少子化与老龄化成为现阶段不可回避的社会问题。在尚有城乡差别的情况下,这两个社会问题对农村养老冲击甚大,对此应高度重视,支持养老体系的建设,建构多维度的农村养老保障体系,发展多元化照料服务模式,而乡村振兴更给农村养老多元化体系建构提供有力的支持。面对当前农村地区家庭养老功能弱化、社区及自我养老困境、养老制度缺失等实际问题,应立足多元化视角,从“多元化养老政策”“多元化养老模式”“多元化养老资源”到“多元化角色”入手,构建具有中国特色的多元化农村养老体系,形成切实可行的应对之策。

目的探讨EGFR野生型或耐药型肺腺癌脑转移瘤的治疗及护理方法。方法将46例EGFR野生型或耐药型肺腺癌脑转移瘤患者随机分为两组,各23例。两组均行全脑SIB-IMRT,观察组联合贝伐珠单抗;两组均采用循证护理干预。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组临床疗效、瘤周水肿体积、健康指数及生活满意度得分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用全脑SIB-IMRT联合贝伐珠单抗治疗EGFR野生型或耐药型肺腺癌脑转移瘤疗效肯定,安全性好。

This paper investigates user scheduling in multi-user MIMO broadcast channel. We propose a leakagebased user scheduling scheme, in which a user＇s leakage power to other users is an important factor to determine whether the user should be selected. The accuracy of closed-form solution of SLNR （signal to leakage plus noise ratio） makes the proposed scheme outperform the traditional scheduling method based on SlNR （signal to interference plus noise ratio）. The proposed algorithms can work in case of perfect or limited feedback of CSI （channel state information） at transmitter, and the advantage is verified with numerical results. A tradeoff relation among feedback bits number, active user number and transmit/receive antennas number is analyzed, which serves as a system design guideline.

Particle-laden flows in a horizontal channel were investigated by means of a two-phase particle image velocimetry （PIV） technique. Experiments were performed at a Reynolds number of 6826 and the flow is seeded with polythene beads of two sizes, 60μm and 110μm. One was slightly smaller than and the other was larger than the Kolmogorov length scale. The particle loadings were relatively low, with mass loading ratio ranging from 5 ×10^-4 to 4 × 10^-2 and volume fractions from 6×10×-7 to 4.8×10^-5, respectively. The results show that the presence of particles can dramatically modify the turbulence even under the lowest mass loading ratio of 5 × 10^-4. The mean flow is attenuated and de- creased with increasing particle size and mass loading. The turbulence intensities are enhanced in all the cases concerned. With the increase of the mass loading, the intensities vary in a complicated manner in the case of small particles, indicating complicated particle-turbulence interactions; whereas they increase monotonously in the case of large particles. The particle velocities and concentrations are also given. The particles lag behind the fluid in the center region but lead in the wall region, and this trend is more prominent for the large particles. The streamwise particle fluctuations are larger than the gas fluctuations for both sizes of particles, however their varying trend with the mass loadings is not so clear. The wallnormal fluctuations increase with increasing mass loadings. They are smaller in the 60μm particle case but larger in the 110μm particle case than those of the gas phase. It seems that the small particles follow the fluid motion to certain extent while the larger particles are more likely dominated by their own inertia. Finally, remarkable non-uniform distributions of particle concentration are observed, especially for the large particles. Subnanometer metal clusters play an increasingly important role in heterogeneous catalysis due to their high catalytic activity and *** this work,by means of the density functional theory(DFT) calculations,the catalytic activities of transition metal clusters with precise numbers of atoms supported on graphdiyne(TM_(1-4)@GDY,TM=V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Ru,Rh,Pd,Ir,Pt) were investigated for oxygen evolution reactions(OER),oxygen reduction reactions(ORR) and hydrogen evolution reactions(HER).The computed results reveal that the Pd_(2),Pd_(4) and Pt_(1) anchored graphdiyne can serve as trifunctional catalysts for OER/ORR/HER with the overpotentials of 0.49/0.37/0.06,0.45/0.33/0.12 and 0.37/0.43/0.01 V,respectively,while Pd_(1) and Pt_(2)@graphdiyne can exhibit excellent catalytic performance for water splitting(OER/HER) with the overpotentials of 0.55/0.17 and 0.43/0.03 *** addition,Ni_(1) and Pd_(3) anchored GDY can perform as bifunctional catalysts for metal-air cells(OER/ORR) and fuels cells(ORR/HER) with the overpotentials of 0.34/0.32 and 0.42/0.04 V,***,by precisely controlling the numbers of atoms in clusters,the TM_(1-4) anchored graphdiyne can serve as promising multifunctional electrocatalysts for OER/ORR/HER,which may provide an instructive strategy to design catalysts for the energy conversation and storage devices.

