Using the data of drilling, logging, core, experiments and production, the heterogeneity and differential hydrocarbon accumulation model of deep reservoirs in Cretaceous Qingshuihe Formation(K1q) in the western section of the foreland thrust belt in southern Junggar Basin are investigated. The target reservoirs are characterized by superimposition of conglomerates, sandy conglomerates and sandstones, with high content of plastic clasts. The reservoir space is mainly composed of intergranular pores. The reservoirs are overall tight, and the sandy conglomerate has the best physical properties. The coupling of short deep burial period with low paleotemperature gradient and formation overpressure led to the relatively weak diagenetic strength of the reservoirs. Specifically, the sandy conglomerates show relatively low carbonate cementation, low compaction rate and high dissolution porosity. The special stress-strain mechanism of the anticline makes the reservoirs at the top of the anticline turning point more reformed by fractures than those at the limbs, and the formation overpressure makes the fractures in open state. Moreover, the sandy conglomerates have the highest oil saturation. Typical anticline reservoirs are developed in deep part of the thrust belt, but characterized by "big trap with small reservoir". Significantly, the sandy conglomerates at the top of anticline turning point have better quality, lower in-situ stress and higher structural position than those at the limbs,with the internal hydrocarbons most enriched, making them high-yield oil/gas layers. The exponential decline of fractures makes hydrocarbon accumulation difficult in the reservoirs at the limbs. Nonetheless, plane hydrocarbon distribution is more extensive at the gentle limb than the steep limb.

In this paper,we investigate online scheduling problems on two parallel identical machines under a grade of service provision with makespan as the objective function.The jobs arrive over time and each job can be scheduled only when it has already been arrived.We consider three different versions:(i)the two machines cannot be idle at the same time until all arrived jobs have been processed;(ii)further to the first problem,jobs are processed on a first-come,first-serviced basis;(iii)each job must be assigned to one of the two machines as soon as it arrives.Respectively for three online scheduling problems,optimal online algorithms are proposed with competitive ratio(√5+1)/2,(√5+1)/2 and 5/3.

With the increasing penetration rate of electric vehicles(EVs),EV demand response holds great significance for promoting the optimal and secure operation of the power system.This paper proposes an EV response capability assessment method that considers EV users’travel demands and the reliability of the cyber systems integrated into both the power grid and the transportation network.A novel framework for an integrated cyber-power-transportation system is proposed for the first time,and a reliability model for the cyber system is provided.A method is further proposed to calculate the state of an EV when it is plugged in,considering the reliability of traffic guidance information and the reliability of the release of such information.The degree of relaxation in the EV charging demand is proposed to reflect the user’s travel demand,based on which the EV response capability can be assessed.Extensive test results on a cyber-power-transportation system containing RBTS BUS6 and the Beijing transportation network are conducted to show the efficiency of the proposed method.The impact of cyber reliability on the EV trip and response capability is analyzed.

This paper studies the important problem of how to coordinate the capacity procurement model with asymmetric demand information.Under the model,the supplier has to secure necessary capacity before receiving a firm order from the manufacturer who possesses private demand information for her product.Optimal supply chain performance requires the manufacturer to share her forecast truthfully and the supplier to build enough capacity.In the literature,some elaborate contracts are designed to solve the problem.However,the authors prove that two simple conventional contracts(linear capacity reservation contract and payback agreement)can coordinate the supply chain and guarantee credible information sharing.Besides,the authors propose a new mechanism in which punishment is imposed in the payment function to bind the parties.To avoid punishment,the firms will choose the best decision for the entire supply chain.The contracts in this paper are all simple and easy to implement.The authors believe this work provides some insights to design coordination contracts in theory or in practice.

Proteins play a central role in all domains of life,and precise regulation of their activity is essential for understanding the related biological processes and therapeutic functions.Nucleic acid aptamers,the molecular recognition components derived from systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment(SELEX),can specifically identify proteins with antibody-like recognition characteristics and help to regulate their activity.This minireview covers the SELEX-based selection of protein-binding aptamers,membrane protein analytical techniques based on aptamer-mediated target recognition,aptamer-mediated functional regulation of proteins,including membrane receptors and non-membrane proteins(thrombin as a model),as well as the potential challenges and prospects regarding aptamer-mediated protein manipulation,aiming to supply some useful information for researchers in this field.

