This paper studies the optimization problem of PCB assembly time for multi-head placement machine. Mathematical model is built and analyzed for the problem, which is of a combinatorial nature and computationally intractable. An optimization algorithm based on heuristic strategy and scatter search method is proposed to minimize the PCB assembly time. By relaxing the restrictions on the problem, the algorithm reduces the assembly time by minimizing cycles of pick-and-place, constructing the simultaneous pickups and optimizing sequence of pick-and-place of components. Numerical experiments were conducted to evaluate the proposed algorithm, along with a comparison with a heuristic algorithm（HA） under strong constraints proposed in existed literature. The results show that the proposed algorithm has better performance in optimization results and can shorten PCB assembly time of multi-head placement machine effectively.

Fruit fly optimization algorithm（FOA） is inspired by imitating the foraging activity of fruit flies. Aiming at its inability to search the entire solution space, a Self-Adaptive Modified Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm（SAMFOA） is proposed. Firstly, a new calculation formula of the smell concentration judgment value is designed. With the use of the new formula, the smell concentration judgment value is no longer restricted to be non-negative value so the algorithm is able to search both the positive and negative part of the solution space. Secondly, a self-adaptive osphresis foraging radius is introduced to enhance the ability to break away from local optimum. Experiments on 20 numerical benchmark functions show that the algorithm has good performance in terms of global searching ability, optimize accuracy and stability.

The Gnetales are a higher group of Gymnosperms, but our current knowledge of the morphology of the early Gnetales is lacking. Most known specimens are fragmentary, which makes it difficult to elucidate the geological history and the early diversity and evolution of the group. New well-preserved specimens have been discovered in Liaoning, north China, and a detailed morphological study was carried out. The material belongs to three new genera: Spinobractea lanceoleta gen. et sp. nov., Latibractea divisa gen. et sp. nov. and Constrobilus ovata gen. et sp. nov. The record of the Ephedraceae can be traced back to the Jurassic. The Ephedraceae were quite successful in the Cretaceous, and the plant types and the environment that they inhabited shown that the Cretaceous plants were much more varied than their living relatives. However, some types became extinct, and some features were lost. The record of the Welwitschiaceae can be traced back to the Triassic. Features of the leaf venation and the seeds are the primary features used for recognition of this family in both living and fossil plants. These features are so conservative that they have shown almost no major changes since the Triassic.

Geochemistry of Pyrite from the Gangcha Gold Deposit, West Qinling Orogen, China: Implications for Ore Genesis

The Gangcha gold deposit was discovered in 2011 in the Xiahe-Hezuo region, West Qinling Orogen, China. Five types of pyrite have been identified in the ore according to the detailed mineral paragenetic studies. Geochemical data are presented for type I pyrite （pyl） rim-core zonation and for the different types of pyrite based on in-situ laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （LA-ICP-MS） and electron probe microanalysis （EPMA）. The results show that pyrites are characterized with heterogeneous Au concentrations, which indicate that Au occurs mainly as micro- or nano-particle native inclusions. Time-resolved depth profiles demonstrate that As, Co and Ni occur as solid solutions in pyrite, whereas Cu, Pb, Zn and Ag occur mainly as inclusions. Trace element concentrations differ between rims and cores in pyl, and the differences also exist within different pyrite types. These differences indicate complex chemical evolution of the ore-forming fluids, and the overall geology, geochronology, and stable isotope and pyrite data suggest that the ore-forming fluids were closely linked to magmatic activity during the Triassic Period in West Qinling orogenic belt.

On the monolayer dispersion behavior of Co_(3)O_(4)on HZSM-5 support:designing applicable catalysts for selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides by ammonia

Based on monolayer dispersion theory,Co_(3)O_(4)/ZSM-5 catalysts with different loadings have been prepared for selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides by ***_(3)O_(4)can spontaneously disperse on HZSM-5 support with a monolayer dispersion threshold of 0.061 mmol 100 m^(-2),equaling to a weight percentage around 4.5%.It has been revealed that the quantities of surface active oxygen(O_(2)^(-))and acid sites are crucial for the reaction,which can adsorb and activate NO_(x)and NH_(3)reactants *** the monolayer dispersion threshold,Co_(3)O_(4)is finely dispersed as sub-monolayers or monolayers and in an amorphous state,which is favorable to generate the two kinds of active sites,hence promoting the performance of ammonia selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen ***,the formation of crystalline Co_(3)O_(4)above the capacity is harmful to the reaction performance.4%Co_(3)O_(4)/ZSM-5,the catalyst close to the monolayer dispersion capacity,possesses the most abundant active O_(2)^(-)species and acidic sites,thereby demonstrating the best reaction performance in all the *** is proposed the optimal Co_(3)O_(4)/ZSM-5 catalyst can be prepared by loading the capacity amount of Co_(3)O_(4)onto HZSM-5 support.

To characterize the structure and dynamics of metal--organic frameworks(MOFs)indepth at the molecular level,it is necessary to pursue high-resolution solid-state magic angle spinning(MAS)nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)*** resolution is usually affected by the quality of materials and various experimental conditions,of which magic angle(MA)accuracy is a crucial *** current industrial criteria for MA calibration based on the common standard of KBr were found insufficient in guaranteeing optimal resolution MAS NMR for highly ordered *** drive towards higher-resolution MAS NMR spectroscopy,we propose_a calibration protocol for more accurate MA with a higher-precision criterion based on 79Br MAS NMR of KBr,where the linewidth ratio of the fifth-order spinning sideband to the central band of KBr should be less than *** a result,ultrahigh-resolution 13C cross-polarization(CP)MAS NMR of MOF-5 is achieved with minimal linewidths as low as 4 Hz,and therefore MOF-5 can be used as a new standard convenient for verifying MA accuracy and also optimizing 13c CP *** high-precision MA under variable temperature(VT)was found challenging on certain commercial MAS NMR probes,as was systematically investigated by VT NMR using KBr and ***,ultrahigh-resolution MAS NMR spectroscopy with stable MA under VT is employed to reveal fine structures and linker dynamics of a series of Zn-based MOFs with highly regulated *** ultrahigh-resolution NMR methodcan be generally applied to study a broad range of MOFs and other materials.

The widespread use of orthopedic implants to support or replace bones is increasingly threatened by the risk of incurable bacterial infections,impenetrable microbial biofilms,and irreversible antibiotic *** the past,the development of anti-infective biomaterials focused solely on direct antibacterial properties while ignoring the host’s immune *** by the clearance of infection by the innate neutrophil response and partici-pation in anti-infectious immunity of Zn ions,we report an innovative neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)strategy,induced by biodegradable pure Zn,which achieved therapeutic efficacy toward biomaterial-related *** in vitro and in vivo data showed that pure Zn was favorable for NETs formation by promoting the release of DNA fibers and granule proteins in a reactive oxygen species(ROS)-dependent manner,thereby retraining and degrading bacteria with an efficiency of up to 99.5%.Transcriptome analysis revealed that cytoskeletal rearrangement and toll-like receptor(TLR)signaling pathway were also involved in Zn-induced NETs ***,the in vivo results of a Staphylococcus aureus(***)-infected rat model veri-fied that pure Zn potentiated the bactericidal capability of neutrophils around implants,and promoted osseointegration in ***-infected rat *** antibacterial immunity concept lays a foundation for the development of other antibacterial biomaterials and holds great promise for treating orthopedic infections.
