Using the Skyrme density functional theory,potential energy surfaces of^(240)Pu with constraints on the axial quadrupole and octupole deformations(q_(20)and q_(30))were *** volume-like and surface-like pairing forces,as well as a combination of these two forces,were used for the Hartree–Fock–Bogoliubov *** in the least-energy fission path,fission barrier,pairing energy,total kinetic energy,scission line,and mass distribution of the fission fragments based on the different forms of the pairing forces were analyzed and *** fission dynamics were studied based on the timedependent generator coordinate method plus the Gaussian overlap *** results demonstrated a sensitivity of the mass and charge distributions of the fission fragments on the form of the pairing *** on the investigation of the neutron-induced fission of^(239)Pu,among the volume,mixed,and surface pairing forces,the mixed pairing force presented a good reproduction of the experimental data.

Difunctionalization of alkynes represents a powerful and straightforward approach to the synthesis of complex ***,the radical difunctionalization of alkynes mediated by bifunctional reagents remains challenging and underexplored,despite significant progress having been made in alkene ***,we report a novel arylsulfonylacetate skeleton in which aryl rings are attached to acetates through SO_(2),serving as a powerful bifunctional reagent for the alkylarylation of alkynes via vinyl-radical intermediate under photoredox *** modular bifunctional reagent enables the simultaneous incorporation of a wide range of functional groups,including(hetero)aryl ring and alkyl carboxylate into alkynes,resulting in synthetically valuable all-carbon tetrasubstituted alkene *** transformation is distinguished by its redox-neutral nature,readily accessible starting materials,compatibility with diverse functional groups and its capacity to facilitate convergent *** utility of this approach was further demonstrated by the late-stage functionalization of complex molecules and the preparation of fluorescent molecules and anti-cancer drugs.

Non-covalent interactions are of significance in supramolecular chemistry and biochemistry,while synthetic procedures driven by these weak interactions remain challenging and *** by the lone pair-π interaction presence in the Z-DNA structure,a light-induced regioselective sulfonation of ethers taking advantage of the lone pair-π interaction between the oxygen of ethers and sulfonyl chlorides has been ***,this strategy is also applicable to the sulfonation of aniline *** of the methods include readily accessible starting materials,high atom-economy,green and photocatalyst-free conditions and broad functional group *** studies suggest that the lone pair-πinteraction plays an important role to initiate the transformation.

理解当代中国的安全哲学

通过分析安全主体在安全政治中的思维逻辑和行为方式,可以抽象出其所信奉的安全哲学。以当代中国的安全哲学为例,自改革开放以来,基于自身关于和平与发展是当今时代主题的战略判断,中国提出与之相匹配和呼应的新安全观,并且分为互信、互利、平等、协作的新安全观,以及共同、综合、合作、可持续的新安全观两个阶段。同时,中国所主张的新安全观与旧安全观在政治基础、安全结构、安全战略、争端因应、和平保障五个方面形成鲜明对比。以此为线索,当代中国安全哲学的具体内涵可以被理解和概括为一体安全、兼容安全和发展安全,倡导树立忧患意识与发扬斗争精神。当然,当代中国的安全哲学还面临包括启动成本、维持成本和机会成本在内的成本问题,包括不对称问题和道德风险问题在内的行动问题,以及包括安全感问题、实践转化及其效力问题和他者问题在内的竞争力问题等现实困境和理论困难,这也是当代中国的安全外交需要作答和完成的理论命题与实践课题。

基于物理砂箱实验所获参数,运用数值模拟Petrasim程序模拟DNAPL在饱和多孔介质中的迁移过程,探究DNAPL在重力和毛细力共同作用下的迁移行为与迁移路径中污染物的分布特征.研究表明:⑴DNAPL污染物入渗前期主要受重力影响呈“液滴”状垂向扩散,在垂向扩散至底部不透水层后,DNAPL在毛细力驱动下开始横向再分布扩散,最后在底部形成长期的“池状”污染源区;⑵通过对比验证数值模拟结果和实验结果,其垂向扩散相对误差范围为-2.96%~5.95%.横向扩散的相对误差范围为0.04%~23.41%.平面污染面积相对误差范围为0.03%~19.39%.表征横向扩散、垂向扩散与污染面积模拟值与实验值差异性的拟合决定系数R2分别为0.8827、0.9919、0.9832,模拟结果与实验值接近,模拟效果良好.结果说明了数值模拟Petrasim程序预测饱和多孔介质中DNAPL迁移行为和污染分布范围的可靠性与准确性.在野外环境中DNAPL泄露污染的污染范围评估与迁移行为预测方面具有广阔的应用前景.

BACKGROUND This paper reports a rare presentation of multiple pulp stones(PSs)emerging in all teeth during mixed *** offers valuable insights into the clinical diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of multiple PSs,shedding light on their occurrence during the mixed dentition *** SUMMARY A 10-year-old girl presented with repeated pain in the mandibular right posterior *** examination revealed carious lesions,abnormal tooth shapes,and anomalies in tooth *** examinations showed multiple PSs with diverse shapes,sizes,and quantities in all teeth,alongside anomalies in tooth shape and *** canal therapy was initiated,but the patient initially lacked timely *** return for treatment completion,an extracted tooth revealed irregular calculus within the pulp *** This case underscores the importance of considering multiple PSs in mixed dentition,necessitating comprehensive evaluation and management strategies.

数据资产定价机制及其法治化是构建数字经济的基础性制度。数据资产市场化定价是主流的学术观点,也是数据资产交易实践的通行做法,但这既不符合《中华人民共和国价格法》构建的定价机制,也不利于实现对数据资产交易的监管。造成这种局限性的原因,是数据资产市场定价与数据资产的权利属性定位具有冲突,对数据资产的特殊性认识不足,不具备生产要素定价的法治化基础。我国应当构建“以市场定价为主、政府干预定价为辅”的数据交易定价机制,并实现其法治化。有必要从数据资产定价市场化与法治化的关系、政府干预数据资产定价的逻辑基础以及数据资产定价目录清单管理制度三个层面,揭示数据资产定价机制的逻辑,以其逻辑为基础,提出数据资产定价的具体制度,以规范政府干预数据资产定价的方式。

行政诉讼职权主义边界是一个极具理论研究价值和实践价值的重要论题,不仅关乎我国行政审判的效果,也是衡量国家法治进程和行政审判水平的重要标准,直接影响行政诉讼功能以及立法目的的实现。厘定行政诉讼职权主义的边界,需要对行政立案审查权、事实探知权、裁判权边界的法理逻辑进行分析,并以此为理论指引,提出行政诉讼职权主义边界的规制路径。从完善行政诉讼制度、增强行政审判效果出发,需要构建由形式审查与实质审查相结合的立案审查机制,明确人民法院依职权调取证据的边界,明确规范人民法院依职权作出“重作行政行为”“责令采取补救措施”以及“变更行政行为”等诉外裁判制度的适用边界。
