BACKGROUND In recent years,numerous reports have been published regarding the relationship between the gut microbiota and the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME).However,to date,no systematic study has been conducted on the relationship between gut microbiota and the TIME using bibliometric *** To describe the current global research status on the correlation between gut microbiota and the TIME,and to identify the most influential countries,research institutions,researchers,and research hotspots related to this *** We searched for all literature related to gut microbiota and TIME published from January 1,2014,to May 28,2024,in the Web of Science Core Collection *** then conducted a bibliometric analysis and created visual maps of the published literature on countries,institutions,authors,keywords,references,etc.,using CiteSpace(6.2R6),VOSviewer(1.6.20),and bibliometrics(based on R 4.3.2).RESULTS In total,491 documents were included,with a rapid increase in the number of publications starting in *** country with the highest number of publications was China,followed by the United *** has the highest number of citations in *** a centrality perspective,the United States has the highest influence in this *** institutions with the highest number of publications were Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Zhejiang ***,the institution with the most citations was the United States National Cancer *** authors,Professor Giorgio Trinchieri from the National Institutes of Health has the most local impact in this *** most cited author was Fan *** results of journal publications showed that the top three journals with the highest number of published papers were Frontiers in Immunology,Cancers,and Frontiers in *** three most frequently used keywords were gut microbiota,tumor microenvironment,and *** This study systematically elaborates on the research progress re

The C15 Laves phase with composition Tb0.2Pr0.8（Fe0.4Co0.6）1.93 was synthesized by mechanical alloying （MA） and subsequent annealing process. The structure and magnetic properties of Tb0.2Pr0.8（Fe0.4Co0.6）1.93 were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction （XRD）, a vibrating sample magnetometer, and a standard strain technique. The effect of annealing on the structure and magnetic properties was studied. The analysis of XRD shows that the high Pr-content Tb0.2Pr0.8（Fe0.4Co0.6）1.93 alloy with the single phase of MgCu2-type structure can be successfully synthesized by MA method. The sample annealed at 450℃ is found to have a coercivity of 196 kA/m at room temperature. An epoxy/Tb0.2Pr0.8（Fe0.4Co0.6）1.93 composite was produced by a cold isostatic pressing technique. A large magnetostriction of 400 ppm, at an applied magnetic field of 800 kA/m, was found for the composite. The epoxy-bonded Tb0.2Pr0.8（Fe0.4Co0.6）1.93 composite combines a high magnetostriction with a significant coercivitv, which is a oromising magnetostrictive material.

This paper is concerned with an initial boundary value problem for strictly convex conservation laws whose weak entropy solution is in the piecewise smooth solution class consisting of finitely many discontinuities. By the structure of the weak entropy solution of the corresponding initial value problem and the boundary entropy condition developed by Bardos-Leroux Nedelec, we give a construction method to the weak entropy solution of the initial boundary value problem. Compared with the initial value problem, the weak entropy solution of the initial boundary value problem includes the following new interaction type： an expansion wave collides with the boundary and the boundary reflects a new shock wave which is tangent to the boundary. According to the structure and some global estimates of the weak entropy solution, we derive the global L^1-error estimate for viscous methods to this initial boundary value problem by using the matching travelling wave solutions method. If the inviscid solution includes the interaction that an expansion wave collides with the boundary and the boundary reflects a new shock wave which is tangent to the boundary, or the inviscid solution includes some shock wave which is tangent to the boundary, then the error of the viscosity solution to the inviscid solution is bounded by O（ε^1/2） in L^1-norm; otherwise, as in the initial value problem, the L^1-error bound is O（ε｜ In ε｜）.

Microstructure and Mechanical Behavior of in Situ Primary Si/Mg_2Si Locally Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composites Piston by Centrifugal Casting

Al-Si pistons are frequently damaged by burning piston top surface due to elevated combustion temperature, and by rubbing the first ring groove against the engine cylinder liner. To prevent piston from these damages, some technologies were invented, such as mounting high Ni cast iron ring around the first ring groove in Al alloy piston body and thermal resistant steel on piston top surface, and fabricating Al composite pistons by squeeze casting for enhancing the whole or local piston performance. In this paper, composite pistons locally reinforced with in situ primary Si and primary Mg2Si particles are fabricated by centrifugal casting. The microstructure characteristics, hardness and wear resistance of the composite piston are investigated and the motion characteristic of the in situ particles in centrifugal field is analyzed. The results of the experiments show that primary Si and Mg2Si particles mix up with each other in melt and segregate at the regions of piston top and piston ring grooves under the effect of centrifugal force. Particulate reinforced regions have a higher hardness and better wear resistance compared with the unreinforced regions and this performance increases after heat treatment. The analysis result of particle movement shows that, primary Si and primary Mg2Si particles move at approximately the same velocity in the centrifugal field, because of the growth of primary Si and fusion after colliding between primary Si particles, which compromised the velocity difference of primary Si and primary Mg2Si particles caused by the difference of their densities. Research results have some theory significance and applicative value of project in development of new aluminum matrix composites piston products.

In this paper, the on-orbit identification of modal parameters for a spacecraft is investigated. Firstly, the coupled dynamic equation of the system is established with the Lagrange method and the stochastic state-space model of the system is obtained. Then, the covariance-driven stochastic subspace identification（SSI-COV） algorithm is adopted to identify the modal parameters of the system. In this algorithm, it just needs the covariance of output data of the system under ambient excitation to construct a Toeplitz matrix, thus the system matrices are obtained by the singular value decomposition on the Toeplitz matrix and the modal parameters of the system can be found from the system matrices. Finally,numerical simulations are carried out to demonstrate the validity of the SSI-COV algorithm. Simulation results indicate that the SSI-COV algorithm is effective in identifying the modal parameters of the spacecraft only using the output data of the system under ambient excitation.

Performing homodyne detection at a single output port of a squeezed-state light interferometer and then separating the measurement quadrature into two intervals can realize super-resolving and super-sensitive phase measurements,which is equivalent to a binary-outcome ***,the single-port homodyne detection may lose almost part of the phase information,reducing the estimation ***,we propose a data-processing technique over the doubleport homodyne detection,where the two-dimensional measurement quadrature(p1,p2)has been divided into two *** such a binary-outcome measurement,we estimate the phase shift accumulated in the interferometer by inverting the output *** analyzing the full width at half maximum of the signal and the phase sensitivity,we show that both the resolution and the achievable sensitivity are better than that of the previous binary-outcome scheme.

Arsenic（As） in paddy fields is deteriorating food security and human health through rice ingestion. Rice is the dominant food source of arsenic exposure to half of the world’s population. Therefore, an in situ effective method for As risk evaluation in paddy soil is strongly needed to avoid As exposure through rice ingestion. Herein, we developed a rapid analytical methodology for determination of As in plant tissues using field portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometry（FP-XRF）. This method was applied to rice roots in order to evaluate the As contamination in paddy soils. The results showed that rice roots with iron plaques were superior to rhizosphere soils for generating FP-XRF signals, especially for field sites with As concentrations lower than the soil detection limit of FP-XRF（30.0 mg/kg）.Moreover, the strong linear relationships of As concentrations between the rice roots and corresponding leaves and grains proved that the rice root, rather than the soil, is a better predictor of As concentrations in rice grains. The research provides an efficient As monitoring method for As contaminated paddy fields by using wetland plant roots with iron plaques and XRF-based analytical techniques.
