Information integrity is key to successful operations in intricacy environments in the future, especially when strong interferences exist. This paper presents the design of a novel wireless packet network receiver system for Low Earth Orbit （LEO） micro-satellites with adaptive nulling antenna arrays. It uses three types of interference suppression in cascade： namely spread spectrum, adaptive array nulling, and transform domain filtering. This paper proposes a pilot channel-aided method in order to make full advantage of this arrangement, and analyzes its throughput and delay performance using the Markov chain model. Our results show that this method can achieve excellent delay and throughput performance： When the number of array antenna is 8, its throughput increase relative to the standard Slot-ALOHA protocol is 125 96.

Because of the low price and abundant reserves of sodium compared with lithium,the research of sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)in the field of large-scale energy storage has returned to the research *** oxides distinguish themselves from the mains cathode materials of SIBs owing to their advantages such as high specific capacity,simple synthesis route,and environmental ***,the commercial development of the layered oxides is limited by sluggish kinetics,complex phase transition and poor air *** on the research ideas from macro-to micro-scale,this review systematically summarizes the current optimization strategies of sodium-ion layered oxide cathodes(SLOC)from different dimensions:microstructure design,local chemistry regulation and structural unit *** the dimension of microstructure design,the various structures such as the microspheres,nanoplates,nanowires and exposed active facets are prepared to improve the slow kinetics and electrochemical ***,from the view of local chemistry regulation by chemical element substitution,the intrinsic electron/ion properties of SLOC have been enhanced to strengthen the structural ***,the optimization idea of endeavors to regulate the physical and chemical properties of cathode materials essentially is put forward from the dimension of structural unit *** opinions and strategies proposed in this review will provide some inspirations for the design of new SLOC in the future.

Sporadic or late-onset Alzheimer’s disease(LOAD)accounts for more than 95%of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)cases without any family *** genome-wide association studies have identified associated risk genes and loci for LOAD,numerous studies suggest that many adverse environmental factors,such as social isolation,are associated with an increased risk of ***,the underlying mechanisms of social isolation in AD progression remain *** the current study,we found that 7 days of social isolation could trigger pattern separation impairments and presynaptic abnormalities of the mossy fibre-CA3 circuit in AD *** also revealed that social isolation disrupted histone acetylation and resulted in the downregulation of 2 dentate gyrus(DG)-enriched miRNAs,which simultaneously target reticulon 3(RTN3),an endoplasmic reticulum protein that aggregates in presynaptic regions to disturb the formation of functional mossy fibre boutons(MFBs)by recruiting multiple mitochondrial and vesicle-related ***,the aggregation of RTN3 also recruits the PP2A B subunits to suppress PP2A activity and induce tau hyperphosphorylation,which,in turn,further elevates RTN3 and forms a vicious ***,using an artificial intelligence-assisted molecular docking approach,we determined that senktide,a selective agonist of neurokinin3 receptors(NK3R),could reduce the binding of RTN3 with its ***,application of senktide in vivo effectively restored DG circuit disorders in socially isolated AD *** together,our findings not only demonstrate the epigenetic regulatory mechanism underlying mossy fibre synaptic disorders orchestrated by social isolation and tau pathology but also reveal a novel potential therapeutic strategy for AD.

应用正交试验法开展了16组秸秆/聚丙烯纤维-玻化微珠保温混凝土和3组玻化微珠保温混凝土基本性能试验。完成了秸秆粉末体积率VS、玻化微珠代砂率VG和聚丙烯纤维体积率VP这3种因素对秸秆/聚丙烯纤维-玻化微珠保温混凝土立方体抗压、劈裂抗拉强度极差和方差分析。结果表明:玻化微珠掺入可有效提高混凝土隔热保温性、工作性,但会造成强度损失。玻化微珠对混凝土抗压强度减小最为显著,最大损失幅度为24.64%,秸秆粉末和聚丙烯纤维对抗压强度影响可忽略;聚丙烯纤维对混凝土抗拉强度提高极为显著,最大提升幅度为16.72%,同时显著提高拉压比。基于试验数据建立了秸秆/聚丙烯纤维-玻化微珠保温混凝土抗压和抗拉强度预测模型,预测效果较好。