Complete Nucleotide Sequence of a Mumps Virus SP Strain Isolated in China

The complete nucleotide sequence of the mumps virus SP, which was isolated in China, was determined. As with other mumps viruses, its genome was 15 384 nucleotides (nts) in length and encoded seven proteins. The full-length nucleotide sequence of the SP isolate differed from other strains by 4% –6.8% at the nucleotide sequence level. Due to variations of amino acids over the full genome (including the HN and N genes), this isolate exhibited significant variations in the antigenic sites. This report is the first to describe the full-length genome of a genotype F strain and provide an overview of the diversity of genetic characteristics of a circulating mumps virus.

Based on advantages of technology of distributive fiber-optic temperature sensing and specific to its applications in monitoring mine conflagration, the corresponding Processes such as connection arrangement, signal transmission and monitoring were illustrated. As applied in Sitai Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group Co., this method is effective and accurate and could provide reliable gist for monitoring spontaneous combustion in gob area of mines.

Theoreticalstudiesofthediff usionalisotope eff ect in solids are still stuck in the 1960s and 1970s. With the development of high spatial resolution mass spectrometers, isotopic data of mineral grains are rapidly accumulated. To dig up information from these data, molecularlevel theoretical models are urgently needed. Based on the microscopic defi nition of the diff usion coe ffi cient (D), a new theoretical framework for calculating the diff usional isotope eff ect(DIE(v))(intermsofD*/D)forvacancy-mediated impurity diff usion in solids is provided based on statistical mechanics formalism. The newly derived equation shows that theDIE(v)can be easily calculated as long as the vibration frequencies of isotope-substituted solids are *** calculatedDIE(v)values of199 Au/195 Au and60 Co/57 Co during diff usion in Cu and Au metals are all within 1%of errors compared to the experimental data, which shows that this theoretical model is reasonable and precise.

Association between inflammatory mediators and angiographic morphologic features indicating thrombus formation in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Background Inflammatory mechanisms had played an important role in the occurrence and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction, inflammatory mediators was associated with adverse outcomes of acute myocardial infarction. This study tested the hypothesis that in the acute phase of myocardial infarction with ST-segment elevation, neutrophil count and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein are predictive of angiographic morphologic features that indicate thrombus formation in the infarct-related artery. Methods This retrospective study included 182 consecutive patients with acute myocardial infarction and ST-segment elevation. Patients were assigned to a thrombus-formation group （n=77） and a non-thrombus-formation group （n=-106）. All patients had a Killip＇s classification 〈3 and onset 〈12 hours prior to presentation. All the cases were going to undergo coronary angiography, including primary percutaneous coronary intervention, simple coronary angiography, or thrombolysis in a coronary artery （or arteries） or coronary artery bypass graft（s）. Blood samples for measurement of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and for routine blood laboratory studies were collected prior to coronary angiography. Results The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, total leukocyte counts, neutrophil counts, and neutrophil/ lymphocyte ratios were substantially higher in the thrombus-formation group than in the non-thrombus-formation group patients （for each, P 〈0.05）. Stepwise Logistic regression analyses identified high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, neutrophil count, and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio as independent predictors of thrombus formation in the infarct-related artery （for each, P 〈0.05）. Conclusions In patients with acute myocardial infarction levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein are predictors to higher neutrophil counts, neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio, and ndicate thrombus formation
