Numerical Simulation on Radon Retardation Behavior of Covering Floats in Radon-Containing Water

目的观察右美托咪定(DEX)可否通过激活肾上腺素能α_(2)受体(ADRA2A)缓解劳力性热射病(EHS)大鼠横纹肌溶解(RM),并基于活性氧(ROS)/含Pyrin结构域NOD样蛋白3(NLRP3)/白细胞介素(IL)-1β通路探索其潜在机制。方法将适应性训练7 d后的36只雄性SD大鼠随机分为6组:对照组(CN组)、EHS组、低DEX剂量组(EHS+低DEX组)、高DEX剂量组(EHS+高DEX组)、DEX联合育亨宾(YOH)组(EHS+高DEX+YOH组)、育亨宾组(EHS+YOH组);每组6只。造模前,EHS+高DEX+YOH组和EHS+YOH组腹腔注射YOH 1 mg/kg,其他4组腹腔注射等量生理盐水;造模时,除CN组外,其他5组大鼠均采用高温高湿舱内热运动法构建EHS大鼠模型,造模成功后,EHS+低DEX组大鼠腹腔注射DEX 10μg/kg,EHS+高DEX组和EHS+高DEX+YOH组大鼠腹腔注射DEX 30μg/kg,CN组、EHS组及DEX+YOH组大鼠腹腔注射等量生理盐水。6 h后麻醉,取腹主动脉血及腓肠肌组织。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-6、IL-1β及肌红蛋白(MB)表达水平,生化试剂盒检测大鼠血清肌酸激酶(CK)水平,HE染色观察大鼠腓肠肌组织病理改变,透射电镜观察腓肠肌超显微结构改变,2′,7′-二氯荧光黄双乙酸盐(DCFH-DA)荧光探针检测活性氧(ROS)水平,Western blotting检测NLRP3、胱天蛋白酶-1(caspase-1)及肾上腺素能α_(2)受体(ADRA2A)表达水平。结果与CN组比较,EHS组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、CK及MB均明显升高(P<0.01)。HE染色结果显示,EHS组大鼠腓肠肌组织出现纤维结构紊乱、出血、水肿、炎性细胞浸润等病理表现。透射电镜显示,EHS组腓肠肌超微结构出现肌纤维细胞肿胀、体积变大,胞质空泡化,线粒体明显肿胀、脱颗粒、双嵴消失等改变。与CN组比较,EHS组大鼠腓肠肌内ROS、NLRP3、caspase-1水平明显升高(P<0.01);与EHS组比较,EHS+低DEX组、EHS+高DEX组的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、CK、MB及腓肠肌组织内ROS、NLRP3、caspase-1均呈剂量依赖性下降(P<0.05),且HE染色和透射电镜显示病理损伤有所减轻。与EHS+高DEX组比较,EHS+高DEX+YOH组大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、CK、MB及腓肠肌组织内ROS、NLRP3、caspase-1均升高(P<0.05),且HE染色和透射电镜显示病理损伤加重。与CN组比较,EHS组大鼠腓肠肌内ADRA2A表达明显下降(P<0.01),EHS+低DEX组和EHS+高DEX组大鼠肌肉中ADRA2A表达较EHS组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论DEX可通过激活ADRA2A减轻EHS诱导的RM,其机制可能与抑制ROS依赖性NLRP3/IL-1β炎性通路有关。

Enhanced-hydrogen gas production through underground gasification of lignite

Underground coal gasification is one of the clean technologies of in-situ coal *** production from underground gasification of lignite was investigated in this study based on simulation *** of lignite, gasification activity, oxygen-steam gasification and the effect of groundwater influx were *** well, the advantages of lignite for stable underground gasification were *** results indicate that lignite has a high activity for *** pyrolysis is an important source of hydrogen *** special heating conditions, hydrogen is released from coal seams at temperatures above 350 °C and reaches its maximum value between 725 and 825 °*** with a hydrogen concentration of 40% to 50% can be continuously obtained by oxygen-steam injection at an optimum ratio of steam to oxygen, while lignite properties will ensure stable *** influx can be utilized for hydrogen preparation under certain geological conditions through pressure ***, enhanced-hydrogen gas production through underground gasification of lignite has experimentally been proved.

By bridging 1,3：4,6-bis（3,6-dihydroxy-1,2-xylylene）tetrahydro-3a,6a-diphenyl imidazo- [4,5]-imidazole-2,5（IH,3H）-dione I with S（CH2CH2OCOCHECl）2, thiacrown molecular basket 2c was prepared for the first time. It was found that the compound exhibited very poor affinity towards alkali metal ions but high extracting selectivity towards silver ion.

