To explore the genesis of the laminated calcite veins developed in the black shale of Chang 73 submember of the Ordos Basin,the petrology,microstructure and geochemistry of calcite veins are studied using thin sections,fluid inclusions,trace elements and isotopic geochemistry.The source,the time of formation,the mechanism of formation,and the dynamic background of the veins are discussed.The veins are mostly made up of calcite,mixed with lenticular or spindle-shape solid wall rock inclusions.Three structures are identified in the calcite minerals:fibrous,rhombic cleavage,and wedge-like structure.Trace elements and isotopes of carbon and oxygen confirm that the calcite veins were formed from a high density hydrothermal fluid.It is assumed that calcite veins formed prior to wall rock consolidation during the formation of the Qinling Orogenic Belt in the Middle and Late Triassic.The results show that the sedimentary sources of Chang 73 submember were influenced by hydrothermal materials besides terrigenous detritus.The fibrous calcite is different from the fibrous calcite reported in the morphology and mechanism of formation.In this way,the research complements and improves the morphology and the mechanism of formation of fibrous calcite.

Authigenic silica in continental lacustrine shale and its hydrocarbon significance

Taking lake basin shales of the Triassic Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin,NW China and the Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in the Songliao Basin,NE China as research objects,the characteristics and origins of different types of silica in the shales have been studied by means of core observation,thin section identification,cathodoluminescence,X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron probe and rock pyrolysis.The results shows that the origins of silica include felsic mineral dissolution,tuffite devitrification,clay mineral transformation and siliceous mineral metasomatism.The silica formed by feldspar dissolution commonly appears as spots and veins,with low degree of crystallization,and is largely aqueous opal mineral,with an average Si O2 content of 67.2%.Silica formed by devitrification of tuffite mainly occurs in two forms,amorphous silica and authigenic quartz with better crystal shape.The authigenic silica formed during the transformation of clay minerals is embedded in the clay minerals in the form of micron-scale plates and small flakes,or mixed with clay minerals in a dispersed state.The authigenic quartz formed by siliceous mineral metasomatism is in better angular crystal shape,and has an average Si O2 content of 87%.The authigenic siliceous mineral content is positively correlated with the content of terrigenous felsic minerals.The pressure solution of felsic minerals is the main source of authigenic siliceous minerals,followed by the transformation of clay minerals,and the organic matter has some boost on the formation of authigenic silica.The authigenic siliceous materials of different origins have different geological characteristics and occurrence states from terrigenous quartz,which would affect the storage performance,seepage capacity and fracturing effect of continental shale.Although the organic-rich shale has high silica content,different from terrigenous quartz,authigenic silica in this kind of shale mostly floats and disperse in clay minerals,which would have

Genesis of the high gamma sandstone of the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin,China

Recently, more attention has been paid on the high gamma sandstone reservoirs of the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin, China. These high gamma sandstones have logging characteristics different from conventional sandstones, which influences the identification of sandstone reservoirs. Zhang et al （2010） proposed that the high gamma sandstones of the Yanchang Formation might be the result of re-deposition of homochronous sedimentary tufts or previous tufts as a part of the sandstone. However, we present a different viewpoint： 1） few tufts or tuff debris have been found in the high gamma sandstones of the Yanchang Formation; 2） high gamma （or high Th content） sandstones of Yanchang Formation are not related to either clay minerals or feldspar; 3） the heavy minerals in the sandstone reservoirs of the Yanchang Formation are dominated by zircon, which is characterized by abnormally high Th and U contents, up to 2,163 ppm and 1,362 ppm, respectively. This is sufficient to explain the high gamma anomaly. The conclusion is that the high gamma value of the Yanchang Formation sandstones might be caused by zircon with high Th and U contents in sandstones rather than from the tuff components.

Multi-Objective Optimization Based on Life Cycle Assessment for Hybrid Solar and Biomass Combined Cooling,Heating and Power System

The complementary of biomass and solar energy in combined cooling,heating and power(CCHP)system provides an efficient solution to address the energy crisis and environmental pollutants.This work aims to propose a multi-objective optimization model based on the life cycle assessment(LCA)method for the optimal design of hybrid solar and biomass system.The life-cycle process of the poly-generation system is divided into six phases to analyze energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.The comprehensive performances of the hybrid system are optimized by incorporating the evaluation criteria,including environmental impact in the whole life cycle,renewable energy contribution and economic benefit.The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithmⅡ(NSGA-Ⅱ)with the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)method is employed to search the Pareto frontier result and thereby achieve optimal performance.The developed optimization methodology is used for a case study in an industrial park.The results indicate that the best performance from the optimized hybrid system is reached with the environmental impact load reduction rate(EILRR)of 46.03%,renewable energy contribution proportion(RECP)of 92.73%and annual total cost saving rate(ATCSR)of35.75%,respectively.By comparing pollutant-eq emissions of different stages,the operation phase emits the largest pollutant followed by the phase of raw material acquisition.Overall,this study reveals that the proposed multi-objective optimization model integrated with LCA method delivers an alternative path for the design and optimization of more sustainable CCHP system.

