BACKGROUND Lung cancer is a common disease with high mortality,and psychological support is very important in the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative patients with cancer *** To explore the application effect of the narrative nursing method in postoperative lung cancer patients in the intensive care *** A total of 120 patients diagnosed with lung cancer and experiencing cancer-related pain were randomly allocated into two groups:an observation group and a control group,each consisting of 60 *** control group was given routine analgesic and psychological care,while the research group applied the five-step narrative nursing method based on routine care,comparing the visual analogue scale scores,sleep status,anxiety and depression status,and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after the *** The pain scores,anxiety scores,and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention using the narrative nursing method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Using narrative nursing methods to intervene in patients with lung cancer combined with cancerous pain can help patients to correctly recognize their disease,adjust their mentality,establish confidence,alleviate patients'subjective pain feelings,and improve their adverse emotions.

A distributed fiber sensor was fabricated by splicing two single-mode fibers(SMFs)using the few-mode fiber(FMF)technique.A Brillouin optical time domain analysis(BOTDA)system was developed to measure the sensor’s temperature and bending ***-mode and four-mode step FMFs were combined to splice the few-mode *** results indicate that the temperature response coefficients of the few-mode segment are only slightly higher than those of the connected single-mode segment,measuring at 1.13 MHz/℃and 1.12 MHz/℃,*** min.mum bending radius for the sensor is 0.9 cm,and the four-mode bending response curve is superior to that of the two-mode one,proving that 4-SI-FMF offers better bending sensitivity.

In recent years probiotics have been considered as a potential substitution of antibiotics to control pathogens and treat infectious diseases in *** the present study a strain of Lactobacillus pentosus,named as *** SF-1,was isolated from waters in *** species identification of this strain was conducted by 16S rRNA sequence,and the physiological and biochemical characteristics of this strain were ***,the virulence,antibiotic sensitivity,cell surface characteristics and acid/base-resistance of *** SF-1 were determin.d to evaluate the probiotic potentials of this ***,*** SF-1 is sensitive to most common antibiotics,and no hemolysin was generated from it,indicating the safety of this strain to *** addition,*** SF-1 was able to tolerate the artificial gastric juice at pH 3 for 4 h and the artificial intestinal fluid at pH 6.8 or 8.0 for 6 ***,the analysis of self-aggregation and the adhesion of *** SF-1 to organic solvents suggested a high potential of *** SF-1 to inhabit the hosts,which was confirmed by testing the colonization of *** SF-1 in germ-free ***,*** SF-1 displayed a high bactericidal activity against several bacterial ***,the incubation of *** SF-1 significantly promoted the expression of antimicrobial components in zebrafish,contributing to the protection of the fish from *** infection in *** together,the probiotic strain *** SF-1 could be applied as anti-infection reagent in aquaculture.

Self-attention aggregates similar feature information to enhance the features. However, the attention covers nonface areas in face alignment, which may be disturbed in challenging cases, such as occlusions, and fails to predict landmarks. In addition, the learned feature similarity variance is not large enough in the experiment. To this end, we propose structural dependence learning based on self-attention for face alignment (SSFA). It limits the self-attention learning to the facial range and adaptively builds the significant landmark structure dependency. Compared with other state-of-the-art methods, SSFA effectively improves the performance on several standard facial landmark detection benchmarks and adapts more in challenging cases.

Background This work aimed to investigate the potential benefits of admin.stering Prevotella and its primary metabolite succinate on performance,hepatic lipid accumulation and gut microbiota in laying *** One hundred and fifty 58-week-old Hyline Brown laying hens,with laying rate below 80%and plasma triglyceride(TG)exceeding 5 mmol/L,were used in this *** hens were randomly allocated into 5 groups and subjected to one of the following treatments:fed with a basal diet(negative control,NC),oral gavage of 3 mL/hen saline every other day(positive control,PC),gavage of 3 mL/hen Prevotella melaninogenica(10^(7)CFU/mL,PM)or 3 mL/hen Prevotella copri(10^(7)CFU/mL,***)every other day,and basal diet supplemented with 0.25%sodium succinate(Succinate).The results showed that PM and *** treatments significantly improved laying rate compared to the PC(P0.05).PM treatment increased(P<0.05)the mRNA levels of genes PGC-1βand APB-5B at week 4,and ACC and CPT-1 at week *** results indicated enhanced antioxidant activities at week 8,as evidenced by reduced hepatic malondialdehyde(MDA)level and improved antioxidant enzymes activities in PM and Succinate groups(P<0.05).Supplementing with Prevotella or succinate can alter the cecal ***,the abundance of Prevotella in the Succinate group was significantly higher than that in the other 4 groups at the family and genus levels(P<0.05).Conclusions Oral intake of Prevotella and dietary supplementation of succinate can ameliorate lipid metabolism of laying *** beneficial effect of Prevotella is consistent across different *** finding highlights that succinate,the primary metaboli

