Argatroban is a synthetic thrombin inhibitor approved by *** and Drug Administration for the treatment of ***,whether it plays a role in the repair of spinal cord injury is *** this study,we established a rat model of T1. moderate spinal cord injury using an NYU Impactor ModerⅢand performed intraperitoneal injection of argatroban for 3 consecutive *** results showed that argatroban effectively promoted neurological function recovery after spinal cord injury and decreased thrombin expression and activity in the local injured spinal *** sequencing transcriptomic analysis revealed that the differentially expressed genes in the argatroban-treated group were enriched in the JAK2/STAT3 pathway,which is involved in astrogliosis and glial scar *** blotting and immunofluorescence results showed that argatroban downregulated the expression of the thrombin receptor PAR1.in the injured spinal cord and the JAK2/STAT3 signal *** also inhibited the activation and proliferation of astrocytes and reduced glial scar formation in the spinal *** together,these findings suggest that argatroban may inhibit astrogliosis by inhibiting the thrombin-mediated PAR1.JAK2/STAT3 signal pathway,thereby promoting the recovery of neurological function after spinal cord injury.

In this study,a novel iron-based catalyst system,Fe(acac)3/(isocyanoimino)triptenylphosphorane(IITP)/AlR3,was employed for the synthesis of syndiotactic 1.2-polybutadiene in *** catalyst system exhibits remarkably high catalytic activity,achieving a polymerization activity of 762 kgpolymer·molcatalyst^(-1.·h^(-1.at 50℃with a[BD]/[Fe]molar ratio of ***,living polymerization characteristic were observed during the investigation of the polymerization kinetics of 1.3-butadiene *** characteristics were well demonstrated by a narrow molecular weight distribution(PDI≈2.0)of the resulting polybutadiene and a linear relationship between-ln(1.c)and polymerization time as well as number average molecular weight and polymer *** resultant polymer showed a 1.2-selectivity of approximately 76%and stereoregularity ranging from 62%to 73%(rrrr).Additionally,through kinetic studies on polymerization reaction,an apparent activation energy Ea value of this catalytic system was calculated to be 84.98 kJ·mol^(-1.,which suggests that high polymerization temperature favors efficient polymerization.

Purification of emerging heavy metal antimony contaminated water based on advanced ingenious *** activated modified coconut shell charcoal(CSC)was synthesized and evaluated as a substrate-supported loaded organic photovoltaic material,PM6:PYIT:PM6-b-PYIT,to prepare a surprisingly highly efficient,stable,environmentally friendly,and recyclable organic photocatalyst(CSC–N–P.P.P),which showed excellent effects on the simultaneous removal of Sb(Ⅲ)and Sb(Ⅴ).The removal efficiency of CSC-N-P.P.P on Sb(Ⅲ)and Sb(Ⅴ)reached an amazing 99.9%in quite a short duration of 1. *** the same time,under ppb level and indoor visible light(~1.W m^(2)),it can be treated to meet the drinking water standards set by the European Union and the *** Environmental Protection Agency in 5 min,and even after 25 cycles of recycling,the efficiency is still maintained at about 80%,in addition to the removal of As(Ⅲ),Cd(Ⅱ),Cr(Ⅵ),and Pb(Ⅱ)can also be *** catalyst not only solves the problems of low reuse rate,difficult structure adjustment and high energy consumption of traditional photocatalysts but also has strong applicability and practical *** pioneering approach provides a much-needed solution strategy for removing highly toxic heavy metal antimony pollution from the environment.

P2-type layered oxide, Na2/3Ni1.3Mn2/3O2, has drawn particular interest as a promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) due to its fast sodium-ion transport channels with low migration potential. However, some catastrophic flaws, such as air instability, complicated multiphase evolution, and irreversible anionic redox, limit its electrochemical performance and hinder its application. Here, an air-stable single-crystal P2-type Na2/3Ni1.3Mn1.3Ti1.3O2is proposed based on the multifunctional structural modulation of Ti substitution that could alleviate the issues for practical SIBs. As a result, the cathode with high energy density shows excellent air stability and highly reversible phase transitions(P2–OP4), and delivers faster kinetics and stable anion redox chemistry. Meanwhile, a thorough investigation of the relationship between structure, function, and properties is demonstrated,emphasizing formation processes, electrochemical behavior, structural evolution, and air stability. Overall, this study provides the direction of multifunctional structural modulation for the development of high-performance sodium-based layered cathode materials for practical applications.

BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the Department of Hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the chinese Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3375 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1.79(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(1..1.)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(232/535)for type-C ACLF,36.0%(36/1.0)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/21.)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(1.1.1.79)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and 1.2%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

Lithium metal,as the most ideal anode material for high energy density batteries,has been researched for several ***,the dendrite formation and large volume change during repetitive lithium plating/stripping lead to a serious safety issue and impede the practical application of lithium metal ***,a nanoporous Ni foam current collector with high surface area and surface flaws is constructed via a facile oxidation-reduction *** inherent macropore structure of Ni foam can partly accommodate the volume variation during Li plating/*** well-distributed nanopores on the skeleton of Ni foam can effectively reduce the local current density,regulate the uniform lithium nucleation and deposition with homogenous distribution of Li^(+) ***,the surface flaws induce the formation of ring Li structures at initial nucleation/deposition processes and concave Li metal spontaneously formed based on the ring Li structures during cycling,which can direct the even Li plating/***,highly stable Coulombic efficiency is achieved at 1.mA cm^(-2) for 200 *** symmetrical cell,based on the nanoporous Ni foam current collector,presents long lifespans of 1.00 and 700 h respectively at different current densities of 0.5 and 1.mA cm^(-2) without short *** addition,the LiFePO4 full cell,with the Li metal anode based on the nanoporous Ni foam current collector,shows excellent cycling performance at 1.C for 300 cycles and rate performance.
