与企业避税程度呈显著正向关系。这表明,国有资本入股民营企业,并不会导致其像国有企业一样承担过重的税负;相反,还在一定程度上有助于企业避税,从而为股东带来利益。机制性检验表明,反向混改对避税的促进作用可能是由于国资能够对企业避税行为给予保护所导致。异质性检验表明,国资入股对反向混改企业避税活动的促进作用,在市场化水平较低、政府干预程度较强、税收监管强度较高以及民营经济发展环境较差地区更为明显。这一研究,有助于从避税的角度了解反向混改的作用,并加深对股权结构与公司避税行为之间关系的理解。
