Due to the existing limited dynamic range a camera cannot reveal all the details in a high-dynamic range scene. In order to solve this problem,this paper presents a multi-exposure fusion method for getting high quality images in high dynamic range scene. First,a set of multi-exposure images is obtained by multiple exposures in a same scene and their brightness condition is analyzed. Then,multi-exposure images under the same scene are decomposed using dual-tree complex wavelet transform( DT-CWT),and their low and high frequency components are obtained. Weight maps according to the brightness condition are assigned to the low components for fusion. Maximizing the region Sum Modified-Laplacian( SML) is adopted for high-frequency components fusing. Finally,the fused image is acquired by subjecting the low and high frequency coefficients to inverse DT-CWT.Experimental results show that the proposed approach generates high quality results with uniform distributed brightness and rich details. The proposed method is efficient and robust in varies scenes.

In this paper, we first introduce interpolation operator of projection type in three dimen- sions, from which we derive weak estimates for tricubic block finite elements. Then using the estimate for the W 2, 1-seminorm of the discrete derivative Green's function and the weak estimates, we show that the tricubic block finite element solution uh and the tricubic interpolant of projection type Πh3u have superclose gradient in the pointwise sense of the L∞-norm. Finally, this supercloseness is applied to superconvergence analysis, and the global superconvergence of the finite element approximation is derived.

为解决40CrNiMoA钢上接头断裂问题,经过对工件断口进行化学成分分析、金相分析及力学性能测试,发现变径R半径过小造成应力集中、材料热处理硬度过高、断后伸长率不足是造成断裂的主要原因。通过优化结构设计和热处理工艺改进来降低产品热处理和使用中的断裂风险,结果表明,将工件变径圆角加大到R20;对材料采用淬火中间保温,控制升温速度至淬火加热温度810℃,慢油淬火,且控制升温速度加热至回火温度570℃,慢油冷却以防止回火脆性后,材料力学性能满足产品设计和使用要求。经实际工况中使用测试,在产品寿命周期内未发生断裂事故。

Two-Line Element(TLE)datasets are the only orbital data source of Earth-orbiting space objects for many civil users for their research and applications.The datasets have uneven qualities that may affect the reliability of the propagated positions of space objects using a single TLE.The least squares approach to use multiple TLEs also suffers from the poor quality of some TLEs,and reliable error information cannot be available.This paper proposes a simplex algorithm to estimate an optimal TLE from multiple TLEs and obtain the uncertainty of each element.It is a derivative-free technique that can deal with various orbit types.Experiments have demonstrated that using the TLE estimated from the simplex method is more reliable,stable,and effective than those from the batch least squares method.As an application example,the optimal TLE and its uncertainty are used for predicting the fallen area,keeping the actual fallen site in the prediction areas.

It is important and challenging to analyze nanocluster structure with atomic precision.Herein,α-hemolysin nanopore was used to identify nanoclusters at the single molecule level by providing two-dimensional(2D)dwell time–current blockage spectra and translocation event frequency which sensitively depended on their structures.Nanoclusters such as Anderson,Keggin,Dawson,and a few lacunary Dawson polyoxometalates with very similar structures,even with only a two-atom difference,could be discriminated.This nanopore device could simultaneously measure multiple nanoclusters in a mixture qualitatively and quantitatively.Furthermore,molecular dynamics(MD)simulations provided microscopic understandings of the nanocluster translocation dynamics and yielded 2D dwell time–current blockage spectra in close agreement with experiments.The nanopore platform provides a novel powerful tool for nanocluster characterization.

For a general second-order variable coefficient elliptic boundary value problem in three dimensions,the authors derive the weak estimate of the first type for tensor-product linear pentahedral finite elements.In addition,the estimate for the W1,1 -seminorm of the discrete derivative Green’s function is given.Finally,the authors show that the derivatives of the finite element solution uh and the corresponding interpolantΠu are superclose in the pointwise sense of the L∞-norm.

在生育危机被普遍谈及的当下,危机概念为我们认识生育本质及其实践内在复杂性提供一个批判性的反思空间。本文应用关系的本体论范畴初步构建了理解生育危机叙事的一般框架,聚焦危机的意义再造,分析17世纪以来欧洲生育危机的知识生成,并区分“人口”与“普通人”两条叙事轴线,由此阐明危机化的体系与事件取向。研究揭示,生育危机是主体逻辑的差别效应,即体系化下对因果关联的确定性追溯,以及事件取向下确定性之外的个体自觉应对。这需要政策实践着眼主体逻辑的多样性及其异质性认识,而非危机意涵的同质化,注重公共交流的关系转向。本研究旨在增进决策者、学者与普通大众之间的立场对话,推动对于理解的理解转变。

Hemerocallis citrina Borani(huang hua cai in Chinese)is an important horticultural crop whose flower buds are widely consumed as a delicious vegetable in Asia.Here we assembled a high-quality reference genome of H.citrina using single-molecule sequencing and Hi-C technologies.The genome assembly was 3.77 Gb and consisted of 3183 contigs with a contig N50 of 2.09 Mb,which were further clustered into 11 pseudochromosomes.A larger portion(3.25 Gb or 86.20%)was annotated as a repetitive content and 54,295 protein-coding genes were annotated in the genome.Genome evolution analysis showed that H.citrina experienced a recent whole-genome duplication(WGD)event at~15.73 million years ago(Mya),which was the main factor leading to many multiple copies of orthologous genes.We used this reference genome to predict 20 genes involved in the rutin biosynthesis pathway.Moreover,our metabolomics data revealed neither colchicine nor its precursors in H.citrina,challenging the long-standing belief that this alkaloid causes poisoning by the plant.The results of our disruptive research are further substantiated by our genomic finding that H.citrina does not contain any genes involved in colchicine biosynthesis.The high-quality genome lays a solid foundation for genetic research and molecular breeding of H.citrina.