Vogt–Koyanagi–Harada(VKH)disease is a leading cause of blindness in young and middle-aged people.However,the etiology of VKH disease remains unclear.Here,we performed the first trio-based whole-exome sequencing study,which enrolled 25 VKH patients and 50 controls,followed by a study of 2081 VKH patients from a Han Chinese population to uncover detrimental mutations.A total of 15 de novo mutations in VKH patients were identified,with one of the most important being the membrane palmitoylated protein 2(MPP2)p.K315N(MPP2-N315)mutation.The MPP2-N315 mutation was highly deleterious according to bioinformatic predictions.Additionally,this mutation appears rare,being absent from the 1000 Genome Project and Genome Aggregation Database,and it is highly conserved in 10 species,including humans and mice.Subsequent studies showed that pathological phenotypes and retinal vascular leakage were aggravated in MPP2-N315 mutation knock-in or MPP2-N315 adeno-associated virus-treated mice with experimental autoimmune uveitis(EAU).In vitro,we used clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR‒Cas9)gene editing technology to delete intrinsic MPP2 before overexpressing wild-type MPP2 or MPP2-N315.Levels of cytokines,such as IL-1β,IL-17E,and vascular endothelial growth factor A,were increased,and barrier function was destroyed in the MPP2-N315 mutant ARPE19 cells.Mechanistically,the MPP2-N315 mutation had a stronger ability to directly bind to ANXA2 than MPP2-K315,as shown by LC‒MS/MS and Co-IP,and resulted in activation of the ERK3/IL-17E pathway.Overall,our results demonstrated that the MPP2-K315N mutation may increase susceptibility to VKH disease.

鄂尔多斯盆地延长组长73亚段发育大套厚层的富有机质泥页岩夹薄层粉细砂岩,深水环境的砂质岩类受到优质烃源岩的高强度源内充注,局部具有一定规模,是盆地深水勘探的重要目标.基于湖盆中部长73亚段的岩心、测录井、分析测试资料,结合岭页、池页水平井风险勘探实践,对长73亚段深水砂质岩类的沉积储层特征进行分析.结果表明:长73沉积期水体较深,优质烃源岩发育,湖盆西南祁秦造山带地震火山活动频发,物源供给充足,降雨量大、湖平面上升,滑塌成因与洪水成因的重力流沉积在湖盆中部广泛发育;环绕湖盆的一级坡折带控制着深水重力流的发育范围,沉积物入湖后受古地貌与沉积微相的控制,发育滑动-滑塌、砂质碎屑流、混合事件层、浊流、异重流等沉积类型,坡折带的坡脚、古沟道相对富砂,砂质碎屑流、浊流沉积是有利的储层类型;单砂体较薄,平均厚度1 m,孤立或叠置发育,空间上厚度、长度、宽度较小,较厚的块状单砂体和紧密连续叠置的薄层单砂体组合是期待钻遇的储层;高R_(o)、高TOC的泥页岩是砂质岩类充注油气的物质基础,高剩余压差下,储集性能较优的紧密叠置细砂岩薄储层与优质烃源岩互层的源储配置关系最易出现优质砂岩“甜点”.长73亚段深水砂质沉积勘探潜力较好,需持续攻关薄储层地球物理探测技术及砂泥一体压裂改造工艺.

随着我国自然保护事业进入新时代,以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系建设思路得以明确,以国家公园为代表的自然保护地监测工作也被赋予了更高的要求。监测在促进国家公园科学规划与管理中发挥着重要作用,国家公园管理目标的实现离不开可靠的监测数据和信息的支撑。我国的国家公园试点由各类型自然保护地整合设立,因此面临不同监测类型之间的整合,存在缺乏统一的监测指标体系、有效的监测数据管理、健全的监测实施机制等问题。在对各类型自然保护地整合优化的基本思路下,基于国外国家公园监测实践与经验,综合考虑我国自然保护地的监测现状和需求,从顶层设计出发,构建了以自然资源清查为基础、以生态监测为核心、以自然与人为干扰监测为辅助、以管理有效性监测为补充并服务管理有效性评价的国家公园综合监测体系。在此基础上,进一步提出由三级监测网络、监测数据管理、管理有效性评价三部分组成的国家公园监测实施机制。在国家公园监测体系构建方面进行了探索与尝试,以期为我国国家公园监测体系以及监测制度的建立提供有益参考。

谐振系统是实现直线压缩机往复运行的关键部件,而用于斯特林制冷机的板弹簧,轴向刚度低、成本高,并且在大振幅运行时易发生疲劳断裂,不适用于大制冷量的民用制冷领域。针对以上问题,设计了一款圆柱臂螺旋盘簧(以下简称盘簧),并基于能量守恒法和莫尔积分法分别建立了盘簧的轴向和径向刚度理论模型,并通过试验验证了理论模型的误差小于6.88%;对装配有盘簧的动磁式直线压缩机进行测试,结果表明,在压缩机动态运行中,所设计盘簧能够保持轴向刚度的恒定,并在一定程度上对活塞起到径向支撑作用,使活塞与气缸之间的阻尼比为0.104 7。最后,对具有相同外径的板弹簧和盘簧进行了相比,得到盘簧的固有频率是板弹簧的1.56倍,最大等效应力可降低41.2%。在达到相同疲劳寿命时,盘簧允许的最大振幅是板弹簧的1.53倍,验证了盘簧在直线压缩机上的应用是可行的。
