The cooling storage ring (CSR) external-target experiment (CEE) is a spectrometer used in construction to study the properties of nuclear matter in high-baryon density regions at the Heavy-Ion Research facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL). This study presents the design, simulation, manufacturing, and testing of a half-size prototype of a multi-wire drift chamber (MWDC) for the CEE. First, the performance of the MWDC connected to homemade electronics was simulated. The results demonstrated that an energy resolution of 18.5% % for 5.9-keV X-rays and a position resolution of 194 mu m for protons can be achieved by the current design. Because the size of the largest MWDC reached 176 cm x 314 cm, a set of 98 cm x 98 cm prototypes was built using the new techniques. The positioning accuracy of the anode wires in this prototype is better than 20 mu m. After optimization, using commercially available electronics, the prototype can achieved an energy resolution of 19.7% % for a Fe-55 X-ray source. The CEE-MWDC detector and electronics were simultaneously tested. An energy resolution of 22% % was achieved for the Fe-55 source; the track residuals were approximately 330 mu m for the cosmic rays. The results demonstrate that the current design and techniques meet the requirements of the CEE-MWDC array.

There is currently no effective targeted therapeutic strategy for the treatment of central nervous system acute lymphoblastic leukemia(CNS-ALL).Integrinα6 is considered a potential target for CNS-ALL diagnosis and therapy because of its role in promoting CNS-ALL disease *** targeted peptide D(RWYD)(abbreviated RD),with nanomolar affinity to integrinα6 was identified by peptide scanning techniques such as alanine scanning,truncation,and ***,we developed a therapeutic nanoparticle based on the integrinα6-targeted peptide for treating *** self-assembled proapoptotic nanopeptide_(D)(RWYD)-_(D)(KLAKLAK)_(2)-G_(D)(FFY)(abbreviated RD-KLA-Gffy)contains the integrinα6-targeted peptide RD,the well-known proapoptotic peptide_(D)(KLAKLAK)_(2)(abbreviated KLA),and the self-assembling tetrapeptide GD(FFY)(abbreviated Gffy).The functional mechanism of RD-KLA-Gffy is clarified using different *** results demonstrate that RD-KLA-Gffy is highly enriched in CNS-ALL lesions and induces tumor cell apoptosis,thus reducing CNS-ALL disease burden and prolonging the survival of CNS-ALL mice without obvious ***,the combined use of RD-KLA-Gffy and methotrexate(MTX)shows a potent antitumor effect in treating CNS-ALL,indicating that RD-KLA-Gffy plays an important role in suppressing CNS-ALL progression either as a single agent or in combination with MTX,which shows promise for application in CNS-ALL therapy.

Thermodynamic simulation of stepwise precipitation of NH_4VO_(3)and NaHCO_(3)from carbonating Na_(3)VO_(4)solution

Thermodynamic simulation was conducted to design a new process of stepwise precipitating NH_4VO_(3)and NaHCO_(3)from regulating the CO_(2)carbonation of Na_(3)VO_(4)***,a new V(V)speciation model for the aqueous solution containing vanadate and carbonate is established by using the Bromley-Zemaitis activity coefficient ***,thermodynamic equilibrium calculations are conducted to clarify the behavior of vanadium,carbon,sodium,and impurity species in atmospheric or high-pressure *** ensure the purity and recovery of vanadium products,Na_(3)VO_(4)solution is initially carbonated to the pH of 9.3-9.4,followed by precipitating NH_4VO_(3)by adding(NH_4)_(2)CO_(3).After vanadium precipitation,the solution is deeply carbonated to the final pH of 7.3-7.5 to precipitate NaHCO_(3),and the remaining solution is recycled to dissolve Na_(3)VO_(4)***,verification experiments demonstrate that 99.1%of vanadium and 91.4%of sodium in the solution are recovered in the form of NH_4VO_(3)and NaHCO_(3),respectively.

网络协议软件部署和应用非常广泛,在网络空间提供了诸如通信、传输、控制、管理等多样化的功能.近年来,其安全性逐渐受到学术界和工业界的重视,及时发现和修补网络协议软件漏洞,成为一项重要的课题.网络协议软件由于部署形态多样、协议交互过程复杂、相同协议规范的多个协议实现存在功能差异等特点,使得其漏洞挖掘技术面临诸多挑战.首先对网络协议软件漏洞挖掘技术进行分类,对已有关键技术的内涵进行界定.其次,进一步综述网络协议软件漏洞挖掘4个方面的技术进展,包括网络协议描述方法、挖掘对象适配技术、模糊测试技术和基于程序分析的漏洞挖掘方法,通过对比分析归纳不同方法的技术优势及评价维度.最后,总结网络协议软件漏洞挖掘的技术现状和挑战,并提炼5个潜在研究方向.
