Objective: To derive the Chinese medicine(CM) syndrome classification and subgroup syndrome characteristics of ischemic stroke patients. Methods: By extracting the CM clinical electronic medical records(EMRs) of 7,170 hospitalized patients with ischemic stroke from 2016 to 2018 at Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shandong Province, China, a patient similarity network(PSN) was constructed based on the symptomatic phenotype of the patients. Thereafter the efficient community detection method BGLL was used to identify subgroups of patients. Finally, subgroups with a large number of cases were selected to analyze the specific manifestations of clinical symptoms and CM syndromes in each subgroup. Results: Seven main subgroups of patients with specific symptom characteristics were identified, including M3, M2, M1, M5, M0, M29and M4. M3 and M0 subgroups had prominent posterior circulatory symptoms, while M3 was associated with autonomic disorders, and M4 manifested as anxiety;M2 and M4 had motor and motor coordination disorders;M1 had sensory disorders;M5 had more obvious lung infections;M29 had a disorder of consciousness. The specificity of CM syndromes of each subgroup was as follows. M3, M2, M1, M0, M29 and M4 all had the same syndrome as wind phlegm pattern;M3 and M0 both showed hyperactivity of Gan(Liver) yang pattern;M2 and M29 had similar syndromes, which corresponded to intertwined phlegm and blood stasis pattern and phlegm-stasis obstructing meridians pattern, respectively. The manifestations of CM syndromes often appeared in a combination of 2 or more syndrome elements. The most common combination of these 7 subgroups was wind-phlegm. The 7 subgroups of CM syndrome elements were specifically manifested as pathogenic wind, pathogenic phlegm,and deficiency pathogens. This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The accuracy of the released data and the information about the FITS headers of spectra are also introduced. The released data set includes 319 000 spectra and a catalog of these objects.

Background:It has been a global trend that increasing complications related to pelvic floor surgeries have been reported over *** current study aimed to outline the development of Chinese pelvic floor surgeries related to pelvic organ prolapse(POP)over the past 14 years and investigate the potential influence of enhanced monitoring conducted by the Chinese Association of Urogynecology since ***:A total of 44,594 women with POP who underwent pelvic floor surgeries between October 1,2004 and September 30,2018 were included from 22 tertiary academic medical *** data were reported voluntarily and obtained from a *** compared the proportion of each procedure in the 7 years before and 7 years after September 30,*** data were analyzed by performing Z test(one-sided).Results:The number of different procedures during October 1,2011-September 30,2018 was more than twice that during October 1,2004-September 30,*** pelvic floor surgeries related to POP,the rate of synthetic mesh procedures increased from 38.1%(5298/13,906)during October 1,2004-September 30,2011 to 46.0%(14,107/30,688)during October 1,2011-September 30,2018,whereas the rate of non-mesh procedures decreased from 61.9%(8608/13,906)to 54.0%(16,581/30,688)(Z=15.53,P<0.001).Regarding synthetic mesh surgeries related to POP,the rates of transvaginal placement of surgical mesh(TVM)procedures decreased from 94.1%(4983/5298)to 82.2%(11,603/14,107)(Z=20.79,P<0.001),but the rate of laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy(LSC)procedures increased from 5.9%(315/5298)to 17.8%(2504/14,107).Conclusions:The rate of synthetic mesh procedures increased while that of non-mesh procedures decreased *** rate of TVM procedures decreased while the rate of LSC procedures increased *** registration number:NCT03620565,https://***.

The Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope (LAMOST, also called the Guo Shou jing Telescope) is a special reflecting Schmidt telescope. LAMOST’s special design allows both a large aperture (effective aperture of 3.6 m–4.9 m) and a wide field of view (FOV) (5°). It has an innovative active reflecting Schmidt configuration which continuously changes the mirror’s surface that adjusts during the observation process and combines thin deformable mirror active optics with segmented active optics. Its primary mirror (6.67m×6.05 m) and active Schmidt mirror (5.74m×4.40 m) are both segmented, and composed of 37 and 24 hexagonal sub-mirrors respectively. By using a parallel controllable fiber positioning technique, the focal surface of 1.75 m in diameter can accommodate 4000 optical fibers. Also, LAMOST has 16 spectrographs with 32 CCD cameras. LAMOST will be the telescope with the highest rate of spectral acquisition. As a national large scientific project, the LAMOST project was formally proposed in 1996, and approved by the Chinese government in 1997. The construction started in 2001, was completed in 2008 and passed the official acceptance in June 2009. The LAMOST pilot survey was started in October 2011 and the spectroscopic survey will launch in September 2012. Up to now, LAMOST has released more than 480 000 spectra of objects. LAMOST will make an important contribution to the study of the large-scale structure of the Universe, structure and evolution of the Galaxy, and cross-identification of multiwaveband properties in celestial objects.

