As industrialization and informatization becomemore deeply intertwined,industrial control networks have entered an era of *** connection between industrial control networks and the external internet is becoming increasingly close,which leads to frequent security *** paper proposes a model for the industrial control *** includes a malware containment strategy that integrates intrusion detection,quarantine,and ***,the role of keynodes in the spreadofmalware is studied,a comparisonexperiment is conducted to validate the impact of the containment *** addition,the dynamic behavior of the model is analyzed,the basic reproduction number is computed,and the disease-free and endemic equilibrium of the model is also obtained by the basic reproduction ***,through simulation experiments,the effectiveness of the containment strategy is validated,the influence of the relevant parameters is analyzed,and the containment strategy is *** otherwords,selective immunity to key nodes can effectively suppress the spread ofmalware andmaintain the stability of industrial control *** earlier the immunization of key nodes,the *** the time exceeds the threshold,immunizing key nodes is almost *** analysis provides a better way to contain the malware in the industrial control network.

The traditional standard wet sieving method uses steel sieves with aperture?0.063 mm and can only determine the particle size distribution(PSD)of gravel and sand in general *** paper extends the traditional method and presents an extended wet sieving *** extended method uses both the steel sieves and the nylon filter cloth *** apertures of the cloth sieves are smaller than 0.063 mm and equal 0.048 mm,0.038 mm,0.014 mm,0.012 mm,0.0063 mm,0.004 mm,0.003 mm,0.002 mm,and 0.001 mm,*** extended method uses five steps to separate the general soil into many material sub-groups of gravel,sand,silt and clay with known particle size *** complete PSD of the general soil is then calculated from the dry masses of the individual material *** extended method is demonstrated with a general soil of completely decomposed granite(CDG)in Hong Kong,*** silt and clay materials with different particle size ranges are further examined,checked and verified using stereomicroscopic observation,physical and chemical property *** results further confirm the correctness of the extended wet sieving method.

As a superior alternative to sutures,tissue adhesives have been developed significantly in recent ***,existing tissue adhesives struggle to form fast and stable adhesion between tissue interfaces,bond weakly in wet environments and lack *** this study,a degradable and bioactive citrate-based polyurethane adhesive is constructed to achieve rapid and strong tissue *** hydrophobic layer was created with polycaprolactone to overcome the bonding failure between tissue and adhesion layer in wet environments,which can effectively improve the wet bonding *** citrate-based polyurethane adhesive provides rapid,non-invasive,liquid-tight and seamless closure of skin incisions,overcoming the limitations of sutures and commercial tissue *** addition,it exhibits biocompatibility,biodegradability and hemostatic *** degradation product citrate could promote the process of angiogenesis and accelerate wound *** study provides a novel approach to the development of a fast-adhering wet tissue adhesive and provides a valuable contribution to the development of polyurethane-based tissue adhesives.

Background:Glioma is a kind of tumor that easily deteriorates and originates from glial cells in nerve *** is a bisphenol compound that is an essential monomeric compound extracted from the roots and bark of Magnoliaceae *** also has anti-infection,antitumor,and immunomodulatory *** this study,we found that honokiol induces cell apoptosis in the human glioma cell lines U87-MG and ***,the mechanism through which honokiol regulates glioma cell apoptosis is still ***:We performed RNA-seq analysis of U251-MG cells treated with honokiol and control ***-protein interaction(PPI)network analysis was performed,and the 10 top hub unigenes were examined via real-time quantitative ***,MAPK signaling and ferroptosis were detected via western ***:332 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were found,comprising 163 increased and 169 decreased *** of the DEGs revealed that various biological processes were enriched,including‘response to hypoxia’,‘cerebellum development cellular response to hypoxia,’‘iron ion binding,’‘oxygen transporter activity,’‘oxygen binding,’‘ferric iron binding,’and‘structural constituent of cytoskeleton.’Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis revealed that the DEGs were enriched in the following pathways:‘mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPK)’,‘Hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1)’,‘ferroptosis,’‘Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR),’‘Phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase(PI3K)-protein kinase B(Akt),’and‘phagosome.’Among these pathways,the MAPK signaling pathway and ferroptosis were veriﬁ***:This study revealed the potential mechanism by which honokiol induces apoptosis and provided a comprehensive analysis of DEGs in honokiol-treated U251-MG cells and the associated signaling *** data could lead to new ideas for future research and therapy for patients with glioma.

Graphene is one of the most promising candidates for integrated circuits due to its robustness against short-channel effects, inherent high carrier mobility and desired gapless nature for Ohmic contact, but it is difficult to achieve satisfactory on/off ratios even at the expense of its carrier mobility, limiting its device applications. Here, we present a strategy to realize high back-gate switching ratios in a graphene monolayer with well-maintained high mobility by forming a vertical heterostructure with a black phosphorus multi-layer. By local current annealing, strain is introduced within an established area of the graphene, which forms a reflective interface with the rest of the strain-free area and thus generates a robust off-state via local current depletion. Applying a positive back-gate voltage to the heterostructure can keep the black phosphorus insulating, while a negative back-gate voltage changes the black phosphorus to be conductive because of hole accumulation. Then, a parallel channel is activated within the strain-free graphene area by edge-contacted electrodes, thereby largely inheriting the intrinsic carrier mobility of graphene in the on-state. As a result, the device can provide an on/off voltage ratio of >10～3 as well as a mobility of ～8000 cm2V-1s-1at room temperature, meeting the low-power criterion suggested by the International Roadmap for Devices and Systems.

