Different land cover types in Otindag Sandy Land and Bashang area of Hebei Province are linked to a material source of sand stormy weather in beijing based on results of field vegetation and soil survey and laboratory works. Results of grain size analysis show that dust release potential in per unit area of moving sandy land is small, while lowland meadow and meadow steppe in stony hills have high potential of releasing dusts in per unit area during sand stormy weather occurrence. Further considering the effects of vegetation, it is inferred that the moving sandy land served as a material source of past dust storm and the possi-bility of dust release in per unit area is low in current time. Typical steppe in stony hills is undergoing desertification and its dust release possibility in per unit area is high. Farmland has strong potential of release dusts when they are ploughed in spring, but a large amount of therophytes grow and thus prevent dusts from release when cultivation was terminated. Potentials of dust release in per unit area in fixed sand dunes, stony mountain meadow steppe and lowland meadow are low due to high cover of perennials. Sand dune reactivation and desiccation of lakes and lowlands under estimated future climatic change will make them serve as a future material source of sand stormy weather.

Studies have found a U-shaped relationship between sleep duration and chronic kidney disease(CKD)risk,but limited research evaluated the association of reallocating excessive sleep to other behavior with *** included 104538 participants from the nationwide cohort of the Risk Evaluation of Cancers in Chinese Diabetic Individuals:A Longitudinal Study,with self-reported time of daily-life *** isotemporal substitution models,we found that substituting 1 h of sleeping with sitting,walking,or moderate-to-vigorous physical activity was associated with a lower CKD ***-time physical activity displacement was associated with a greater prevalence reduction than occupational physical activity in working *** stratified analysis,a lower CKD prevalence related to substitution toward physical activity was found in long *** pronounced correlations were observed in long sleepers with diabetes than in those with prediabetes,and they benefited from other behavior substitutions toward a more active *** U-shaped association between sleep duration and CKD prevalence implied the potential effects of insufficient and excessive sleep on the kidneys,in which the pernicious link with oversleep could be reversed by time reallocation to physical *** divergence in the predicted effect on CKD following time reallocation to behavior of different domains and intensities and in subpopulations with diverse metabolic statuses underlined the importance of optimizing sleeping patterns and adjusting integral behavioral composition.

Anaerobic benzene biodegradation by a pure bacterial culture of Bacillus cereus under nitrate reducing conditions

A pure culture using benzene as sole carbon and energy sources was isolated by screening procedure from gasoline contaminated *** analysis of the 16S rDNA gene sequence,morphological and physiological characteristics showed that the isolated strain was a member of genus Bacillus *** biodegradation performance of benzene by *** was evaluated,and the results showed that benzene could be efficiently biodegraded when the initial benzene concentration was below 150 mg/*** metabolites of anaerobic nitrate-dependent benzene oxidation by strain *** were identified as phenol and *** results of substrate interaction between binary combinations for benzene,phenol and benzoate showed that the simultaneous presence of benzene stimulated the degradation of benzoate,whereas the addition of benzene inhibited the degradation of *** degradation by *** was enhanced by the addition of phenol and benzoate,the enhanced effects were more pronounced at higher *** our knowledge,this is the first report that the isolated bacterial culture of *** can efficiently degraded benzene under nitrate reducing conditions.

Climate change is the greatest environmental threat to humans and the planet in the 21st *** anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions are one of the main causes of the increasing number of extreme climate *** carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emissions showed a linear relationship with cumulative temperature rise since the pre-industrial stage,and this accounts for approximately 80%of the total anthropogenic greenhouse ***,accurate and reliable carbon emission data are the foundation and scientific basis for most emission reduction policymaking and target ***,china has made clear the ambitious goal of achieving the peak of carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by *** development of a finer-grained spatiotemporal carbon emission database is urgently needed to achieve more accurate carbon emission monitoring for continuous implementation and the iterative improvement of emission reduction ***-real-time carbon emission monitoring is not only a major national demand but also a scientific question at the frontier of this *** article reviews existing annual-based carbon accounting methods,with a focus on the newly developed real-time carbon emission technology and its current application *** also present a framework for the latest near-real-time carbon emission accounting technology that can be widely *** development of relevant data and methods will provide strong database support to the policymaking for china’s“carbon neutrality”***,this article provides an outlook on the future of real-time carbon emission monitoring technology.