Numerical simulations for radon migration and exhalation behavior during measuring radon exhalation rate with closed-loop method

Accurate measurements of the radon exhalation rate help identify and evaluate radon risk regions in the *** these measurement methods,the closed-loop method is frequently ***,traditional experiments are insufficient or cannot analyze the radon migration and exhalation patterns at the gas–solid interface in the accumulation *** CFD-based technique was applied to predict the radon concentration distribution in a limited space,allowing radon accumulation and exhalation inside the chamber intuitively and *** this study,three radon exhalation rates were defined,and two structural ventilation tubes were designed for the *** consistency of the simulated results with the variation in the radon exhalation rate in a previous experiment or analytical solution was *** effects of the vent tube structure and flow rate on the radon uniformity in the chamber;permeability,insertion depth,and flow rate on the radon exhalation rate and the effective diffusion coefficient on back-diffusion were *** on the results,increasing the inser-tion depth from 1 to 5 cm decreased the effective decay constant by 19.55%,whereas the curve-fitted radon exhalation rate decreased(lower than the initial value)as the deviation from the initial value increased by approximately 7%.Increasing the effective diffusion coefficient from 2.77×10^(-7) to 7.77×10^(-6) m^(2) s^(-1) made the deviation expand from 2.14 to 15.96%.The conclusion is that an increased insertion depth helps reduce leakage in the chamber,subject to notable back-diffusion,and that the closed-loop method is reasonably used for porous media with a low effective diffusion coefficient in view of the back-diffusion *** CFD-based simulation is expected to provide guidance for the optimization of the radon exhalation rate measurement method and,thus,the accurate measurement of the radon exhalation rate.

CuInS_(2)quantum-dot-modified g-C_(3)N_(4)S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst for hydrogen production and tetracycline degradation

CuInS_(2)quantum-dot(CIS QD)-modified g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN)catalysts(CIS/CN)were prepared with the aid of an in-situ growth *** as-obtained photocatalysts were explored by measuring their crystallinity,surface morphology,binding energy and light absorption *** photocatalytic efficiency of the pho-tocatalysts was evaluated through photocatalytic water splitting for hydrogen production and tetracycline(TC)antibiotic degradation under the simulated solar light and visible light *** optimized sample(10CIS/CN)showed the best photocatalytic activity:producing 102.4μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)of hydrogen in 1 h,or degrading 52.16%of TC in 120 min,which were respectively 48 or 3.4 times higher than the photocatalytic activity of CN *** enhancement in the efficiency of the composite system was prin-cipally accredited to the enlargement of light absorption,the more effective in charge transfer and the dropping of the charge carrier pair recombination through a formed S-scheme heterojunctional *** work is an effort to adjust CN-based polysulfide QD for speedy *** enriched photo-catalytic activity grants a new sense for adjusting the optical properties of CN.

With pursuing high energy density batteries,traditional graphite anode could be unable to meet current needs[1-4].The high-capacity anodes have attracted increasing attention,such as lithium anodes and alloy-type anodes[5-8].Silicon anode,as a high-capacity alloy-type anode(3579 mAh/g),has attracted great attention[9].However,due to its unique electrochemical mechanism,significant changes in volume and morphology during charge/discharge process could lead to the decrease in cycling stability[9,10].Therefore,it is still challenging for silicon anode in tackling volume expansion and unstable interfaces.

Emergent symmetry in quantum phase transition:From deconfined quantum critical point to gapless quantum spin liquid

The emergence of exotic quantum phenomena in frustrated magnets is rapidly driving the development of quantum many-body physics,raising fundamental questions on the nature of quantum phase *** we unveil the behaviour of emergent symmetry involving two extraordinarily representative phenomena,i.e.,the deconfined quantum critical point(DQCP)and the quantum spin liquid(QSL)*** large-scale tensor network simulations,we study a spatially anisotropic spin-1/2 square-lattice frustrated antiferromagnetic(AFM)model,namely the J1x-J1y-J2 model,which contains anisotropic nearestneighbor couplings J1x,J1y and the next nearest neighbor coupling *** small J1y/J1x,by tuning J2,a direct continuous transition between the AFM and valence bond solid phase is *** growing J1y/J1x,a gapless QSL phase gradually emerges between the AFM and VBS *** observe an emergent O(4)symmetry along the AFM–VBS transition line,which is consistent with the prediction of DQCP *** surprisingly,we find that such an emergent O(4)symmetry holds for the whole QSL–VBS transition line as *** findings reveal the intrinsic relationship between the QSL and DQCP from categorical symmetry point of view,and strongly constrain the quantum field theory description of the QSL *** phase diagram and critical exponents presented in this paper are of direct relevance to future experiments on frustrated magnets and cold atom systems.

Highly Red Emissive Conjugated Homopolymers Based on Double B←N Bridged Bipyridine Unit
