It has been found that via in situ coordination, non-amphiphilic dithizonecan be spread to form a colored Langmuir film. Various morphologies could be obtained depending onthe metal ions added in the subphase. These results give a clue to expand the molecular film to formmaterial and clarify the characteristics of the Lang-muir films formed by alkyl-chain-freecompounds.

The kinetics of atom transfer radical polymerization（ATRP） of methyl methacrylate（MMA） initiated by cellulose based macroinitator, cellulose chloroacetate, performed in ionic liquid（1-N-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, BMIMC1）, dimethyl sulfoxide（DMSO） and dimethyl formamide（DMF） were respectively studied in detail. The polymerizations were carried out under homogeneous conditions with CuBr as catalyst and 2,2＇-bipyridine（bpy） as ligand. The dependences of the rate of polymerization on solvent, temperature, monomer/initiator ratio and catalyst/ligand ratio were presented. Plots of ln（[M]0/[M]t） vs. time and molecular weight vs. conversion showed a linear dependence, indicating a constant number of propagating species throughout the polymerization as well as a negligible contribution of termination or transfer reactions. On the basis of an Arrhenius plot, the apparent energy of activation（AEaapp ） for ATRP of MMA in BMIMC1 was 16.6 kJ/mol which is much lower than that in diphenyl ether.

目的:探讨以学生发展为中心,课前课中课后贯通、理论实践考核贯通、线上线下学习贯通的“一中心三贯通”整合式教学在药理学教学中应用。方法:选取2023年学习药理学的药学专业学生作为研究对象,2个班按传统模式教学,2个班按“一中心三贯通”的整合式新模式教学,即在课程内容板块、教学方式、考核方式、学习方式上进行了改革,传统教学组则按传统教学方式执行,两组教学内容一致,最终以学生综合成绩和满意度调查表评价教学效果。结果:与传统教学组比较,新模式教学组考试平均分为85.19,有明显提高。新模式教学组综合考核部分考试平均分为27.64,传统模式教学组平均分20.98,与传统模型教学组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),调查表结果显示新教学模式得到了普遍认同,非常满意和满意超过90%。结论:“一中心三贯通”的整合式教学有效地改善了药理学教学中学生不愿学、能力培养差等痛点,值得推广应用。

On the basis of the analysis of the hexagons inscribed and circumscribed of the Mises yield circle on the π- plane in Haigh Westergaard stress space, a new equation called equal area linear yield criterion or EA criterion was proposed, and its plastic specific work rate was derived. Then, a generalized worked example of plate rolling was analyzed by the criterion and its corresponding plastic specific work rate. Finally, the precision of the solution was compared with measured roll separation force in plate finish rolling process. It indicates that the calculated results by EA criterion are slightly higher than the measured ones.

Characterization and Biosorption Performance of Silver by Bacillus Licheniformis

The demand of silver is increasing rapidly in recent decades, because silver and its related products are widely used in modern industry and decoration. It is necessary to recover silver from waste water using an efficient and environmental friendly method due to its environmental and economic benefits. In this paper, we eliminated the interference of Cl-and light conditions, and then studied the characterization and biosorption performance of silver by Bacillus licheniformis. The max biosorption amount was 87.4 mg/g(dry weight) with the initial Ag+concentration of 100 mg/L at pH 6.0. XRD pattern showed that the product was an amorphous compound. SEM/EDS-mapping and FT-IR results implied that phosphate, amino and carboxyl groups located on the cell walls involved in the biosorption of Ag^+. The XPS spectra result showed that the value of EB of Ag 3d_(5/2_(367.51 eV) corresponded to the energy values for Ag(Ⅰ), and indicated Ag^+ adsorbed to the surface of cell still maintained mono-valence. The results confirm that B. licheniformis just adsorb Ag+ but cannot covert soluble Ag^+ to silver nano-particles(AgNP).

Tanreqing Injection Inhibits Activation of NLRP3 Inflammasome in Macrophages Infected with Influenza A Virus by Promoting Mitophagy

Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Tanreqing Injection(TRQ) on the activation of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor pyrin domain containing 3(NLRP3) inflammasome in macrophages infected with influenza A virus and the underlying mechanism based on mitophagy pathway. Methods:The inflammatory model of murine macrophage J774A.1 induced by influenza A virus [strain A/Puerto Rico/8/1934(H1N1), PR8] was constructed and treated by TRQ, while the mitochondria-targeted antioxidant Mito-TEMPO and autophagy specific inhibitor 3-methyladenine(3-MA) were used as controls to intensively study the anti-inflammatory mechanism of TRQ based on mitophagy-mitochondrial reactive oxygen species(mt ROS)-NLRP3 inflammasome pathway. The levels of NLRP3, Caspase-1 p20, microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 Ⅱ(LC3Ⅱ) and P62 proteins were measured by Western blot. The release of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) was tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, the mt ROS level was detected by flow cytometry, and the immunofluorescence and co-localization of LC3 and mitochondria were observed under confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results: Similar to the effect of Mito-TEMPO and contrary to the results of 3-MA treatment, TRQ could significantly reduce the expressions of NLRP3, Caspase-1 p20, and autophagy adaptor P62, promote the expression of autophagy marker LC3Ⅱ, enhance the mitochondrial fluorescence intensity, and inhibit the release of mt ROS and IL-1β(all Pming the type of mitophagy. Conclusion: TRQ could reduce the level of mt ROS by promoting mitophagy in macrophages infected with influenza A virus, thus inhibiting the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome and the release of IL-1β, and attenuating the inflammatory response.

提出在高阶Jerk系统中产生多涡卷混沌吸引子的一种电路设计与实现新方法.根据高阶Jerk方程,构造了一组具有参数控制的阶跃函数序列,在此基础上设计了产生多涡卷混沌吸引子的高阶广义Jerk电路.用这种方法设计电路的一个主要特点是通用性强,基于一种广义的电路形式,通过双掷开关切换,可分别实现多涡卷四阶和五阶两种不同类型的高阶Jerk电路,并由联动开关控制产生涡卷的数量.给出了在四阶和五阶Jerk电路中产生多涡卷混沌吸引子的计算机模拟和硬件实验结果.

Allergic reactions to antivenom in a patient bitten twice by the same snake within a month： A rare case report and literature review

Antivenom is the most effective method currently available for the treatment of poisonous snake bite. Allergic reactions to antivenom have been reported in the past. Here we shared a case of allergic re- actions to antivenom in an old male patient who was bitten twice by the same snake （probably same one） at the same biting site within a month whereas the patient did not show any allergic disorder in the first bitten. Envenomations twice in a short period time by the same kind of snake are very rare. Physician should be alert to the occurrence of allergic reactions in treating this type of patients with antivenom. The skin allergy test has a certain value in predicting the allergic response before the second use of antivenom. Desensitization may reduce the incidence of allergic reactions, but this is insufficient. Rather than non-lgE-mediated immediate hypersensitivity, patients receiving the second treatment of antivenom may develop IgE-mediated immediate hypersensitivity. Once happened, the antivenom treatment should be stopped promptly and anti-allergy treatment should be given immediately.