The aim of this paper was to test the thermal and environmental stability of poly（4-ethynyl-p-xylylene- co-p-xylylene） thin films prepared by chemical vapor deposition （CVD） and to optimize the reaction conditions of the polymer. Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy （FTIR）, thermogravimetric analysis （TGA） and fluorescence microscopy were employed to investigate the stability of the reactive polymer coatings in various environmental conditions. Chemical reactivity of the thin films were then tested by Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction （＂click＂ reaction）. The alkyne functional groups on poly（4- ethynyl-p-xylylene-co-p-xylylene） thin films were found to be stable under ambient storage conditions and thermally stable up to 100 ℃ when annealed at 0.08 Torr in argon. We also optimized the click reaction conditions of azide-functionalized molecules with poly（4-ethynyl-p-xylylene-co-p-xylylene）. The best reaction result was achieved, when copper concentration was 0.5 retool/L, sodium ascorbate concentration to copper concentration was 5：1. In contrast, the azide concentration and temperature had no obvious effect on the surface reaction.

Guangzhou is the capital and largest city（land area：7287 km2）of Guangdong province in South *** air quality in Guangzhou typically worsens in November due to unfavorable meteorological conditions for pollutant *** the Guangzhou Asian Games in November 2010,the Guangzhou government carried out a number of emission control measures that significantly improved the air *** this paper,we estimated the acute health outcome changes related to the air quality improvement during the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games using a next-generation,fully-integrated assessment system for air quality and health *** advanced system generates air quality data by fusing model and monitoring data instead of using monitoring data alone,which provides more reliable *** air quality estimates retain the spatial distribution of model results while calibrating the value with *** results show that the mean PM2.5concentration in November 2010 decreased by 3.5μg/m^3 compared to that in 2009 due to the emission control *** the analysis,we estimate that the air quality improvement avoided 106 premature deaths,1869 cases of hospital admission,and 20,026 cases of outpatient *** overall cost benefit of the improved air quality is estimated to be 165 million CNY,with the avoided premature death contributing 90%of this *** research demonstrates that Ben MAP-CE is capable of assessing the health and cost benefits of air pollution control for sound policy making.

Rhizodeposits in rice paddy soil are important in global C sequestration and *** study explored the effects of elevated CO_(2) and N fertilization during the rice growing season on the subsequent mineralization and retention of rhizodeposit-C in soil aggregates after ***(Oryza sativa L.)was labeled with ^(13)CO_(2) under ambient(400 ppm)and elevated(800 ppm)CO_(2) concentrations with and without N *** harvest,soil with labeled rhizodeposits was collected,separated into three aggregate size fractions,and flood-incubated for 100 *** initial rhizodeposit-^(13)C content of N-fertilized microaggregates was less than 65%of that of non-fertilized *** the incubation of microaggregates separated from N-fertilized soils,3%–9%and 9%–16%more proportion of rhizodeposit-^(13)C was mineralized to ^(13)CO_(2),and incorporated into the microbial biomass,respectively,while less was allocated to soil organic carbon than in the non-fertilized *** CO_(2) increased the rhizodeposit-^(13)C content of all aggregate fractions by 10%–80%,while it reduced cumulative ^(13)CO_(2) emission and the bioavailable C pool size of rhizodeposit-C,especially in N-fertilized soil,except for the silt-clay *** also resulted in up to 23%less rhizodeposit-C incorporated into the microbial biomass of the three soil aggregates,and up to 23%more incorporated into soil organic *** results were relatively weak in the silt-clay *** CO_(2) and N fertilizer applied in rice growing season had a legacy effect on subsequent mineralization and retention of rhizodeposits in paddy soils after harvest,the extent of which varied among the soil aggregates.

目的:构建三级甲等医院造口专科护理门诊建设标准指标体系。方法:在文献回顾、质性访谈的基础上形成建设标准初稿。采用德尔菲专家函询法对全国24名专家进行2轮专家函询。结果:2轮专家函询的专家积极系数分别为80%、100%,专家权威系数分别为0.918、0.915。2轮专家函询中,专家的肯德尔协调系数(W)分别为0.268、0.270(P<0.001)。最终形成的三级甲等医院造口专科护理门诊建设标准包括5个一级指标(岗位管理、环境布局、设施设备、物品设置和专科管理),18个二级指标,46个三级指标。结论:构建的三级甲等医院造口专科护理门诊建设标准指标体系科学合理、可操作性强,能为三级甲等医院造口专科护理门诊的开展提供临床指导。