Empathy is a complex emotional phenomenon that plays a crucial role in promoting cooperation and social cohesion within human society.However,there is ongoing debate regarding the mechanisms that underlie the generation of empathy.While the importance of biological emotional resonance in empathy is widely recognized,the inﬂuence of cognitive regulation on empathetic responses cannot be disregarded.This article seeks to review the agents and strategies involved in regulating empathy to construct a dynamic model depicting the process.The model highlights that the impact of speciﬁc goals on empathy regulation is not deﬁnitive;rather,it depends on an individual’s interpretation and pursuit of goals,which can either enhance or hinder empathy.To effectively regulate empathy,individuals employ various emotion regulation strategies,the effectiveness and frequency of which can vary depending on individual and contextual factors.This context provides a speciﬁc pathway for understanding the generation of empathy.Further research should be conducted to systematically investigate the regulatory mechanisms of empathy by integrating contextual factors and individual characteristics.Furthermore,it is incredibly important to enhance the impact of empathy on social interactions by utilizing its ability to be controlled for intervention and prediction purposes.

In nature, a slope stability is determined by the ratio of a sliding resistance to a slide force. The slide force of a marine deep-water continental slope is mainly affected by sediment mechanics properties, a topography, and a marine seismic. However, the sliding resistance is mainly affected by sedimentary patterns and a sedimentary stress history. Both of these are different from case to case, and their impact can be addressed when the data are organized in a geographic information system（GIS）. The study area on the continental slope in Zhujiang River Mouth Basin in South China Sea provides an excellent opportunity to apply GIS spatial analysis technology for the evaluation of the slope stability. In this area, a continental slope topography and a three-dimension（3-D） topography mapping show a sea-floor morphology and the distribution of a slope steepness in good detail, and the sediment analysis of seabed samples and an indoor appraisal reveals the variability of a sediment density near the sea-floor surface. On the basis of the results of nine geotechnical studies of submarine study areas, it has worked out that an equivalent cyclic shear stress ratio is roughly between 0.158 and 0.933, which is mainly depending on the initial water content of sediment. A regional density, slope and level of anticipated seismic shaking information are combined in a GIS framework to yield a map that illustrates a continental slope stability zoning under the influencing factors in Zhujiang River Mouth Basin in the South China Sea. The continental slope stability evaluation can contribute to north resources development in the South China Sea, the marine functional zoning, the marine engineering construction and adjust measures to local conditions, at the same time also can provide references for other deep-water slope stability analysis.

Mobile-Deep Based PCB Image Segmentation Algorithm Research

Aiming at the problems of inaccurate edge segmentation,the hole phenomenon of segmenting large-scale targets,and the slow segmentation speed of printed circuit boards(PCB)in the image segmentation process,a PCB image segmentation model Mobile-Deep based on DeepLabv3+semantic segmentation framework is proposed.Firstly,the DeepLabv3+feature extraction network is replaced by the lightweight model MobileNetv2,which effectively reduces the number of model parameters;secondly,for the problem of positive and negative sample imbalance,a new loss function is composed of Focal Loss combined with Dice Loss to solve the category imbalance and improve the model discriminative ability;in addition,a more efficient atrous spatial pyramid pooling(E-ASPP)module is proposed.In addition,a more efficient E-ASPP module is proposed,and the Roberts crossover operator is chosen to sharpen the image edges to improve the model accuracy;finally,the network structure is redesigned to further improve the model accuracy by drawing on the multi-scale feature fusion approach.The experimental results show that the proposed segmentation algorithm achieves an average intersection ratio of 93.45%,a precision of 94.87%,a recall of 93.65%,and a balance score of 93.64%on the PCB test set,which is more accurate than the common segmentation algorithms Hrnetv2,UNet,PSPNet,and PCBSegClassNet,and the segmentation speed is faster.

Prediction skill for the seasonal tropical cyclone(TC)activity in the Northern Hemisphere is investigated using the coupled climate forecast system(version 1.0)of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology(NUISTCFS1.0).This assessment is based on the seven-month(May to November)hindcasts consisting of nine ensemble members during 1982–2019.The predictions are compared with the Japanese 55-year Reanalysis and observed tropical storms in the Northern Hemisphere.The results show that the overall distributions of the TC genesis and track densities in model hindcasts agree well with the observations,although the seasonal mean TC frequency and accumulated cyclone energy(ACE)are underestimated in all basins due to the low resolution(T106)of the atmospheric component in the model.NUIST-CFS1.0 closely predicts the interannual variations of TC frequency and ACE in the North Atlantic(NA)and eastern North Pacific(ENP),which have a good relationship with indexes based on the sea surface temperature.In the western North Pacific(WNP),NUIST-CFS1.0 can closely capture ACE,which is significantly correlated with the El Ni?o–Southern Oscillation(ENSO),while it has difficulty forecasting the interannual variation of TC frequency in this area.When the WNP is further divided into eastern and western subregions,the model displays improved TC activity forecasting ability.Additionally,it is found that biases in predicted TC genesis locations lead to inaccurately represented TC–environment relationships,which may affect the capability of the model in reproducing the interannual variations of TC activity.