The clear identification and quantification of the factors affecting groundwater systems is crucial for protecting groundwater resources and ensuring safety in agricultural *** Lower Yellow River(LYR)is a suspended river that replenishes groundwater continuously due to clear differences in the water head,especially in the Xinxiang *** its construction,the Xiaolangdi Reservoir has reversed the LYR’s *** accurately determin. the factors influencing the groundwater level(GWL),the study area was divided into five subzones based on hydrogeology.A dynamic factor model(DFM),variational mode decomposition(VMD),and a multiple linear regression model were used to identify and quantify the factors influencing the *** impact of the suspended river on the groundwater before and after the construction of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir was *** results show that:(1)The rate of decrease in the GWL was 8.53×10^(–4)m/month,and the rate of decrease in the Yellow River water level(RWL)was 4.63×10^(–4)m/month.(2)Mountain front recharge(MFR)(scale=3 months)and precipitation(scale=9 months)were the domin.nt factors in subzones I and II,accounting for more than 40%of the fluctuation in the *** III was domin.ted by exploitation(scale=7 months)and precipitation(scale=12months),accounting for 28.43%,and 23.44%of changes in the GWL,*** subzone IV,agricultural irrigation(scale=12 months)was the major factor,accounting for32.47%of GWL changes,while in subzone V,the RWL(scale=12 months)accounted for52.52%of these changes.(3)The Xiaolangdi Reservoir has increased the lateral seepage of the suspended river and altered the inter-annual *** results of this study can provide a valuable reference for controlling groundwater overexploitation and ensuring water supply security.

All-solid-state fluoride ion batteries(FIBs)have been recently considered as a post-lithium-ion battery system due to their high safety and high energy *** like all solid-state lithium batteries,the key to the development of FIBs lies in room-temperature electrolytes with high ionic conductivity.β-KSbF_(4) is a kind of promising solid-state electrolyte for FIBs owing to its rational ionic conductivity and relatively wide electrochemical stability window at room ***,the previous synthesis routes ofβ-KSbF_(4) required the use of highly toxic hydrofluoric acid and the ionic conductivity of as-prepared product needs to be further ***,the β-KSbF_(4) sample with an ionic conductivity of 1.04×10^(-4)s cm^(-1)(30°C)is synthesized through the simple solid-state *** order to account for the high ionic conductivity of the as-synthesizedβ-KSbF_(4),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)are used to characterize the physic-ochemical *** results show that the as-synthesizedβ-KSbF_(4) exhibits higher carrier concentra-tion of 1.0×10^(-6)S cm-Hz^(-1)K and hopping frequency of 1.31×10^(6)Hz at 30°C due to the formation of the fluorine ***,the hopping frequency shows the same trend as the changes of ionic conductivity with the changes of temperature,while the carrier concentration is found to be almost *** two different trends indicate the hopping frequency is mainly responsible for the ionic conduc-tion behavior withinβ-KSbF_(4).Furthermore,the all-solid-state FIBs,in which Ag and Pb+PbF_(2) are adopted as cathode and anode,andβ-KSbF_(4) as fluoride ion conductor,are capable of reversible charge and *** assembled FIBs show a discharge capacity of 108.4 mA h g^(-1) at 1st cycle and 74.2 mA h g^(-1) at 50th *** on an examin.tion of the capacity decay mechanism,it has been found that deterioration of the electrolyte/electrode int

The rapid synthesis of structurally complicated electron donors&acceptors still remains a major challenge in organic solar cells(OSC).In this work,we developed a highly efficient strategy to access long-chain oligomeric donor and acceptors for OSC applications.A series of cyclopentadithiophene(CPDT)and benzothiadiazole(BT)-basedπ-conjugated oligomers,i.e.,three oligomeric acceptors(BTDT)n-IC(n=1—3)and one long-chain oligomeric donor(BTDT)4-RD,are facilely synthesized by an atom-and step-economical,and labor-saving direct C—H arylation(DACH)reaction(i.e.,C—H/C—Br cross coupling).Note that(BTDT)4-RD involving five CPDT,four BT and two rhodamin.(RD)building blocks is the longest oligomeric donor in the fullerene-free OSC devices ever *** dependence of the structure-property-performance correlation of(BTDT)n-IC(n=1—3)and(BTDT)4-RD on theπ-conjugation lengths is thoroughly investigated by opto-electrochemical measurements,bulk heterojunction(BHJ)OSC devices and ***(BTDT)1-IC:PBDB-T and(BTDT)4-RD:Y6 BHJs achieve power conversion efficiencies of 9.14%and 4.51%,*** findings demonstrate that DACH reaction is a powerful tool to tune the opto-electronic properties and device performances by regulating the lengths ofπ-conjugated oligomers with varied numbers of repeating units.
