Bifunctional bridging capping layer enables 24.5% efficiency of perovskite solar cells with polymer-based hole transport materials

Developing a bridge capping layer between perovskite and hole transport layer materials（HTMs） in the n-i-p perovskite solar cells（pero-SCs） is an effective approach to modify the morphology of HTMs and passivate the perovskite ***, we select the quinoxaline-based bifunctional passivation agent, quinoxalin-6-yl-methylamine hydrochloride（Qx MACl）,as the bridging layer, and a D-A copolymer PBQ12 containing the same quinoxaline unit as an HTM for the n-i-p pero-SCs. Due to the π-π stacking among the common quinoxaline units in the bridge layer and HTM, Qx MACl induces the π-π stacking of the PBQ12 film and improves the film morphology of HTMs with better conductivity. Additionally, Qx MACl can effectively passivate the perovskite surface, and PBQ12 possesses appropriate energy levels and high hole mobility. The pero-SCs based on FAPbI3with PBQ12/Qx MACl treatment showed a higher power conversion efficiency（PCE） of 24.05% and outstanding stability, maintaining 95.4% and 92.1% of its initial PCE after 750 h of storage and after over 800 h of thermal annealing at 85 °C, respectively. To further enhance the PCE of the PBQ12/Qx MACl-based devices, we developed a non-metal ion dopant for the PBQ12 HTM. Through trace doping of PBQ12 HTM by the non-metal ion dopant, the PCE of the PBQ12/Qx MACl-based devices reached 25.24%（the calibrated PCE of 24.55% by the National Institute of Metrology, China）.

All-perovskite tandem solar cells have the potential to surpass the theoretical efficiency limit of single junction solar cells by reducing thermalization ***,the challenges encompass the oxidation of Sn2+to Sn4+and uncontrolled crystallization kinetics in Sn-Pb perovskites,leading to nonradiative recombination and compositional heterogeneity to decrease photovoltaic efficiency and operational ***,we introduced an ionic liquid additive,1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium iodide （EMIMI） into Sn-Pb perovskite precursor to form low-dimensional Sn-rich/pure-Sn perovskites at grain boundaries,which mitigates oxidation of Sn2+to Sn4+and regulates the film-forming dynamics of Sn/Pb-based perovskite *** optimized single-junction Sn-Pb perovskite devices incorporating EMIMI achieved a high efficiency of 22.87%.Furthermore,combined with wide-bandgap perovskite sub-cells in tandem device,we demonstrate 2-terminal all-perovskite tandem solar cells with a power conversion efficiency of 28.34%,achieving improved operational stability.

Lymphomas of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT) are typically present at sites such as the stomach, lung or urinary tract, where lymphoid tissues scatter in mucosa lamina propria, intra- or sub-epithelial cells. The infection of certain pathogens, such as Helicobacter pylori, Chlamydophila psittaci, Borrelia burgdorferi, hepatitis C virus, or certain autoantigens cause these sites to generate a germinal center called the "acquired lymphoid tissue". The molecular pathogenesis of MALT lymphoma is a multi-step process. Receptor signaling, such as the contact stimulation of B cell receptors and CD4 positive T cells mediated by CD40/CD40-ligand and T helper cell type 2 cytokines like interleukin-4, contributes to tumor cell proliferation. A number of genetic alterations have been identified in MALT lymphoma, and among them are important translocations, such as t(11;18)(q21;q21), t(1;14)(p22;q32), t(14;18)(q32;q21) and t(3;14)(p13;q32). Fusion proteins generated by these translocations share the same NF-?B signaling pathway, which is activated by the caspase activation and recruitment domain containing molecules of the membrane associated guanylate kinase family, B cell lymphoma-10 and MALT1(CBM) protein complex. They act downstream of cell surface receptors, such as B cell receptors, T cell receptors, B cell activating factors and Toll-like receptors, and participate in the biological process of MALT lymphoma. The discovery of therapeutic drugs that exclusively inhibit the antigen receptor signaling pathway will be beneficial for the treatment of B cell lymphomas in the future.

Crystal patterns in ultrathin films of six poly（ethylene oxide） fractions with molecular weights from 25000 to 932000 g/mol were characterized within crystallization temperature range from 20 ℃to 60℃. Labyrinthine, dendritic and faceted crystal patterns were observed in different temperature ranges, and then labyrinthine-to-dendritic and dendritic-to- faceted transition temperatures T_L-D and T_D-F were quantitatively identified. Their molecular weight dependences are T_L-D（M_w） = T_L-D（∞） -K_L-D/M_w, where T_L-D（∞） = 38.2 ℃ and K_L-D = 253000 ℃.g/mol and T_D-F（M_w） = T_D-F（∞） -K_D-F/M_w, where T_D-F（∞） = 54.7 ℃ and K_D-F= 27000 ℃.g/mol. Quasi two-dimensional blob models were proposed to provide empirical explanations of the molecular weight dependences. The labyrinthine-to-dendritic transition is attributed to a molecular diffusion process change from a local-diffusion to diffusion-limited-aggregation （DLA） and a polymer chain with M_w ≈253000 g/mol within a blob can join crystals independently. The dendritic-to-faceted transition is attributed to a turnover of the pattern formation mechanism from DLA to crystallization control, and a polymer chain with a M_w ≈27000 g/tool as an independent blob crosses to a depletion zone to join crystals. These molecular weight dependences reveal a macromolecular effect on the crystal pattern formation and selection of crystalline polymers.

By using thermogravimetric analysis the process and mechanism of iron ore reduced by biomass char were investigated and compared with those reduced by coal and coke. It is found that biomass char has a higher reactivity. The increase of carbon-to-oxygen mole ratio （C/O） can lead to the enhancement of reaction rate and reduction fraction, but cannot change the temperature and trend of each reaction. The reaction temperature of hematite reduced by biomass char is at least 100 K lower than that reduced by coal and coke, the maximum reaction rate is 1.57 times as high as that of coal, and the final reaction fraction is much higher. Model calculation indicates that the use of burden composed of biomass char and iron ore for blast furnaces can probably decrease the temperature of the thermal reserve zone and reduce the CO equilibrium concentration.

Taking advantage of the lateral line organ, fish can navigate, feed, and avoid predators and obstacles by sensing surrounding flow fields. The lateral line organ provides an important reference for the development of new underwater detection technology. Inspired by the lateral line organ, in this paper, for the sake of localizing the target dipole source in three-dimensional underwater space, an artificial lateral line consisting of nine underwater pressure sensors forming a cross-shaped sensor array is applied. Combined with the method of gener- alized regression neural network, which is suitable for solving nonlinear pattern recognition problems, a corresponding experimental platform has been built to sample data for training the neural network from a 12 cm by 12 cm by 24 cm cuboid space. The experimental results indicate that the cross-shaped artificial lateral line can localize the target dipole source two body-lengths away. The well- performing perceptual distance is below 13 cm away from the sensing array. Moreover, decreasing the data sampling interval and in- creasing the number of sensors utilized can help improve the positioning accuracy.
