Vector-borne viruses, transmitted among humans and animal hosts through bites of vectors such as mosquitoes and ticks,pose a great and ongoing threat to public health and biosafety(Yang et al., 2022).Among them, dengue virus-induced epidemics, have dramatically increased worldwide in recent decades. The report released by the World Health Organization(WHO) at the end of 2023 showed that dengue epidemic globally surged in2023, with the number of reported cases nearing a historical peak.

Zeolite nanosheets with a short b-axis thickness are highly desirable in lots of catalytic reactions due to their reduced diffusion resistance. Nevertheless, conventional synthesis methods usually require expensive structure-directing agents(SDAs), pricey raw materials, and eco-unfriendly fluorine-containing additives. Here, we contributed a cost-effective and fluoride-free synthesis method for synthesizing high-quality MFI zeolite nanosheets through a Silicalite-1(Sil-1) seed suspension and urea cooperative strategy, only with inexpensive colloidal silica as the Si source. Our approach was effective for synthesizing both Sil-1 and aluminum-containing ZSM-5 nanosheets. By optimizing key synthesis parameters,including seed aging time, seed quantity, and urea concentration, we achieved precise control over the crystal face aspect ratio and b-axis thickness. We also revealed a non-classical oriented nanosheet growth mechanism, where Sil-1 seeds induced the formation of quasi-ordered precursor particles, and the(010)crystal planes of these particles facilitated urea adsorption, thereby promoting c-axis-oriented *** obtained ZSM-5 nanosheets exhibited exceptional catalytic performance in the benzene alkylation with ethanol, maintaining stability for over 500 h, which is 5 times longer than traditional ZSM-5 catalysts. Furthermore, large-scale production of ZSM-5 nanosheets was successfully carried out in a 3 L highpressure autoclave, yielding samples consistent with those from laboratory-scale synthesis. This work marks a significant step forward in the sustainable and efficient production of MFI nanosheets using inexpensive and environmentally friendly raw materials, offering the broad applicability in catalysis.

Current treatments for epilepsy can only manage the symptoms of the condition but cannot alter the initial onset or halt the progression of the disease. Consequently, it is crucial to identify drugs that can target novel cellular and molecular mechanisms and mechanisms of action. Increasing evidence suggests that axon guidance molecules play a role in the structural and functional modifications of neural networks and that the dysregulation of these molecules is associated with epilepsy susceptibility. In this review, we discuss the essential role of axon guidance molecules in neuronal activity in patients with epilepsy as well as the impact of these molecules on synaptic plasticity and brain tissue remodeling. Furthermore, we examine the relationship between axon guidance molecules and neuroinflammation, as well as the structural changes in specific brain regions that contribute to the development of epilepsy. Ample evidence indicates that axon guidance molecules, including semaphorins and ephrins, play a fundamental role in guiding axon growth and the establishment of synaptic connections. Deviations in their expression or function can disrupt neuronal connections, ultimately leading to epileptic seizures. The remodeling of neural networks is a significant characteristic of epilepsy, with axon guidance molecules playing a role in the dynamic reorganization of neural circuits. This, in turn, affects synapse formation and elimination. Dysregulation of these molecules can upset the delicate balance between excitation and inhibition within a neural network, thereby increasing the risk of overexcitation and the development of epilepsy. Inflammatory signals can regulate the expression and function of axon guidance molecules, thus influencing axonal growth, axon orientation, and synaptic plasticity. The dysregulation of neuroinflammation can intensify neuronal dysfunction and contribute to the occurrence of epilepsy. This review delves into the mechanisms associated with

Toricellia angulata Oliv. var. intermedia (Harms.) Hu, belonging to Toricelliaceae, is a single family and single genus plant. It is distributed in Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan provinces in China as well as the Himalayas. In Chinese folk medicine, *** is used to treat bone fracture, tonsillitis and asthma. It can also be used to expel wind, remove dampness and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis (Wu, 1990). During our investigation of the chemical constituents of this plant, nine compounds have been isolated and identified as two iridoid glycosides, griselinoside (1) and 10-griselinosidic acid (2), two phenylpropanoid glycosides, syringin (3) and coniferin (4), two flavonoid glycosides, quercetin-3-O-glucoside (5) and astragalin (6), a diterpenoid, phytol (7), β-sitosterol, daucosterol, respectively. Among these nine compounds, compounds 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 were obtained from this plant for the first time.

