Inclusion of Acyclodextrin (ACD) with phenothiazine 1.and Nalkylpheno-thiazine derivatives (alkyl = ethyl 2, isobutyl 3 and isopentyl 4) in aqueous solution was studied by means of UV-vis spectroscopy. The association constant Ka values for the inclusion of β-CD with 1. 2, 3 and 4 were determined to be 1.8, 21., 1.9 and 80 L/mol, respectively. It indicates that the stability of the inclusion complexes is dependent on the structure and the volume of the substituents in the guest compounds.

Wild castor grows in the high-altitude tropical desert of the African Plateau,a region known for high ultraviolet radiation,strong light,and extremely dry *** investigate the potential genetic basis of adaptation to both highland and tropical deserts,we generated a chromosome-level genome sequence assembly of the wild castor accession WT05,with a genome size of 31. Mb,a scaffold N50 of 31.93 Mb,and a contig N50 of 8.96 Mb,*** with cultivated castor and other Euphorbiaceae species,the wild castor exhibits positive selection and gene family expansion for genes involved in DNA repair,photosynthesis,and abiotic stress *** variations associated with positive selection were identified in several key genes,such as LIG1.DDB2,and RECG1.involved in nucleotide excision ***,a study of genomic diversity among wild and cultivated accessions revealed genomic regions containing selection signatures associated with the adaptation to extreme *** identification of the genes and alleles with selection signatures provides insights into the genetic mechanisms underlying the adaptation of wild castor to the high-altitude tropical desert and would facilitate direct improvement of modern castor varieties.

The ancient kingdom of Loulan on china’s Silk Road has disappeared for about 1.00 *** records have documented widespread cultivation in Loulan which supported the kingdom’s prosperity for hundreds of ***,no farmland ruins have been found although the ancient Loulan city was discovered more than 1.0 years *** this study,remotely sensed,geomorphic and geological observations of possible farmlands in Loulan were analyzed.A wide distribution of partly preserved plots with recognizable regular and straight boundaries,the existence of crossed canals,the occurrence of a gypseous incrustation layer(GIL) overlying on the surface of farmland-like blocks,and extracted large-sized pollen grains of cultivated grass from GIL samples provide new evidence for the ancient *** observations revealed that the upper cultivated soil layer overlaid on GIL,*** horizon A,had been wind-eroded and GIL is the ruined soil horizon *** new findings point to a well-developed agriculture of the ancient Loulan kingdom. The size and distribution of the farmlands and the thickness of the GIL suggests that irrigation for cultivation in this currently exceedingly arid area had lasted for a long *** and lacustrine sediments in Loulan area deposited during the about 4 to—8 ka BP period,revealing that the wet Holocene optimum and two arid events of about 4 and 8 ka BP occurred in the westerlies-dominated northwest *** Loulan kingdom period was another wet stage when the ecological environment was the typical cultivated grass of oasis near *** insufficiency of water during the late period of the Loulan kingdom led the decline of irrigation agriculture and finally the renunciation of the kingdom.

BackgroundSeveral prognostic biomarkers have been validated for acute myeloid leukemia(AML),a heterogeneous hematopoietic ***,the factors associated with the cumulative incidence of relapse(CIR)and leukemia-free survival(LFS)in real-world patients with AML have not been well *** study examined clinical and mutational data of 246 patients with newly diagnosed AML who received the traditional“3+7”regimen in PLA General Hospital from January 2008 to August *** associated with CIR and LFS in patients newly diagnosed with AML were analyzed using next-generation *** sex combs-like 1.ASXL1.and Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 2(SRSF2)mutations were found to be associated with an increased risk of CIR and a reduced LFS in univariate analysis,while only SRSF2 mutations were associated with these factors in the multivariate *** maintained an independent effect on LFS in the multivariate *** stem cell transplantation conferred a significant prognostic benefit on both CIR and LFS in our ***,we validated the risk classification of patients with AML receiving traditional induction regimens across a broad age *** on next-generation sequencing results,we concluded that SRSF2 mutations were predictive of an increased risk of relapse,inferior LFS rates,and non-relapse mortality in patients with newly diagnosed *** findings indicate that patients with SRSF2 mutations might not benefit from the conventional“3+7”*** results may help in developing molecular stratification strategies and could guide treatment decisions for patients with newly diagnosed AML.

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^(−1.taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1.(1.60)π,D^(0)→π(1.00)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1.(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.01._(stat.)±0.01._(syst.))%and(0.951.0.025_(stat.)±0.021.(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

连续脑电图监测是一种可实时监测重症患者脑功能变化和亚临床癫痫发作情况的技术,被广泛应用于神经重症病房中。在所有监测到的异常脑电图波形中,发作期-发作间期连续体不属于明确的发作期或发作间期波形但同样存在可能的发作性特征及癫痫发作的风险,其中单侧放电、频率大于2 Hz及叠加其他波形成分的异常波形可能导致癫痫发作的风险更高。然而,目前针对该异常脑电现象的研究在许多方面仍未取得一致的结论,尤其在临床治疗流程上尚无指南可循。文中将全面、系统地梳理此类波形的临床特点及可能导致癫痫发作的高风险特征,为临床及时干预、提早应对并改善患者预后提供参考。

深空探测的驱动力源于人类探索未知的天性,是科学研究的前沿领域之一.自二十世纪六七十年代的月球探测高潮以来,人类的深空探测任务已经实现了对太阳系八大行星等主要天体的探测,获得了大量的科学发现,同时也发现了更多未解之谜.进入21.纪以后,人类深空探测迎来了又一次高潮,参与探测的国家和探测任务的数量都有了巨大提升,技术的发展也提高了探测的成功率.从太阳系形成到生命出现并演化到智慧生物,太阳系经历了复杂的演化过程,地球和其他行星环境经历了剧烈变化.要证实和重建这个过程还有大量科学问题有待回答,需要依赖更多精密计划的深空探测任务去寻找线索.太阳系的形成与演化、行星宜居性、地外生命探索等是当前深空探测的核心科学内容.前太阳系物质组成、太阳系的初始状态、行星系统的形成过程是太阳系形成与演化研究的关键科学问题,类地行星沿不同路径演化的原因是行星宜居性研究的重要方面.地外生命探测是深空探测的核心内容之一,生命的起源与演化、地外生命信号识别、地球极端环境类比等是主要的研究内容.针对已经计划和正在论证的深空探测任务,系统梳理其中的前沿科学问题及其研究现状和研究手段,能够为深空探测任务的科学规划提供参考,孕育更多的科学发现和前沿突破.
