＜正＞The delay-dependent robust stability for uncertain time-delay systems is investigated in this ***,a novel augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed and its positive definiteness is ***,some slack matrices are used in order to avoid using any bounding techniques,and as a result,the improved delay-dependent stability criteria are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities,and it is also theoretically established that the obtained results are less conservative than some existing stability ***,numerical examples are also given to illustrate the significant improvement on the conservatism of the delay bound over some existing results.

This paper is concerned with the robust stability of neutral systems with time-varying delays and norm-bounded *** constructing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional of more complete form,using slack matrices and the convex combination condition,the delay-dependent stability criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix *** the obtained criteria take account into the sizes of neutral delay,discrete delay and the derivative of discrete delay,they are less conservative than those produced by previous *** examples are given to illustrate both the improvement the proposed method provides over the existing ones and the relationship among the neutral delay,time-varying discrete delay and the derivative of discrete delay.

the grid-connected photovoltaic system is the trend of the photovoltaic system .On the basis of the analysis of the equal circuit about the solar cell and the character curve, for the two-stage grid-connected inverter, provide the maximum power point tracking （ MppT ） methods, and design a photovoltaic inverter based on the DSp which controls the maximum power point. Trough testing the old designed inverter has many unstable questions when tracking the maximum power point, after experiments and analysis, providing an improved way. The experiment proves the improved inverter runs stably and reliably.

＜正＞This paper is concerned with the asymptotical stability in mean square for uncertain stochastic time-delay system. Firstly,a new variable is defined,by which some slack matrices are introduced to reduce the conservatism of the ***, a proper Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed and its infinitesimal operator is calculated by Ito calculus rules and the statistic properties of the Brownian motion,and as a result the delay-dependent stability criteria are obtained via an LMI ***,numerical examples are given to illustrate the significant improvement on the conservativeness of the delay bound over some existing results.

This paper is concerned with the delay-dependent stability and robust stability for uncertain neutral systems with equivalent delays. Through constructing a new form of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, using slack matrices and integral inequality, the delay-dependent stability criteria are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the improvement on the conservatism of the delay bound over some existing results.

This paper is concerned with the robust asymptotical stability in mean square for stochastic systems with time delay and two kinds of ***,a Lyapunov-Krasoskii functional of more complete form is ***,in order to establish the robust stability criteria for stochastic time-delay systems with two kinds of uncertainties in the same frame,a new variable is introduced to replace the uncertainties and slack matrices are *** on Ito calculus rules,the action of the infinitesimal generator of Ito diffusion on the constructed functional is computed and the novel delay-dependent sufficient conditions is obtained in terms of *** examples are given to illustrate that the results presented in this paper are effective and less conservative than the existing ones.

An unsupervised grid-based approach for clustering analysis

In recent years, the growing volume of data in numerous clustering tasks has greatly boosted the existing clustering algorithms in dealing with very large datasets. The K-means has been one of the most popular clustering algorithms because of its simplicity and easiness in application, but its effciency and effectiveness for large datasets are often unacceptable. In contrast to the K-means algorithm, most existing grid-clustering algorithms have linear time and space complexities and thus can perform well for large datasets. In this paper, we propose a grid-based partitional algorithm to overcome the drawbacks of the K-means clustering algorithm. This new algorithm is based on two major concepts: 1) maximizing the average density of a group of grids instead of minimizing the minimal square error which is applied in the K-means algorithm, and 2. using grid- clustering algorithms to thoroughly reformulate the object-driven assigning in the K-means algorithm into a new grid-driven assigning. Consequently, our proposed algorithm obtains an average speed-up about 10-100 times faster and produces better partitions than those by the K-means algorithm. Also, compared with the K-means algorithm, our proposed algorithm has ability to partition any dataset when the number of clusters is unknown. The effectiveness of our proposed algorithm has been demonstrated through successfully clustering datasets with different features in comparison with the other three typical clustering algorithms besides the K-means algorithm.

Node localization is a fundamental problem in wireless sensor *** are many existing algorithms to estimate the locations of the ***,most of the methods did not consider the presence of *** practice,obstacles will lead to blockage and reflection of communication signals between sensor ***,the presence of obstacles will greatly affect the localization *** this paper,we implement an obstacle-handling algorithm based on the localization tool developed by MIT,The experimental result shows that the enhanced algorithm can reduce the average distance error by up to 46 %,compared to the original algorithm.
