A novel lightweight computerized ECG interpretation approach based on clinical 12-lead data

Although 12-lead electrocardiograms(ECGs)provide a wide range of spatiotemporal characteristics,interpreting them for arrhythmia detection is difficult due to a lack of reliable large-scale clinical ***,we proposed an innovative lightweight computerized ECG interpretation approach based on 12-lead *** model was trained,validated,and tested on 53845 standard 12-lead ECG records collected at Shanghai First People’s Hospital in affiliation with Shanghai Jiao Tong *** experiments revealed that our approach had a classification accuracy of 94.41%in the classification task of seven types of rhythms,which was markedly superior to related single-lead and 12-lead ECG classification ***,the average receiver operating characteristic area under the curve reached a value of 0.940,and the precision values for sinus tachycardia and sinus bradycardia were 0.945 and 0.91,respectively,with specificity values of 0.996 and *** employing our boosting method,we were able to improve the accuracy to 94.85%.To investigate the performance degradation of the proposed neural network in some classes,an ECG cardiologist was enlisted to review questionable ECGs;this process provides a promising direction for network performance ***,the proposed computerized ECG interpretation approach has practical significance because it could help professional physicians analyze patients’heart conditions based on real-time 12-lead ECG or grade their disease severity in advance.

Twin-Capture Rydberg State Excitation Enhanced with Few-Cycle Laser Pulses

Quantum excitation is usually regarded as a transient process occurring instantaneously,leaving the underlying physics shrouded in *** research shows that Rydberg-state excitation with ultrashort laser pulses can be investigated and manipulated with state-of-the-art few-cycle *** theoretically find that the efficiency of Rydberg state excitation can be enhanced with a short laser pulse and modulated by varying the laser *** also uncover new facets of the excitation dynamics,including the launching of an electron wave packet through strong-field ionization,the re-entry of the electron into the atomic potential and the crucial step where the electron makes a U-turn,resulting in twin captures into Rydberg *** tuning the laser intensity,we show that the excitation of the Rydberg state can be coherently controlled on a sub-optical-cycle *** work paves the way toward ultrafast control and coherent manipulation of Rydberg states,thus benefiting Rydberg-state-based quantum technology.

Coherent emission and attosecond transient absorption of Nin strong fields

The ionic dynamics induced by strong-field ionization are essential to understand the fundamental physics and chemical *** solving the ionization-coupling equation theoretically, we can simultaneously address strong-field ionization and coupling dynamics in ions. By employing the driving pulse at the wavelength of 1580 nm, we show that the B2Σu+state of the strong field ionization created N2+could be populated by polarization effect and five-photon resonance but there is no population inversion between X2Σg+and B2Σu+states for the nitrogen molecular ions aligning along the laser polarization. In addition, both the ultraviolet supercontinuum and the attosecond transient absorption spectroscopy（ATAS） are calculated to illustrate the characteristics of population and coherence. The Stark shift observed from the transient absorption confirms the origin of ultraviolet supercontinuum. Our results show the evolution of the absorption spectral lineshape, varying from Lorentzian to Fano to inverted Lorentzian and back forth and the optical gain is achieved at 394 eV due to the vibrational coherent dynamics. This study offers valuable insights into the strong-field quantum optics of molecular ions.

Weighted Heterogeneous Graph-Based Incremental Automatic Disease Diagnosis Method

The objective of this study is to construct a multi-department symptom-based automatic diagnosis ***,it is dificult to establish a model to classify plenty of diseases and collect thousands of disease-symptom datasets *** by the thought of"knowledge graph is model",this study proposes to build an experience-infused knowledge model by continuously learning the experiential knowledge from data,and incrementally injecting it into the knowledge ***,incremental learning and injection are used to solve the data collection problem,and the knowledge graph is modeled and containerized to solve the large-scale multi-classification ***,an entity linking method is designed and a heterogeneous knowledge graph is constructed by graph ***,an adaptive neural network model is constructed for each dataset,and the data is used for statistical initialization and model ***,the weights and biases of the learned neural network model are updated to the knowledge *** is worth noting that for the incremental process,we consider both the data and class *** evaluate the diagnostic effectiveness of the model on the current dataset and the anti-forgetting ability on the historical dataset after class increment on three public *** with the classical model,the proposed model improves the diagnostic accuracy of the three datasets by 5%,2%,and 15%on average,***,the model under incremental learning has a better ability to resist forgetting.

