This work presents a robust and rotationally invariant shape descriptor, namely perception pronouncement （called p2）, to mathematically model the eye fixations, p2 takes two criteria - the local consideration of surface curvature and the global consideration of view- independent visibility - into account. Differing from existing works that often computed the intrinsic surface property of visibility in imaging space, a novel approach is proposed to approxi- mate the attribute in object space using Gauss map and Ray tracing. With the presented shape descriptor, mesh saliency detection, which refers to reasoning about which regions or points of a surface axe important, is more sensible, especially when 3D models fall into two categories：（1） the models possess significant interior/exterior structures; （2） the models contain regions where the contrast in visibility is high. For the models that are out of the categories, saliencies achieved by our approach are comparable to or even better than those of state-of-the-axt methods.

目的探讨柴胡皂苷D(saikosaponin D,SSD)联合替莫唑胺(temozolomide,TMZ)对神经胶质瘤细胞(glioblastoma,GBM)的协同增敏作用及分子机制。方法CCK-8法结合HE染色分析RG-2、U251、LN-4283种GBM细胞系对SSD、TMZ敏感性差异并筛选最佳配伍浓度。通过克隆形成实验、HE染色结合Hoechst荧光染色检测联合给药对GBM细胞增殖影响。单丹磺酰胺(monodansylcadaverine,MDC)染色观察GBM细胞自噬小体形成。Western blot结合ICC法检测内质网应激相关因子及凋亡、自噬蛋白表达与分布变化。结果GBM细胞对TMZ敏感性顺序为RG-2>U251>LN-428。SSD联合TMZ给药结果显示出对GBM细胞系增殖的协同抑制作用,并经细胞克隆形成实验证实。与TMZ组相比,Hoechst荧光染色显示联合给药组细胞核亮染数目明显增加。MDC荧光染色发现SSD/TMZ组胞质出现致密浓染绿色颗粒,且较TMZ组相比明显增多。Western blot结果显示,较TMZ组相比,SSD/TMZ组内质网应激标志蛋白GRP78、CHOP、p-PERK、ATF6表达增高(P<0.05);凋亡蛋白caspase-12、caspase-9、caspase-3、cleaved caspase-3、Bax及自噬蛋白LC3、Beclin-1表达均明显增高(P<0.05)并经ICC实验验证。结论SSD可协同TMZ抑制GBM细胞增殖且诱导其发生凋亡与自噬,通过激活内质网应激途径提高GBM细胞对TMZ化疗敏感性。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）, one of the most common public health problemsworldwide, is the fourth leading cause of death in the world. In China, respiratory diseases （of which COPD is a major component） are the third leading cause of death in rural areas and the fourth leading cause of death in urban area, accounting for 1 million deaths and over 5 million disabilities each year. COPD ranks first among the burdens in China.1 Hence, medical workers and governments at different levels pay close attention to this disease~ The Respiratory Group under the Chinese Medical Association published the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Management of COPD in 2002^2 and the revised version in 2007^3. This publication serves as a milestone of the development of basic and clinical investigation in China. The guidelines are likely to affect the way for the treatment of COPD in addition to reflect the current knowledge about the underlying causes of COPD and recommend the proper diagnosis and management of COPD.

A new derivative of geldanamycin was synthesized by introducing the 6-cinnamamido-hexyl-amino group into the 17-site of geldanamycin, a heat shock protein 90 （Hsp90） inhibitor, to obtain 17-（6-cinnamamido-hexylamino）-17-demethoxygel-danamycin （CNDG）. Its in vitro and in vivo antitumor effects were evaluated by MTT assay and xenograft in nude mice.

Background Although it is recognized that bronchial smooth muscle cells （BSMCs） play a key role. in airway remodeling during chronic asthma, it is not well understood how BSMCs exert their inflammatory functions. The extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 （ERK1/2） signaling pathway is an important signaling pathway in chronic asthma but its influence on secretion by BSMCs has not been well-studied. We investigated the impact of ERK1/2 signaling pathway on secretion by BSMCs in a rat model of chronic asthma in this study. Methods To create a rat model of chronic asthma, Wistar rats underwent ovalbumim （OVA） injection and eight weeks of inhalation. BSMCs were isolated and cultured in vitro. Epidermal growth factor, PD98059 and ERK1/2 antisense oligonucleotide were used to explore the role of ERK1/2 signaling pathway. The expression of P-ERK1/2 （phospho-ERK1/2） in BSMCs was analyzed by Western blot and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. Secretion of BSMCs was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results Phospho-ERK1/2 expression was increased in BSMCs of chronic asthmatic rats compared with the controls. PD98059 inhibited expression of phospho-ERK1/2 protein, while treatment with an antisense oligonucleotide inhibited the expression of P-ERK1/2 mRNA and protein. BSMCs obtained from the chronic asthma group secreted significantly greater quantities of growth factors （transforming growth factor （TGF）-β1, vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and connective tissue growth factor （CTGF））, cytokines （regulated upon activation, normal T cell-expressed and secreted （RANTES） and eotaxin）, and extracellular matrix （fibronectin and collagen I） compared with normal controls. Epidermal growth factor stimulated secretion in both groups, but the response of the chronic asthma group was more intense. 以己二胺和间苯二甲酰氯为原料，采用界面聚合+固相缩聚法制备得到了聚间苯二甲酰己二胺（PA6I），并着重对其聚合工艺进行了探究。通过分析界面聚合类型、间苯二甲酰氯和己二胺的浓度、反应温度、缚酸剂种类和用量以及界面聚合面积对其相对黏度和分子量的影响规律，得出了最佳聚合工艺：己二胺与间苯二甲酰氯的单体浓度为0.2 mol/L；反应温度为70°C；缚酸剂无水碳酸钠与反应单体的摩尔比为2:1；在此条件下，合成的尼龙6I的相对黏度可达到1.78。

A new measurement method for the spatial distribution of neutron beam flux in boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT)is being developed based on the two-dimensional Micromegas *** address the issue of long processing times in traditional offline position reconstruction methods,this paper proposes a field programmable gate array based online position reconstruction method utilizing the micro-time projection chamber *** method encapsulates key technical aspects:a self-adaptive serial link technique built upon the dynamical adjustment of the delay chain length,fast sorting,a coordinate-matching technique based on the mapping between signal timestamps and random access memory(RAM)addresses,and a precise start point-merging technique utilizing a circular combined *** performance test of the selfadaptive serial link shows that the bit error rate of the link is better than 10-12 at a confidence level of 99%,ensuring reliable data *** experiment utilizing the readout electronics and Micromegas detector shows a spatial resolution of approximately 1.4 mm,surpassing the current method’s resolution level of 5 *** beam experiment confirms that the readout electronics system can obtain the flux spatial distribution of neutron beams online,thus validating the feasibility of the position reconstruction *** online position reconstruction method avoids traditional methods,such as bubble sorting and traversal searching,simplifies the design of the logic firmware,and reduces the time complexity from O(n2)to O(n).This study contributes to the advancement in measuring neutron beam flux for BNCT.
