Metabonomics analysis of the urine of rats with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome based on NMR techniques

Metabonomics analysis of the urine of rats with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has been performed by comparison with those of normal rats based on NMR techniques. The relative contents of formate,creatinine,2-oxoglutarate(2-OG) ,citrate,taurine,trimethylamine-N-oxide(TMAO) ,succinate and hippurate in the urine of the rats with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome have been changed. These results have provided evidence for understanding the mechanism and the therapy of Qi defi-ciency and blood stasis syndrome.

Nowadays,enterprises need to continually adjust their business processes to adapt to the changes of business environments,especially when one business needs to be deployed in different application scenarios,which is called spatial variability in this *** the field of BPM(Business Process Management),configurable business process models have demonstrated their effectiveness in aspects of process modeling and model ***,we found that the existing techniques lead to complex configurable models,and are inadequate for model reuse especially for the spatial variability issue because they neglect the root impact of organizations on control flow.S-BPM(Subject-oriented Business Process Management)models provide a solid foundation for dealing with complex applications and help to bridge the gap between business and IT for process *** this paper,we propose an organization-driven business process configurable modeling approach for spatial variability by integrating both restriction and extension operations based on the S-BPM paradigm,in which business objects are also *** approach is validated with a general business process developed for the Real Estate Administration(REA)in a certain province of *** resulting configurable modeling framework can express the heterogeneous activity sequences for one business and has the potential to generate process models for uncertain environments in a new organization structure.

Technological Parameters and Design of Bionic Integrated Honeycomb Plates

We investigated an integrated manufacturing method to develop lightweight composite materials. To design the preparation process for the integrated honeycomb plates, the shear and compressive mechanical properties of the corresponding composite materials were also investigated. The results indicate that these composite materials, with two types of resins reinforced by short basalt fibers, exhibit obvious toughness, particularly in their compressive properties. The Epoxy Resin （ER） is denser and has better bonding at the fiber and matrix interface than the vinyl ester resin matrix. Therefore, the ER exhibits better shear and compressive strengths than the vinyl ester resin matrix, thereby providing a design technology of the preparation process of the integrated honeycomb plate. The matrix material of this plate is composed of an epoxy （E51 ）, a curing agent （593）, and a thinner （501） at a ratio of 10：3：1; short basalt fibers are added as a reinforcing material at a 30% volume fraction. By increasing the curing temperature and other experimental conditions, we obtained an expected integrated honeycomb plate. This integrated honeycomb plate possesses properties such as a high fiber content, good shear and compressive performance, and high proc- essing efficiency.

Traditional routing schemes,such as OSPF,optimize data plane routing efciency by maintaining full view of the network at the control ***,maintaining full network view and handling frequent routing information updates are costly in large-scale complex networks,which are considered to be the root causes for the routing scalability ***,it is suggested that routing on local or partial information is plausible if slight performance degradation is *** paper proposes a routing scheme,operating on an integrated network view at each node that consists of its local neighborhood and a globally unique skeleton *** scheme signifcantly reduces storage,communication and processing *** scale-free networks,this beneft only comes at the cost of marginal performance degradation,which implies that it is not worthwhile to do shortest path routing based on full view of the network on scale-free *** contrast,the routing efciency is severely aggravated on purely random networks,indicating the inappropriateness of this scheme and the rationality of maintaining full network view on random networks.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the underlying protein molecular mechanisms of "Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome"(QS) and "Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome"(QD), as two subtypes of coronary artery disease(CAD) in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),following percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).METHODS: In this study, a total of 227 CAD patients with QS and 211 CAD patients with QD were enrolled;all participants underwent PCI. Label-free quantification proteomics were employed to analyze the changes in serum in two subtypes of CAD patients before and 6 months after PCI, aiming to elucidate the intervention mechanism of PCI in treating CAD characterized by two different TCM ***: Biochemical analysis revealed significant changes in tumor necrosis factor-α, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood stasis clinical symptoms observation, and Gensini levels in both patient groups post-PCI;Proteomic analysis identified 79 and 95 differentially expressed proteins in the QS and QD patient groups, respectively, compared to their control *** C8 alpha chain, complement factor H,apolipoprotein H, apolipoprotein B, plasminogen,carbonic anhydrase 2, and complement factor Ⅰ were altered in both comparison groups. Furthermore,enrichment analysis demonstrated that cell adhesion and connectivity-related processes underwent changes in QS patients post-PCI, whereas lipid metabolism-related pathways, including the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor signaling pathway and extracellular matrix receptor interaction, underwent changes in the QD *** protein-protein interaction network analysis further enriched 52 node proteins, including apolipoprotein B,lipoprotein(a), complement C5, apolipoprotein A4,complement C8 alpha chain, complement C8 beta chain,complement C8 gamma chain, apolipoprotein H,apolipoprotein A-Ⅱ, albumin, complement C4-B,apolipoprotein C3, among others. Existing Web service selection approaches usually assume that preferences of users have been provided in a quantitative form by users. However, due to the subjectivity and vagueness of preferences, it may be impractical for users to specify quantitative and exact preferences. Moreover, due to that Quality of Service (QoS) attributes are often interrelated, existing Web service selection approaches which employ weighted summation of QoS attribute values to compute the overall QoS of Web services may produce inaccurate results, since they do not take correlations among QoS attributes into account. To resolve these problems, a Web service selection framework considering user's preference priority is proposed, which incorporates a searching mechanism with QoS range setting to identify services satisfying the user's QoS constraints. With the identified service candidates, based on the idea of Principal Component Analysis (PCA), an algorithm of Web service selection named PCA-WSS (Web Service Selection based on PCA) is proposed, which can eliminate the correlations among QoS attributes and compute the overall QoS of Web services accurately. After computing the overall QoS for each service, the algorithm ranks the Web service candidates based on their overall QoS and recommends services with top QoS values to users. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of our approach are validated by experiments, i.e. the selected Web service by our approach is given high average evaluation than other ones by users and the time cost of PCA-WSS algorithm is not affected acutely by the number of service candidates.
