The Effect of Digital Transformation and Supply Chain Integration on Enterprise Performance:The Moderating Role of Entrepreneurship

Digital transformation provides companies with a productive approach to transforming and upgrading enterprise resources and capabilities and to exploiting external subject forces to unleash and magnify their potential,thus advancing high-quality enterprise development.Therefore,using regression analysis of the data of China’s non-financial listed firms from 2007‒2019 obtained by Python,this paper finds that digital transformation has enormously improved enterprise performance.Furthermore,digital transformation has powerfully boosted supply chain integration,which has played a mediation role in the impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance.Finally,entrepreneurship plays a positive moderating effect on enterprise performance through supply chain integration during digital transformation.The further heterogeneity analysis finds that digital transformation performs better in large,public,state-owned,mature,and non-manufacturing(service industry)enterprises.However,the positive effect of digital transformation on enterprise performance and supply chain integration is not significant in small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,supply chain integration cannot play a mediating role in the impact of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises upon their performance.This paper probes the realization mechanism and micro-foundation of digital transformation,and its conclusion contributes to high-quality digital transformation.

Head Curvature of Pure Titanium Sheet Influenced by Process Parameters and Controlling in Hot Rolling Process

We investigated the influences of process parameters on the head curvature of pure titanium sheet in hot rolling process and proposed the controlling means. First, the thermal simulation experiments for pure titanium TA1 were carried out to investigate the hot deformation behaviors of pure titanium in the temperature range of 700-800 ℃ with strain rate range of 1-20 S-1, and the processing map was established to determine optimized deformation parameters. Then, the finite element model has been constructed and used to analyze the effect of process parameters on the direction and severity of head curvature of pure titanium sheet. The process parameters considered in the present study include workpiece temperature, work roll diameter, pass reduction, oxide scale thickness of workpiece surface, and interface friction coefficient. The simulation results show that the workpiece temperature and the interface friction coefficient are the two main factors. The proposed controlling means was carried out on a hot rolling production line and solved the head curvature problem effectively. The rolling practices indicate that the rolling yield is improved greatly.

In this paper we present a new representation of curve, named parametric curve with an implicit domain(PCID), which is a curve that exists in parametric form defined on an implicit domain. PCID provides a bridge between parametric curve and implicit curve because the conversion of parametric form or implicit form to PCID is very convenient and efficient. We propose a framework model for mapping given points to the implicit curve in a homeomorphic manner. The resulting map is continuous and does not overlap. This framework can be used for many applications such as compatible triangulation, image deformation and fisheye views. We also present some examples and experimental results to demonstrate the effectiveness of the framework of our proposed model.

本文基于利益相关者理论和企业文化理论,利用沪深A股30家旅游上市公司2011-2019年数据,研究了企业社会责任对公司违规行为的影响。在解决了变量间可能存在的内生性问题之后,回归结果显示旅游企业社会责任投入力度加强时,公司违规次数减少。本研究发现,在旅游企业违规行为研究中企业声誉不是有效的中介变量,这可能与旅游企业所处行业差异和企业发展阶段、声誉机制作用无法发挥、旅游企业声誉信号无法有效传递等有一定关联。通过对比分析不同经济发展阶段对旅游企业违规行为的异质性影响,本研究发现:旅游经济高质量发展对公司违规行为发挥间接的激励型规制效果,推动地区内旅游企业积极承担社会责任会不断减少企业违规次数;旅游经济高速增长对公司违规行为没有发挥应有的环境规制效果,高质量发展较高速增长对旅游企业管理提出了更高的要求。

测绘技术的发展与IT技术息息相关,随着IT技术的飞速发展,测绘技术也在迅猛发展,朝着更加方便、精确、智能的方向不断进步,实现数据处理的自动化也成为测绘工程发展的必然需求。为了保证桥梁的安全性和足够的刚度,需要在桥梁竣工后的进行加载测试,因为其测试结果直接反映了桥梁的施工质量和结构受力性能。本文主要研究全站仪在桥梁挠度变形中的数据处理,利用VB语言编程使数据处理变得简单、方便、准确,实现数据的自动化处理。

A lot of 3D shape descriptors for 3D shape retrieval have been presented so far. This paper proposes a new mechanism, which employs several existing global and local 3D shape descriptors as input. With the sparse theory, some descriptors which play the most important role in measuring similarity between query model and the model in the dataset are selected automatically and an affinity matrix is constructed. Spectral clustering method can be implemented to this affinity matrix. Spectral embedding of this affinity matrix can be applied to retrieval, which integrating almost all the advantages of selected descriptors. In order to verify the performance of our approach, we perform experimental comparisons on Princeton Shape Benchmark database. Test results show that our method is a pose-oblivious, efficient and robustness method for either complete or incomplete models.

Visual arts refer to art experienced primarily through vision.3D visual optical art is one of them.Artists use their rich imagination and experience to combine light and objects to give viewers an unforgettable visual experience.How-ever,the design process involves much trial and error;therefore,it is often very time-consuming.This has prompted many researchers to focus on proposing various algorithms to simplify the complicated design processes and help artists quickly realize the arts in their minds.To help computer graphics researchers interested in creating 3D visual optical art,we first classify and review relevant studies,then extract a general framework for solving 3D visual optical art design problems,and finally propose possible directions for future research.