背景:踝关节骨折术后的踝穴形态指标会出现相应变化,而其中踝穴冠状位角度变化与踝关节的功能恢复之间存在一定的关联,既往研究大多探讨患者术后踝穴高度恢复,故研究踝关节骨折术后踝穴冠状位角度的波动与关节功能恢复的相关性具有一定参考意义。目的:探讨踝关节骨折术后踝穴冠状位角度变化对关节功能恢复的影响。方法:纳入进行手术治疗的86例踝关节骨折患者为研究对象,根据末次随访美国骨科足踝外科协会踝-后足评分结果分为优良组(n=45)和可差组(n=41),比较两组患者的一般资料。根据踝关节的踝穴位及侧位X射线片对比术后患者患侧和健侧的踝穴形态指标:包括踝穴宽度和深度、冠状位角度及矢状位角度,以及上述指标患侧和健侧之间的差值,并进一步进行组内比较分析。构建联合模型,利用Cox回归分析评估冠状位角度波动与关节功能恢复情况的关系。利用最小绝对收缩选择算子回归法和多因素Logistic回归分析影响患者关节功能恢复的危险因素。按踝穴冠状位角度从低到高等分为5分位数组(Q1-Q5),比较5组患者的临床资料特征,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析踝穴冠状位角度变化与关节功能恢复不良风险的相关性,建立限制性立方样条Logistic回归模型分析其剂量-反应关系。建立回归方程y=1-1/(1+e^(-z))预测模型并进行验证。结果与结论:①患者患侧的踝穴宽度和深度、冠状位角度及矢状位角度均显著大于健侧(P均<0.05);且与优良组患者相比,可差组患者踝穴宽度差值、深度差值、冠状位角度差值及矢状位角度差值均更大(P<0.05);②联合模型显示无论冠状位角度是否在正常范围内,冠状位角度每纵向增加1˚,关节功能恢复不良的风险增加3%;③最小绝对收缩选择算子回归和多因素Logistics回归分析显示,调整潜在混杂因素后发现年龄过大、早期功能锻炼缺乏、无跟骨牵引、内固定物未取出、术后并发症、踝冠状位角度增大均为影响患者关节功能恢复的独立危险因素(P<0.05);④术后3个月内的冠状位角度与关节功能恢复效果不良风险存在独立相关性(OR=1.57,95%CI:1.38-1.76,P=0.002),且术后各时间段冠状位角度从低到高5分位数组趋势性检验差异有统计学意义(P趋势<0.001);⑤限制性立方样条模型分析显示,男性或女性的踝穴冠状位角度变化与关节功能恢复效果不良风险均不存在非线性关系;经Bootstrap自抽样,预测模型区分度、准确度较好;⑥提示踝关节骨折术后踝穴冠状位角度减小对关节功能恢复起到明显的促进作用,因此在踝关节骨折术后重点检测踝穴冠状位角度有助于了解患者关节功能恢复情况。

It has been reported that the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway plays a key role in the pathogenesis of ischemic *** a result,the development of drugs targeting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway has attracted increasing attention from *** article reviews the pathological mechanisms and advancements in research related to the signaling pathways in ischemic stroke,with a focus on the PI3K/AKT signaling *** key findings include the following:(1)The complex pathological mechanisms of ischemic stroke can be categorized into five major types:excitatory amino acid toxicity,Ca^(2+)overload,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,and apoptosis.(2)The PI3K/AKT-mediated signaling pathway is closely associated with the occurrence and progression of ischemic stroke,which primarily involves the NF-κB,NRF2,BCL-2,mTOR,and endothelial NOS signaling pathways.(3)Natural products,including flavonoids,quinones,alkaloids,phenylpropanoids,phenols,terpenoids,and iridoids,show great potential as candidate substances for the development of innovative anti-stroke medications.(4)Recently,novel therapeutic techniques,such as electroacupuncture and mesenchymal stem cell therapy,have demonstrated the potential to improve stroke outcomes by activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,providing new possibilities for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with ischemic *** investigations should focus on the direct regulatory mechanisms of drugs targeting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and their clinical translation to develop innovative treatment strategies for ischemic stroke.

Researchers have recently achieved significant advances in deep learning techniques, which in turn has substantially advanced other research disciplines, such as natural language processing, image processing, speech recognition, and software engineering. Various deep learning techniques have been successfully employed to facilitate software engineering tasks, including code generation, software refactoring, and fault localization. Many studies have also been presented in top conferences and journals, demonstrating the applications of deep learning techniques in resolving various software engineering tasks. However,although several surveys have provided overall pictures of the application of deep learning techniques in software engineering,they focus more on learning techniques, that is, what kind of deep learning techniques are employed and how deep models are trained or fine-tuned for software engineering tasks. We still lack surveys explaining the advances of subareas in software engineering driven by deep learning techniques, as well as challenges and opportunities in each subarea. To this end, in this study, we present the first task-oriented survey on deep learning-based software engineering. It covers twelve major software engineering subareas significantly impacted by deep learning techniques. Such subareas spread out through the whole lifecycle of software development and maintenance, including requirements engineering, software development, testing, maintenance, and developer collaboration. As we believe that deep learning may provide an opportunity to revolutionize the whole discipline of software engineering, providing one survey covering as many subareas as possible in software engineering can help future research push forward the frontier of deep learning-based software engineering more systematically.