【目的】研究马铃薯疮痂病新致病种***菌株CPS-2致病毒素的产生条件、毒素活性和毒素组成情况。【方法】经适宜产毒素培养基和培养时间筛选后大量获取毒素;通过乙酸乙酯萃取、薄层层析、高效液相色谱(HPLC)等技术纯化毒素,所得色谱纯毒素进行质谱分析;采用萝卜幼苗法、小薯片法和幼薯法检测毒素活性。【结果】确定菌株CPS-2的适宜产毒素培养基为燕麦麸皮培养基,产毒素高峰时间为接种后第9天。获得了两个可显著抑制萝卜幼苗生长的毒素组分Ⅱ和Ⅲ,梯度稀释后活性测定结果表明毒素浓度与活性呈正相关,且组分Ⅱ可使小薯片和幼薯组织褐变坏死。质谱分析测定组分Ⅱ的分子量为437.1810,组分Ⅲ的分子量为313.1。【结论】马铃薯疮痂病新致病种***菌株CPS-2可产生致病毒素,至少有两种毒素组分在该病原菌的致病过程中起作用。

原发性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)中少见但至关重要的危重出血事件,给患者的预后、生活质量和治疗决策带来严重影响。尽管有一些研究探讨了ITP中与危重出血相关的风险因素,但目前尚缺乏大样本数据、大规模多中心研究结果以及针对ITP患者致命出血事件的预测模型。本研究首次采用国际血栓与止血学会新提出的ITP致命出血标准,利用大样本数据开发了首个基于机器学习的在线应用,用于预测ITP患者的致命出血.研究中,我们使用中国各地大型多中心数据进行开发,并对全国39家医疗中心进行为期一年的外部测试,得到了较好的训练、验证和测试数据集预测能力该基于新算法的便捷网络工具能够快速识别ITP患者的出血风险,辅助临床决策,有望未来降低不良事件的发生。

高铁酸钾预处理对城市剩余污泥厌氧发酵的影响

利用高铁酸钾(K_2Fe O_4)的强氧化性预处理城市剩余污泥,探讨其对污泥厌氧发酵的影响。结果表明,K_2Fe O_4可以有效破解污泥絮体结构,当K_2Fe O_4投加量在0~0.8 mg/g SS范围内时,污泥发酵液中的VFAs、NH_4^+-N、PO_4^(3-)-P、乙酸积累量与K_2Fe O_4的投加量呈正相关;当K_2Fe O_4投加量为0.8 mg/g SS时,污泥的破解率达到40.5%,发酵液中的VFAs、NH_4^+-N、PO_4^(3-)-P分别达到最大值378、305.4、54.8 mg/L,各酸的产生速率为乙酸>丙酸>正丁酸>其他酸>异丁酸,且SCOD收益率、VFAs转化率、底物降解率可分别达到138.7 mg SCOD/g VSS、226.1 mg VFAs/g VSS、54.9%。

Mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2-year enrollment period and a 2-year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on Chinese population data.

通过成分设计,制备出了一种非难熔的钨合金,为普通熔炼设备熔炼及成形钨合金奠定基础。通过对合金微观组织的分析,查明了合金获得较低熔点的原因:钨合金中加入一定含量的碳后,形成低熔点Fe和Fe3C共晶相,并且钨合金中没有单质的难熔金属钨相存在,从而使钨合金的熔点处于非难熔水平。通过压缩试验表明,Er可以同时提高非难熔可铸造的钨合金的强度和塑性。采用普通熔炼设备制备钨合金有望成为一种新的钨合金制备方法。