水解-氧化法制备甘蔗叶生物质腐植酸

本研究以甘蔗叶为原料,通过设计模拟矿源腐植酸形成过程中的化学反应,研究将甘蔗叶转化为腐植酸的技术,并将实验室制得的腐植酸与矿源腐植酸和木质素进行比较研究。制备过程:首先进行酸水解反应,将其中的纤维素和半纤维素水解为可溶解的水解糖,将木质素转化为不溶的腐植酸前体,固液分离;然后用氧化剂对腐植酸前体进行氧化反应,重新生成亲水性的羧基基团,完成腐植酸的制备。实验结果表明,水解反应步骤时,在固定20∶50(g∶mL)固液比的条件下,最佳的反应条件为:10%的硫酸和1%的硝酸组成的水解液,在150℃的温度下,水解3 h;氧化步骤中,腐植酸前体以1∶13(g∶mL)的固液比与3.5%的硝酸在80℃的温度下反应2 h。经元素分析、酸性基团分析、紫外和红外光谱以及核磁共振波谱等一系列分析手段,证实制备的蔗叶生物质腐植酸有较高的腐殖化和芳香化程度,其各项指标均接近于矿源腐植酸。该方法能成功制备腐植酸,同时利用产生的水解糖还具备与多种现有生物质产业相结合的潜在可能,以解决其水解残渣的问题。

Objective A total of 820 million tons of potash reserves are predicted to exist in the Palaeocene-Eocene of the Jianghan Basin. However, the basin history is still unclear concerning the potash enriching conditions and mechanism. The Well SKDI is the first exploration well drilled in the Paleogene of Jianghan Basin with continuous coring, which was implemented in the south-central Jiangling Basin in 2013. It is essential to study the Palaeocene-Eocene paleoclimate, to further constrain the extreme draught events and the potash forming conditions.

Multi-class 12-lead ECG automatic diagnosis based on a novel subdomain adaptive deep network

Arrhythmia is a common type of cardiovascular disease,which has become the leading cause of global ***,the automatic 12-lead ECG diagnosis system based on numerous labelled data has attracted increasing ***,labelling 12-lead ECG recordings is a complex and time-consuming task for *** then,the existence of data distribution differences limits the direct cross domain use of the trained *** by subdomain adaptation methods,this paper designs a novel subdomain adaptative deep network(SADN)for excavating diagnosis knowledge from source domain ***,the convolutional layer,residual blocks and SE-Residual blocks are utilized for extracting meaningful deep features ***,the feature classifier uses these deep features for obtaining the final diagnosis ***,designing a novel loss function with local maximum mean discrepancy is utilized for restricting data distribution discrepancy from different ***,the Clinical Outcomes in Digital ECG and 1st China Physiological Signal Challenge datasets are utilized for evaluating the superiority of SADN,which presents that SADN enhances algorithm performance on the unlabelled target domain ***,compared with the existing methods,the proposed network structure acquires better performance with a F1-macro of 89.43%and a F1-macro1 of 87.09%.Besides,among the 4 kinds of ECG abnormalities,the diagnostic effect of the SADN is better than that of cardiology ***,SADN has promising potential as an auxiliary diagnostic tool for the clinical environment.

Real-Time Observation of Electron-Hole Coherence Induced by Strong-Field Ionization

We introduce and demonstrate a new approach to measure the electron-hole dynamics and coherence induced by strong-field ionization using hole-assisted high-harmonic *** coherent driving of the infrared and XUV pulses correlates the dynamics of the core-hole and the valence-hole by coupling multiple continua,which leads to the otherwise forbidden absorption and emission of high *** analytical model is developed based on the strong-field approximation by taking into account the essential multielectron *** emission spectra from the core-valence transition and the core-hole recombination are found to modulate strongly as functions of the time delay between the two pulses,suggesting that the coherent electron wave packets in multiple continua can be utilized to temporally resolve the core-valence transition in attoseconds.