Effects of Intracratonic Strike-slip Fault on the Differentiation of Carbonate Microfacies: A Case Study of a Permian Platform Margin in the Sichuan Basin(SW China)

In intracratnoic basins, the effect of strike-slip faults on sedimentary microfacies is generally underestimated due to their small scale. Based on the integration of core, well logs, and three-dimensional seismic data, this study presents a comprehensive analysis of the Permian carbonate platform and strike-slip faults in the southwestern Kaijiang-Liangping trough of the Sichuan Basin. The relationship between strike-slip faults and Permian carbonate microfacies is investigated. The results reveals the existence of a NW-trending strike-slip fault zone along the platform margin, exhibiting clear segmentation. The western side of the study area exhibits a rimmed platform margin characterized by type I reefs, which corresponds to the presence of a large-scale strike-slip fault zone. In contrast, the eastern side is characterized by a norimmed and weak rimmed platform margin, accompanied by type II reefs, which align with smaller strike-slip fault zones. It was found that the strike-slip fault had some effects on the platform and reef-shoal complex of the Permain Changxing Formation. First, the platform was divided by strike-slip fault into three segments to show rimmed, week rimmed and norimmed platform. Second, reef-shoal complex devolped along the faulted high position in the strike-slip fault zone, and separated by faulted depression. Third, strike-slip faults can offset or migrated the reef-shoal complex and platform margin. Additionally, the thickness of the platform margin varies across strike-slip fault zone, which is related to the activity of strike-slip faults. The strike-slip faults affect the microfacies by controlling the pre-depositional paleotopography. This case suggests that the strike-slip faults play a crucial role in the diversity and distribution of carbonate microfacies in the intracratonic basin.

Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)ranks as one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths *** the prominence and effectiveness of kinase-target therapies in NSCLC treatment,these drugs are suitable for and beneficial to a mere~30%of NSCLC ***,the need for novel strategies addressing NSCLC remains ***(DUBs),a group of diverse enzymes with well-defined catalytic sites that are frequently overactivated in cancers and associated with tumorigenesis and regarded as promising therapeutic ***,the mechanisms by which DUBs promote NSCLC remain poorly *** a global analysis of the 97 DUBs’contribution to NSCLC survival possibilities using The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,we found that high expression of Josephin Domain-containing protein 2(JOSD2)predicted the poor prognosis of *** of JOSD2 significantly impeded NSCLC growth in both cell/patient-derived xenografts in ***,we found that JOSD2 restricts the kinase activity of LKB1,an important tumor suppressor generally inactivated in NSCLC,by removing K6-linked polyubiquitination,an action vital for maintaining the integrity of the LKB1-STRAD-MO25 ***,we identified the first small-molecule inhibitor of JOSD2,and observed that its pharmacological inhibition significantly arrested NSCLC proliferation in vitro/in *** findings highlight the vital role of JOSD2 in hindering LKB1 activity,underscoring the therapeutic potential of targeting JOSD2 in NSCLC,especially in those with inactivated LKB1,and presenting its inhibitors as a promising strategy for NSCLC treatment.

互联网时代,粉丝应援虽能为艺人增加曝光度与热度,但极端的粉丝集体行为却会对艺人事业发展、网络及社会秩序稳定产生消极影响。在社群传播中,认知与情感投入对行为应答产生直接影响,而群体(如网络粉丝社群)归属、认同则在其中起到催化作用。在认知传播学视域下,结合社会认同理论这一理论框架,通过对879名新浪超话粉丝社群用户进行问卷调查,发现个体情感投入度、对粉丝社区的认知与认同感与粉丝集体行为意向间呈正相关性。个体差异性对认知投入、情感投入以及行为应答存在显著影响。研究认为,在呼吁“理性追星”,倡导建立网络粉丝社群传播规范的外部背景下,加强粉丝社群的内部规劝也十分重要。尤其对群体认同程度较高的粉丝而言,相较于外部干预,内部规劝的效果更佳。

基于解耦常识性关联的图像描述生成算法旨在排除各类实体间常识性关联对模型推理的干扰,提高描述生成的流畅性与准确性.针对当前图像描述生成中存在的符合常识但与图像内容不相符的关系语句,该算法先通过一种新颖的训练方式加强关系检测模型对图像中真实关系的关注程度,提高关系推理的准确性.再通过一种关系感知的实体交互方法,对存在关系的实体进行有针对性的信息交互,对关系信息进行强化.实验表明,该算法能够纠正一些常识性的虚假关系,生成较为准确的图像描述,并在各项评价指标上获得了较好的实验结果.
