piezoelectric energy harvesters(pEHs)have attracted significant attention with the ability of converting mechanical energy into electrical energy and power the self-powered microelectronic ***,material's superior energy harvesting performance is closely related to its high transduction coefficient(d_(33)×g_(33)),which is dependent on higher piezoelectric coefficient d33 and lower dielectric constantεr of ***,the high d33 and lowεr are difficult to be simultaneously achieved in piezoelectric ***,lead zirconate titanate(pZT)based piezoelectric composites with vertically aligned microchannel structure are constructed by phase-inversion *** polyvinylidene fluoride(pVDF)and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)are mixed as fillers to fabricate pZT/pVDF&CNTs *** unique structure and uniformly distributed CNTs network enhance the polarization and thus improve the *** pVDF filler effectively reduce theε*** a consequence,the excellent piezoelectric coefficient(d_(33)=595 pC/N)and relatively low dielectric constant(ε_(r)=1,603)were obtained in pZT/pVDF&CNTs composites,which generated an ultra-high d_(33)×g_(33) of 2.,942.10^(−15) m^(2./***,the pZT/pVDF&CNTs piezoelectric composites achieve excellent energy harvesting performance(output voltage:66 V,short current:39.2.μA,and power density:1.2.μW/mm^(2.).Our strategy effectively boosts the performance of piezoelectric-polymer composites,which has certain guiding significance for design of energy harvesters.

Memristor-based physical reservoir computing holds significant potential for efficiently processing complex spatiotemporal data,which is crucial for advancing artificial ***,owing to the single physical node mapping characteristic of traditional memristor reservoir computing,it inevitably induces high repeatability of eigenvalues to a certain extent and significantly limits the efficiency and performance of memristor-based reservoir computing for complex ***,this work firstly reports an artificial light-emitting synaptic(LES)device with dual photoelectric output for reservoir computing,and a reservoir system with mixed physical nodes is *** system effectively transforms the input signal into two eigenvalue outputs using a mixed physical node reservoir comprising distinct physical quantities,namely optical output with nonlinear optical effects and electrical output with memory *** previously reported memristor-based reservoir systems,which pursue rich reservoir states in one physical dimension,our mixed physical node reservoir system can obtain reservoir states in two physical dimensions with one input without increasing the number and types of *** recognition rate of the artificial light-emitting synaptic reservoir system can achieve 97.2.%in MNIST ***,the recognition task of multichannel images can be realized through the nonlinear mapping of the photoelectric dual reservoir,resulting in a recognition accuracy of 99.2.%.The mixed physical node reservoir computing proposed in this work is promising for implementing the development of photoelectric mixed neural networks and material-algorithm collaborative design.

With the development of artificial intelligence,neural network provides unique opportunities for holography,such as high fidelity and dynamic *** to obtain real 3D scene and generate high fidelity hologram in real time is an urgent ***,we propose a liquid lens based holographic camera for real 3D scene hologram acquisition using an end-to-end physical model-driven network(EEpMD-Net).As the core component of the liquid camera,the first 10 mm large aperture electrowetting-based liquid lens is proposed by using specially fabricated *** design of the liquid camera ensures that the multi-layers of the real 3D scene can be obtained quickly and with great imaging *** EEpMD-Net takes the information of real 3D scene as the input,and uses two new structures of encoder and decoder networks to realize low-noise phase *** comparing the intensity information between the reconstructed image after depth fusion and the target scene,the composite loss function is constructed for phase optimization,and the high-fidelity training of hologram with true depth of the 3D scene is realized for the first *** holographic camera achieves the high-fidelity and fast generation of the hologram of the real 3D scene,and the reconstructed experiment proves that the holographic image has the advantage of low *** proposed holographic camera is unique and can be used in 3D display,measurement,encryption and other fields.

The application of high-density and high-performance micro thermoelectric devices is still in its infancy,mainly restricted by the low performance of Bi_(2.Te_(3)-based thick film as well as the limited device *** this study,we proposed a dynamic regulation strategy to simultaneously strengthen the thermoelectric and mechanical properties for n-type Bi_(2.Te_(3)-based thick *** effects of growth temperature and time on thermoelectric properties have been firstly *** the thermoelectric properties exhibit consistent degradation with increasing thickness at static growth temperature,an effective rising temperature method is introduced to dynamically regulate the nucleation rate and growing diffusion ***,the grain refinement with compact texture structure leads to a relatively large carrier mobility(77.1 cm^(2.·V^(-1)·s^(-1))and appropriate concentration(5.2.×10^(19)cm^(-3))as well as further 12.improvement of power factor with an average value up to 12.0 mW·cm^(-1)·K^(-2.over a wide temperature ranging from 313 K to 453 ***,significant enhancement of mechanical property is also achieved with high elastic modules(56.03 Gpa),hardness(0.63 Gpa)and large energy dissipation capacity to prevent *** study provides a practical solution with dynamic temperature control to fabricate high-performance Bi_(2.Te_(3) thick films with enhanced mechanical property and pro-cessing feasibility for micro thermoelectric devices.

感应电机采用传统的硬起动会给定子的转矩和电流带来较大冲击,故需研究电机的软起动过程.用混合变量改进方法建立感应电机模型,通过控制单元,在主电路拓扑的变化下,采用双向晶闸管控制高压电机软起动.该过程利用Matlab/Simulink仿真模拟电机起动时定子电流和转矩变化情况.该过程启动电流小,起停过渡自然,节能效果好.通过调节启动转矩,启动中可以实现低速启动、频繁启动和软停止,而且损耗小,控制精确.

Alloying/doping is a widely used technique for improving the electrical, mechanical, and optical properties of ***, this technology induces significant distortions in the lattice structure, mass distribution, and potential field, greatly enhancing phonon scattering. Here, we introduce the concept of alloying/doping path and employ crystal symmetry, lattice deformation, and electron distribution to characterize it. Based on this new concept, the phonon thermal transport behavior in alloyed/doped materials can be well designed, and along different alloying/doping paths, the difference in thermal conductivity can be up to 45 times. On one hand, strategic alloying/doping that combines high crystal symmetry, large lattice contraction, and the same electron distribution suppresses phonon-phonon scattering phase space, induces phonon stiffening, and bolsters electronic structure symmetry, respectively. These synergistic effects significantly improve thermal conductivity. On the other hand, random alloying/doping has a low symmetry, leading to the typical “U” shape of alloying/doping level-dependent thermal conductivity. Our theory is corroborated in three-dimensional（3D） Si, 2. MoS2. and quasi-1D TiS3, affirming its efficacy and broad applicability in controlling phonon transport.

Gap statistic is a well-known index of clustering validity, but its realization is difficult to be comprehended and accurately determined. A direct method is presented to improve the performance of the Gap statistic, which applies the two-order difference of within-cluster dispersion to replace the constructed null reference distribution in the Gap statistic. Hence, the realization of the Gap statistic becomes easy and is reformulated, and its uncertainty in applications is reduced. Also, the limitation of the Gap statistic is analyzed by two typical examples, that is, the Gap statistic is difficult to be applied to the dataset that contains strong-overlap or uneven-density clusters. Experiments verify the usefulness of the proposed method.
