The forming of bleomycinA2-Cu(Ⅱ) cationic chelate and the interaction of the chelate with DNA have been investigated by using resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS),molecular absorption and fluorescence *** result shows that in aqueous solution,bleomycinA2(BLMA2) can react with Cu(Ⅱ) to form 1:1 cationic chelate which contributes to the changes of the absorption spectra and the quenched fluorescence of *** the cationic chelate further bound with DNA to form ternary ion-association complexes,the remarkable enhancement of the RRS intensity was *** this work,the optimum conditions for the coordination reaction of BLMA2 with Cu(Ⅱ) and some influencing factors have been *** reaction mechanism of BLMA2-Cu(Ⅱ) binding with DNA was suggested and a binding model was *** addition,the fluorescence quenching type of BLMA2 was investigated.A highly sensitive,simple and rapid new method for the determination of DNA by using BLMA2-Cu(Ⅱ) as RRS probe has been *** detection limits(3σ) are 7.2 ng/mL for ctDNA,7.1 ng/mL for sDNA and 18 ng/mL for *** method can be applied to the determination of trace amounts of DNA.

The interaction of bleomycinA5 with nucleic acids has been investigated byusing resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS),molecular absorption and fluorescence *** resultshows that in near pH 2.2 buffer medium and absence of any metal ions,nucleic acids are capable ofbinding with bleomycinA5 (BLMA5) to form complexes which can remarkably enhance the RRS intensityand result in batho-chromic and hyperchromic molecular absorption of nucleic acids and fluorescencequenching of *** RRS spectral characteristics for the binding products of bleomycinA5with various DNA and RNA are similar,and the maximum RRS peaks are at 301 nm for ctDNA and sDNA,370nm for hsDNA,310 nm for RNAtypeVI and RNAtypelll,*** increments of RRS intensity aregreatly different in which DNA enhances greatly and RNA enhances *** this work,the optimumconditions of the interaction and some influencing factors have been *** reactionmechanism and a binding model for the interaction of BLMA5 with the nucleic acids are ***,a highly sensitive,simple and rapid new method for the determination of DNA has *** detection limits (3 sigma) are 5.7 ng/mL for ctDNA,7.4 ng/mL for sDNA and 9.2 ng/mLfor hsDNA,*** method can be applied to determination of trace amounts of DNA.

Urea synthesis through the simultaneous electrocatalytic reduction of N_(2)and CO_(2)molecules under ambient conditions holds great promises as a sustainable alternative to its industrial production,in which the development of stable,highly efficient,and highly selective catalysts to boost the chemisorption,activation,and coupling of inert N_(2)and CO_(2)molecules remains rather ***,by means of density functional theory computations,we proposed a new class of two-dimensional nanomaterials,namely,transition-metal phosphide monolayers(TM_(2)P,TM=Ti,Fe,Zr,Mo,and W),as the potential electrocatalysts for urea *** results showed that these TM_(2)P materials exhibit outstanding stability and excellent metallic ***,the Mo_(2)P monolayer was screened out as the best catalyst for urea synthesis due to its small kinetic energy barrier(0.35 eV)for C-N coupling,low limiting potential(-0.39 V),and significant suppressing effects on the competing side *** outstanding catalytic activity of the Mo_(2)P monolayer can be ascribed to its optimal adsorption strength with the key^(*)NCON species due to its moderate positive charges on the Mo active *** findings not only propose a novel catalyst with high-efficiency and high-selectivity for urea production but also further widen the potential applications of metal phosphides in electrocatalysis.

Sedimentation is a key process affecting wetland sustainability and carbon burial *** context of sea level rise,climate change and human activities,further understanding about the sedimentary dynamic in wetland is critical in predicting the landscape evolution or the change in carbon burial *** this study,based on the field hydrological observation in a mangrove system in the Nanliu River estuary,we found the net flux of suspended sediment to mangrove is 39−72 kg/m in tidal cycles with Turbidity Maximum Zone(TMZ)forming in surface layer and only is 9−18 kg/m in tidal cycles without *** higher net flux of suspended sediment to mangrove in tidal cycles with TMZ forming in surface layer is attributed to high SSC in rising tide and intense flocculation in *** significant discrepancy in sedimentation rate in the mangrove patches also can be explained by the probability of TMZ forming in the surface layer of *** future,rapid sea level rising may lead to the change of TMZ pattern in estuary,which will result in non-negligible variation in sedimentation rate in *** to the present data of sedimentation rate in wetlands,the fragility of wetlands in river estuary may be miscalculated.

Clarifying china’s position in the global system is an important logical basis for developing national *** much research has been done on china’s development status,most studies have been based on country comparisons or institutional *** today’s networked era in which the global economy,trade,personnel,and information are closely connected,studies on china’s global position and its status changes and influencing factors in multiple contact networks are still *** this study,from the perspective of diverse global contact networks,we constructed economic,cultural,and political influence indices to explore the changes and influencing factors on china’s status in the global system from 2005 to *** results show that during the study period,china’s global influence in the fields of economic ties,cultural exchanges,and political contacts increased significantly,but its influ-ence in the fields of cultural exchanges and political contacts lagged far economic *** pattern of china’s economic influence on various economies around the world has shown a transformation from an‘upright pyramid’to an‘inverted pyramid’*** proportion of these economies in low-influence zones has decreased from more than 60%in 2005 to less than 20%in ***’s cultural and political influence on various economies around the world has increased significantly;however,for the former,the percentage of high-influence areas is still less than 20%,whereas for the latter the percentage of these economies in medium-and high-influence areas is still less than 50%.Analyses such as a scatter plot matrix show that geographical proximity,economic globalization,close cooperation with developing countries,and a proactive and peaceful foreign policy are important factors in improving china’s status in the diverse global network system.

Dear Editor,This letter studies the input-to-state stability(ISS)for a class of impulsive switched systems,where uncertain impulse-switching moments are *** robustness of ISS with respect to the perturbations of the occurrence time of impulse-switching moments is revealed by several less conservative dwell-time conditions for the uncertain impulse-switching moments combined with Lyapunov ***,the Lyapunov conditions have multiple coefficients at discrete time so as to handle the hybrid effect of impulse-switching moments,and the case that time derivative of Lyapunov function is indefinite is also taken into ***,a numerical example is proposed to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

We conducted a study on a simplified dark matter model that introduces a vector-like intermediate particle,facilitating exclusive interactions between dark matter and the top quark in the Standard *** analysis focused on the relic density of Dirac-type fermion dark matter and highlighted the complementary role of direct detection in constraining the dark matter ***,in instances when dark matter mass is small,the tree-level two-body annihilation process experiences *** such scenarios,the contributions of the threebody process(χχ→tbW-)and the one-loop process(χχ→gg)dominate the relic *** regard to direct detection,calculations were performed for the two-loop contribution to the dark-matter-gluon interaction,yielding the corresponding spin-independent scattering cross section.