海岛小花蝽对美洲棘蓟马的捕食作用研究

为了明确海岛小花蝽Orius maxidentex对美洲棘蓟马Echinothrips americanus的捕食情况及防治潜能,在27℃条件下研究了海岛小花蝽5龄若虫、雌成虫对美洲棘蓟马2龄若虫、伪蛹、成虫的捕食功能反应、自身密度干扰效应及喜好性。结果表明:海岛小花蝽对美洲棘蓟马的捕食功能符合HollingⅡ、HollingⅢ模型,采用HollingⅡ模型拟合,海岛小花蝽雌成虫及5龄若虫对美洲棘蓟马2龄若虫捕食能力(a′/Th)最强,分别为52.97和58.15,捕食上限最大,分别为47.38头/d和49.22头/d;采用HollingⅢ模型拟合,海岛小花蝽雌成虫及5龄若虫对美洲棘蓟马2龄若虫捕食上限最大,分别为27.50头/d和27.41头/d。海岛小花蝽在捕食时存在自身密度干扰情况,随着自身密度的增加单头捕食量逐渐减少,捕食作用率逐渐降低,分摊竞争强度逐渐增大,表明海岛小花蝽对美洲棘蓟马的捕食存在较强的种内干扰,符合Hassell-Varley干扰模型。捕食选择性试验表明,海岛小花蝽更偏向于捕食美洲棘蓟马2龄若虫,其次为成虫,对伪蛹偏好性最弱。综上所述,海岛小花蝽对美洲棘蓟马有较强的控害能力,是一种可应用于防治入侵昆虫美洲棘蓟马的本土天敌。

棉花是重要的经济作物,棉属植物基因组复杂,分子标记开发困难且滞后于其他二倍体农作物。本研究利用多态性好、准确性高的MNP (multiple nucleotide polymorphisms, MNP)标记法,构建我国棉花主栽品种指纹图谱,为品种鉴定、遗传多样性分析、分子育种等提供技术指导和数据支撑。本研究根据现有棉花基因组数据开发了940个MNP位点,对98份棉花样品进行多重PCR扩增,构建文库并测序,提取每个样品中940个MNP标记的基因型,构建棉花品种指纹图谱。对98个样品进行两两比对,获得每2个样品之间的遗传差异。利用遗传差异比例对98个棉花样品绘制系统发育树。940个MNP位点在98份棉花样品中均获得有效扩增产物,扩增产物长度分布在163~274 bp,平均长度270 bp。在98份样品中平均区分度(discriminative power, DP)为0.46,任意2个品种间两两比较遗传差异,平均有410.26个MNP位点存在差异,平均差异为44.84%。从98份棉花品种的系统发育树可以看出,利用MNP标记可以依据地理分布将其分为3个类群,大致分布于黄河流域、长江流域和新疆地区。本研究开发的940个MNP标记可以对棉花品种进行精准分型,利用940个棉花MNP标记构建的98份棉花品种DNA指纹图谱,可为品种鉴定、品种权保护及种质创新提供技术支撑。

AIM:To investigate the risk and protective factors associated with the retinal nerve fiber layer defect(RNFLD)in a Chinese adult ***:This study was a cross-sectional populationbased investigation including employees and retirees of a coal mining company in Kailuan City,Hebei *** the study participants underwent a comprehensive systemic and ophthalmic *** was diagnosed on fundus *** logistic regression was used to investigate the risk and protective factors associated with the ***:The community-based study included 14440 *** were 10473 participants in our study,including 7120 males(68.0%)and 3353 females(32.0%).The age range was 45-108y,averaging 59.56±*** 568 participants had RNFLD and the prevalence rate was 5.42%.A higher prevalence of RNFLD was associated with older age[P<0.001,odds ratio(OR):1.032;95%confidence interval(CI):1.018-1.046],longer axial length(P=0.010,OR:1.190;95%CI:1.042-1.359),hypertension(P=0.007,OR:0.639;95%CI:0.460-0.887),and diabetes mellitus(P=0.019,OR:0.684;95%CI:0.499-0.939).The protective factors of RNFLD were visual acuity(P=0.038,OR:0.617;95%CI:0.391-0.975),and central anterior chamber depth(P=0.046,OR:0.595;95%CI:0.358-0.990).CONCLUSION:In our cross-sectional community-based study,with an age range of 45-108y,RNFLD is associated with older age,longer axial length,hypertension,and diabetes *** protective factors of RNFLD are visual acuity and central anterior chamber *** can help to predict and evaluate RNFLD related diseases and identify high-risk populations early.
