The setting of attention parameters plays a role in the performance of synergetic neural network based on PFAP model. This paper first analyzes the attention parameter setting algorithm based on award-penalty learning mechanism. Then, it presents an improved algorithm to overcome its drawbacks. The experimental results demonstrate that the novel algorithm is better than the original one under the same circumstances.

Hydroxypropyl chitosan(HP-chitosan) has been shown to have promising applications in a wide range of areas due to its biocompatibility, biodegradability and various biological activities, especially in the biomedical and pharmaceutical fields. However, it is not yet known about its pharmacokinetics and biodegradation performance, which are crucial for its clinical applications. In order to lay a foundation for its further applications and exploitations, here we carried out fluorescence intensity and GPC analyses to determine the pharmacokinetics mode of fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled HP-chitosan(FITC-HP-chitosan) and its biodegradability. The results showed that after intraperitoneal administration at a dose of 10 mg per rat, FITC-HP-chitosan could be absorbed rapidly and distributed to liver, kidney and spleen through blood. It was indicated that FITC-HP-chitosan could be utilized effectively, and 88.47% of the FITC-HP-chitosan could be excreted by urine within 11 days with a molecular weight less than 10 k Da. Moreover, our data indicated that there was an obvious degradation process occurred in liver(< 10 k Da at 24 h). In summary, HP-chitosan has excellent bioavailability and biodegradability, suggesting the potential applications of hydroxypropyl-modified chitosan as materials in drug delivery, tissue engineering and biomedical area.

Chiton(Ischnochiton hakodadensis) is one of marine mollusks well known for its eight separate shell plates. I. hakodadensis is important, which plays a vital role in the ecosystems it inhabits. So far, the genetic studies on the chiton are scarce due in part to insufficient genomic resources available for this species. In this study, we investigated the transcriptome of the chiton foot using Illumina sequencing technology. The reads were assembled and clustered into 256461 unigenes, of which 42247 were divided into diverse functional categories by Gene Ontology(GO) annotation terms, and 17256 mapped onto 365 pathways by KEGG pathway mapping. Meanwhile, a set of differentially expressed genes(DEGs) between distal and proximal muscles were identified as the foot adhesive locomotion associated, thus were useful for our future studies. Moreover, up to 679384 high-quality single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) and 19814 simple sequence repeats(SSRs) were identified in this study, which are valuable for subsequent studies on genetic diversity and variation. The transcriptomic resource obtained in this study should aid to future genetic and genomic studies of chiton.

STI PCR: An efficient method for amplification and de novo synthesis of long DNA sequences

Despite continuous improvements,it is difficult to efficiently amplify large sequences from complex templates using current PCR ***,we developed a suppression thermo-interlaced(STI)PCR method for the efficient and specific amplification of long DNA sequences from genomes and synthetic DNA *** method uses site-specific primers containing a common 50 tag to generate a stem-loop structure,thereby repressing the amplification of smaller non-specific products through PCR suppression(PS).However,large target products are less affected by PS and show enhanced amplification when the competitive amplification of non-specific products is ***,this method uses nested thermointerlaced cycling with varied temperatures to optimize strand extension of long sequences with an uneven GC *** combination of these two factors in STI PCR produces a multiplier effect,markedly increasing specificity and amplification *** also developed a webtool,calGC,for analyzing the GC distribution of target DNA sequences and selecting suitable thermo-cycling programs for STI *** this method,we stably amplified very long genomic fragments(up to 38 kb)from plants and human and greatly increased the length of de novo DNA synthesis,which has many applications such as cloning,expression,and targeted genomic *** method greatly extends PCR capacity and has great potential for use in biological fields.

Antioxidant biomaterials have attracted much attention in various biomedical fields because of their effective inhibition and elimination of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in pathological ***,the difficulty in ensuring biocompatibility,biodegradability and bioavailability of antioxidant materials has limited their further *** bioavailable antioxidant materials that are derived from natural resources are urgently ***,an integrated multi-omics method was applied to fabricate antioxidant biomaterials.A key cysteine-rich thrombospondin-1 type Ⅰ repeat-like(TSRL)protein was efficiently discovered from among 1262 adhesive components and then used to create a recombinant protein with a yield of 500 mg L^(-1).The biocompatible TSRL protein was able to self-assemble into either a water-resistant coating through Ca^(2+)-mediated coordination or redox-responsive hydrogels with tunable physical *** TSRL-based hydrogels showed stronger 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical scavenging rates than glutathione(GSH)and ascorbic acid(Aa)and protected cells against external oxidative stress significantly more *** topically applied to mice skin,TSRL alleviated epidermal hyperplasia and suppressed the degradation of collagen and elastic fibers caused by ultraviolet radiation B(UVB)irradiation,confirming that it enhanced antioxidant activity in *** is the first study to successfully characterize natural antioxidant biomaterials created from marine invertebrate adhesives,and the findings indicate the excellent prospects of these biomaterials for great applications in tissue regeneration and cosmeceuticals.

This paper screens five pairs of call walTants/put warrants with the same listing date and final exercise date from domestic delisted wattant, and collects and processes relevant statistic in warrant market and stock market. Because inconformity of strike price between call warrants/put warrants in domestic warrant market, and regarding the strike price of put warrants as standard, this paper takes advantage of BSM formula recalculates the price of call warrants, and carries out verification of option parity relations by regression analysis and Wilcoxon＇s Sign Rank Test. From a theoretical point of view, homogenous call warrants/put warrants should satisfy the parity relations. However, due to the lack of short sales mechanism in domestic warrant market and stock market, the empirical results indicate that domestic warrant market can＇ t meet the option parity relations.
